Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich on my way to work and somehow they forgot the egg on a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich. How?!

The store is dirty food is under cooked and dried out. The teens that work there are rude not in uniform most of the time. Even the management doesn't dress for work. The bathroom the other day had flies in it and was smelling like urine. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned all day. In the corner of bathroom there were dead bugs in the corners. Sure mixing up an order is normal for a large order. I ordered a 10 piece, a sweet tea and a burger with extra ketchup. This McDonald's in Garrettsville is the worst around they gave me a big Mac that had nothing on it at all. Both of the Big Mac's in our dinner box were plain!! This Mcdonalds has gone downhill in the time I've lived here. Prices have gone up and service has gone down. In the past several months they have forgotten a part of my order on at least 3 occasions. Also on any given morning you might be stuck at the split order taking speaker for "just a moment" while the other side is still flowing quickly and several cars get in front of you. It's McDonald's, so what can I say? I will have to say most of the food I've gotten at this location is always hot and fresh, the staff are friendly and the coffee is delicious. This is my #1 choice for a cup of coffee that is delicious and cheap. read more

It's McDonalds fast food. If you go for this over some of the much better places in town you are doing yourself a disservice. McD's is good for hitting the drive through in a hurry or grabbing a quick coffee but it's not in the same caliber as the other, real, restaurants in town.
