My order was a double fish fillet ( no tartar add pickles and ketchup) with bacon cheese friend (NO BACON) and large Sprite. I left the driveway to wait. Got my food and chose to eat in the car. Lucky me. Opened my Bacon cheese fries to a box full of bacon. I went inside to return. Came back to my car enjoyed my cheese fries without bacon. I went to bite into my double fish fillet no tartar add pickles. Haha lol. I thought I was. I opened that box to a fillet with tartar no pickles. So to recap, I ordered a double fish filet no tartar add pickles and a bacon cheese fry with no bacon large sprite. What I got was a bacon cheese fry no bacon after a remake. Then I asked for a refund as I didn't want to open my sprite to find ice. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to take an order. Mistakes happen, but why was my whole order a mistake ? Hallelujah!! Finally a McDonalds that puts out good food. I think it is the best McD's I've been to in a long time! I only wish I lived near it. I went there for breakfast and must say it was a great experience. My breakfast and partners breakfast were both perfect. Perfect Sausage McMuffin with egg, perfect Hash Brown, and even a perfect Diet Coke. Sometimes they taste flat or too syrupy....this was spot on. So many of the places near me in San Diego are disgustingly dirty and the food sucks. So much so I've complained to corporate with little response. Keep it up guys!!! read more

I never give bad reviews but today McDonald's on los alamos deserves one. Tried the new steakhouse 1/3 pound burger only to recieve it cold and with barely any toppings. When told about it they just said they were busy. All kids working and we were told there was no manager on duty. We watched the male and female cooks just joking and playing around in the back. I was a little disappointed at the poor customer services at the register. I wasn't greeted with a smile or frankly anything besides a young lady in glasses and blonde hair. Her welcome to me was a grumpy look on her face and her rolling her eyes at me upon approach. I tried to ignore her lack of enthusiasm, but her attitude was rude the whole time. I went to pay for my meal and my card kept not going through. She kept saying rudely, that I didn't have any money in the bank. She tried several attempts and I did explain to her I checked my accounts and there is plenty of money, but her statements were short and irritated. Honestly, her attitude was offensive. She tried several times and then called another man over to see what was going on. Her explanation for help to the other worker was that, this women credit card is declining, but she swears she has money in the account. It was purely her attitude that was off putting from start to finish. The gentlemen walked up and said, oh no it isn't her card it's our credit card machine not having service. I then decided to leave with my kids and go get cash from my husband across the parking lot, but decided instead to not return as I would rather spend my money on people who enjoyed life a little more. I'm giving two stars only because of the man that set the bitter young lady straight about making rude assumptions. Honestly, maybe she'll learn next time to learn how to read the machine before making harsh statements and maybe this review will get the attention of this McDonalds branch to smile and be nice. read more

Been there hundreds of times in the early morning, usually between 6:15 am and 6:30 am. Staff is usually very good and friendly although sometimes forget your order. Seems as though 95% of the folks 20 to 35 have a tiny attention span due to constant texting, etc. Can be very annoying. The breakfast menu of McMuffins is decent although I sometimes wonder how the eggs can be "fresh" cooked when my order pops out in seconds. I think there ads are somewhat deceiving showing eggs in a form being grilled. The coffee is comparable to most and not overwhelmingly strong like the expensive stuff at Starbucks. I cannot drink their coffee...far too costly and makes me nervous all day long after a cup. One issue is the lack of cleanliness in the Men's room. Hey, all you guys out there, try flushing the toilet and urinals when you use them. Not flushing just shows that you were born in a barn to goats. Disgusting. And don't get me started on the male employees who never, ever wash their hands despite signs posted to do so. Not that it would do much good because the "hot" water is never hot, just cold. Over the years I have tried to eat McD burgers to no avail. They are the WORSE burgers on the planet. 5 Guys blows them out of the water. I used to work at a McD outlet many years ago when every burger was fresh pressed and grilled to perfection. Juicy, moist, and good looking. Now they look and taste like cardboard. Medium fries not even filled up container, the amount was like the size of a small. Ordered the $2 bacon mcdouble for my mom, they forgot the bacon. My daughter wanted the cheeseburger happy meal, they forgot the cheese. I asked for extra ranch for the nuggets, they only gave 1 ranch for 20 nuggets. No napkins provided either. Staff appears to dislike either their jobs, dealing with customers, or perhaps both. You would think they could at least pretend to like their jobs. At least they have one. I normally am ok with making a mistake once in while, but to mess up most of the order is just ridiculous, especially since they repeated back what I ordered and I clarified yes or no if it was what I ordered. read more

Do not go to the drive thru if you like fresh, hot or even warm food. Several times, we've gotten stale fries & cold burgers. The last time, we called the store and the manager told us to come back and he'd replace the order. My husband stated he did not want to drive back because we were so hungry we just warmed up the food. The manager said when we come back in he'll still replace the order. The next day, we went back the a different manager was so rude and refused to do anything for us while his employees laughed. I will never spend my money in this McDonalds again. This has quickly become my least favorite McDonalds in all of Murrieta/Temecula. As a mom of 2 kids this used to be are go to McDonald's during spring/summer break because my kids loved the play land and I thought the customer service was good. But in the last 6 months they've removed the play land and remodeled the inside and I guess replaced the old employees because this place is awful! My order is always wrong and if it's not wrong it tastes old and stale. They can't seem to get their stuff together, I literally sat at the food window for 5 mins with at least 3 different people asking what my order or drink order was and still getting it wrong. Even with all that I hadn't yelped this place but today finally my frustration was enough, I ordered 2 kids meals one kids wanted BBQ AND Ranch and one wanted just ranch I repeated at least 3 times to the person taking the order and then asked again as I was handed my order. "Oh yeah it's in there, mhmm no problem" get home and nope so now I have 2 kids fighting over 1 ranch.
