There are times I think I could put cream cheese on three additional bagels and still have enough and there are times where I wonder if they forgot the cream cheese there is so little there. (my kids always want their bagels which is why I even ever still order bagels from here). All that being said, the staff is almost always friendly, especially in the morning when it could be easy to be grumpy because of how crazy busy it is. The store and the parking lot always seem well maintained as well.
