The people who work here have always been great! They work hard and just because door dash is new it's not their fault also not the drivers either since I used to do it too. Hugs to you guys!!! This particular Subway is the one we usually come to. The customer service we received today by the shift leader was absolutely appalling and uncalled for. We were told that we should have ordered our subs online because it was people like us that make it extra busy at lunch time. People like us?????? We went in and ordered sandwiches. She was the most rude and unprofessional individual I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We dined in and proceeded to hear her complain about us to other customers. I used to love going to subway. I would eat there nearly every morning. Until a couple years ago when they got new owners and employees who have been there for literally 15+ years had quit, out of the blue. Someone seemed off with that. But i kept going and it kept getting progressively worse. No I can't even stand to go in there in the morning. There is an employee named "Regina" who is just unpleasant and acts as though it's a bother to her to serve costumers. I've came later in the after noon when she was there and the atmosphere with workers was uncomfortable and she came off rude to them aswell. So my guess is a culture going on there with the new owners. That subway has thrived for a long time is our small town. But it won't if they keep things like this up. Do better. read more

I just had a Suboptimal experience at Subway in Garrettsville, OH. I remote ordered a 12" Spicy Italian Pro, and a 12" Italian BMT Pro, but when i picked them, and when I got home, discovered the Spicy Italian had very little meat compared to the same orders in the past. I went back to Subway to get it corrected, or exchanged. When I went in to explain what I saw, I was met with "NO, IT'S CORRECT, I MADE BOTH PROS, YOU ARE WRONG." I told her: "I made sure we ordered two pros, and my wife's BMT has significant more than mine, how much should we have? She then said that 12" spicy pros have 40, 20 salami, 20 peperoni...and 12" BMTS have 36 pieces all together. She then said: "You can go count them over there if you want, but i KNOW i did it right!" I said ok, counted them and 20 pepperoni, but only 10 salami. I told them i counted less than 40, and asked them to count. Assistant cointed while the worker ranted how shes worked here for 20 years, and NEVER messes this up. Assistant sees only 10 pieces of Salami, shows The coworker , who doesnt apologize, just says: Just add 10 Salami, but i KNOW i did it right!" read more

This is my local Subway and this is probably my favorite Subway. The food is always made with care and the staff are friendly. The meats, breads and veggie toppings are very fresh and the case looks clean and neat. The staff are very accommodating and comply when you ask for extra sauce, extra tomatoes, light onion, etc. This place makes some really good sandwiches and I recommend this location if you are near Garrettsville. My only complaint is I am a coffee drinker and it would be nice if they offered coffee. Other than that, it is a solid sandwich with good service. read more

My dad and I went on National Sandwich Day when the special was buy a sub and 30oz drink and you get a free sub. The store was busy but it wasn't crazy. The first girl at the counter, Allie, was one of the rudest girls I have ever came across. She did not care to make sure your order was correct she was just trying to move people along as fast as she could. This girl should not work in any area of customer service. read more

It's not just a good sandwich. The staff at this particular Subway are always so cheerful and friendly. They remember my name. They remember what I like on my sandwich. They accommodate my special requests. They greet everyone who walks in the door. When I'm having a bad day, I walk down the street and order a sandwich from these folks.
