Crooks. This location will not give or accept pennies. They don't tell you this when you order. Instead of rounding to the nearest 5 or 10 like any other business, they always round up. $1.07 rounds up to $1.10. But then they have the gall to list "my change" on the receipt. 3 cents is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but as a result, my $2.15 only buys one $1.07 soda instead of two. And if it's 2 cents per customer, at ~1500 customers per day that's an extra $900 per month. Seriously, just learn to round up or down like every other business. read more

Employee at drive through called me a dick for wanting a carrier for drinks. I'm the only one in the car and I had 3 drinks.

Service is extremely slow. They sounded like they are having a grand time in the back talking, telling stories, and not focusing on making any food. I sat in the drive thru so long I had to come inside just to be glanced at four times before someone said anything. There were two cars in front of me and when I came back out after going inside to get my food instead, the same two cars were STILL in the drive thru. I understand having fun at work and relaxing since it can get stressful, but this is ridiculous. I only give two stars because the morning crew is straight up THE "A team." The 9pm on a Thursday night crew ain't all that and nowhere close. Please do better and I'll take this review back or change it. read more

Hear me out--it's excellent *for a McDonald's.* Everyone here is so friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. The McNuggets are crisp. The fries have a good bit of crunch. The burgers aren't a big sloppy mess. The caramel iced coffee has a good bit of sweetness without tasting like liquid candy. Of course it's not fine dining but this is by far the best McDonald's in the area. read more

Didn't get a chance to order breakfast so no food review. One employee who ran food out comes back in shaking her head and then goes straight to the hash browns without washing her hands . I stood around for a few more minutes until the menu switched to lunch (which I did not want). At least 3 employees looked at me and turned around ignoring me like I wasn't there! I left a review several years ago and since then things have only got worse at this McDonald's. For starters they are very slow. It's an every day occurrence to see a line of cars wrapped around the building. When you order large fries the amount the give you is about equivalent to a small fry. They never fill the French fry container to the top. They are cheaping out on their fish sandwiches. Instead of using the customary fish sandwich bun they now put the fish on a cheeseburger bun which just isn't the same. When Sal owned this McDonald's it wasn't great but after the new owner bought this McDonald's and many more in the area it has really gone down hill. Munroe Falls needs to get McDonald's out and let another fast food restaurant in that actually cares about customer service and customer satisfaction. read more

I also have a video you might want to see of how she treated my wife when she called to speak with a manager About the food and the water down Orange juice. I'm sorry I have to do this publicly but as you'll see from the video she left us no other choice. She would not give my wife her name or the store managers name nor would she tell us when the store manager would be in. I needed a really fast lunch today and stopped in the newly remodeled Munroe Falls restaurant. I was expecting something impressive after reading about it in both the Stow Sentry and the Beacon Journal, but it was really underwhelming. The picture here is from the Beacon's website. It's supposed to look like a modern bistro, but I call a major fail on that. The bulk of the over $100,000 the owner spent must have gone in the kitchen because the food was excellent. I have never seen such perfect, light, almost fluffy fries ever at a McDonalds anywhere in North America. The quarter pounder was very good as well. read more

Terrible...simply terrible My family and I have been lifelong customers of this franchise when it opened in Munroe Falls over 25 years ago. Over the decades, we have patronized the chain in the tune of over $1000s. Not too long ago, my senior citizen mother ordered a Happy Meal, and the employee forgot the small fries. No big deal. So, my senior mother went back and POLITELY asked for a refund. The assistant manager decided to play hardball, and not give her a refund. McDonalds is wholesome, all-American food but the customer service at this locale is simply awful. It looks as though the assistant manager has the mentality of "the employee is always right, the customer is always wrong". I've been going to McDonald's since the mid 1950's. Unfortunately they aren't as fast as when they only offered hamburgs, cheeseburgs and fries along with soft drinks. My wife loves their iced caramel mocha. Now as you know there are many, many McDonaldes in the area. This is the only one where not only is the staff smart enough to enter it into their register on the first try, but are also skilled enough to make it correctl6 on the first try. I live about 10 miles from Monroe Falls but even though I pass several other McDonald's on my way, I come here for all my McD food or drink. I called this location 2 minutes before they closed (not knowing they were about to close) really wanting to get 2 Sundays, which I have not done from McDonald's in years. I wanted one for myself, and one for my wife who was going out of town the next morning. The problem is I was more like 3-4 minutes away. Matt, the assistant manager, kept the ice cream machine on and stayed open a few minutes late just to get me my Sundays. The timestamp on the receipt shows 10:02 PM. We will never go to this McDonald's location again. We went to the drive thru tonight and dealt with the very rude manager Jared. He began, "I'll be with you when I can" with no greeting. Then he continued with poor customer service statements such as "go ahead" and "is that all"? His tone throughout several other exchanges regarding the specifics of our order was hostile, condescending, and unwarrantedly impatient. When we asked for his name, he told us and directed us to the bottom of the receipt for information on how to make a complaint, as if to let us know that it would not do us any good to complain. Jared picked the wrong scapegoats for whatever stress he was experiencing tonight. We will contact his general store manager and will send social media messages all the way to the ceo of McDonald's corporation to let them know of Jared's poor match between his personality and the demands of his job. They were making fun of a customer. I had coupons and was not sure if I could use more than one, so my teenaged son ordered inside (he did not use the coupon). He heard the crew members, saying my eyes were dilated and that I was shaking. They were saying I am on DRUGS. They were laughing at my expense. I am waiting to have surgery for thyroid eye disease and I am not on drugs. I did the survey on the receipt, and asked to be contacted by phone. McDonald's has not called me back to discuss what happened. I also had to pull forward to wait for my food, which is common for this site.
