Unfortunately this is store close to where I pick up my grandkids twice a week. How can the get my order wrong in some way 95% of the time? And im being kind at 95% failure rate number. I can not believe the young people they hire are this bad. Culvers next-door i never have this problem plus the staff is friendly and when i go in Culver's I don't have to wait and wait to have someone acknowledge me at the POS. And then when they do its like Im putting them out. The only reason i go to McDonald is when a 3 yo want mc nuggets thats what she wants. Soon I hope to get her to like Culvers like the rest of my 5 grandkids do. The worst managed McDonalds I have ever experienced. Ordered 2 Quarter Pounders and drove to the pay window and gave a $20 bill to the elderly woman. She closed the window and a minute later asked me if I gave her any money. I said yes I gave you a $20. Then she asked me how much my bill was and I said I ordered 2 Qtr Pounders and it was $11 something. About 5 minutes passed and the window periodically opened and closed but for some reason she couldn't provide my change. I saw the manager come back to her but he couldn't seem to help. A long line of cars was backed up behind me as a result. I finally gave up and drove up to the food window to collect my now cold sandwiches and retrieve my change. I asked for the manager (Gabriel) to file a complaint and ask for new sandwiches or some compensation for my inconvenience but he deferred to one of his coworkers who simply said sternly "NO FREE FOOD". Only reason why this is getting one star is because my man Austin in the front took care of me with friendliness and professionalism and we even laughed about a few things. Everything was good til I could see in the back and see Austin was running all over the place hitting each station like he knew everything that was going on. The problem became when a nice lady and her son sat down to enjoy their meal and the little boy wanted a different toy so Austin went in the back and made the adjustment and that made the little guys day. As we were sitting there enjoying are meals we all heard the kid with the curly Afro say something negative to the white boy with blonde hair (I believe it was blonde. He was bagging the food). He told the white boy to go out and see a lady who was picking up food and he said "tell me what you think, just go out there and see and let me know when you get back" as he laughed. I don't know what the kid with blonde hair was talking about but he was yelling "that's some gay ass shit" so loud the lady and kiddo could hear it and me obviously from across the room. Where do i begin. The restroom needed attention. No soap. Toilet paper rolls on the floor. Tables were filthy as was the floor. Behind the counter was a box a broom and bags on the floor and under counters. It was a mess. The employee had no clue what i ordered. He had to ask 3 times and then didnt even get it correct. whenever i visit mcdonald's the food always taste fresh and is warm. the works (especially late night shift) are always super nice and are the ones who make my day. during the day shift there is one guy that does the drive thru and it pretty rude but other than that its staff are nice. the inside of the restaurant is typically clean as well! read more

Slowest drive-thru ever! 6 PM on a Sunday night. I had to wait a couple minutes at the menu for someone to acknowledge me, and then another minute before my order was taken. I stopped at the Mukwonago McDonalds tonight for Big Mac and medium coke. I asked for extra ice because I don't like warm soda. I got to the window to pay and pick up my food and the employee asked if I would also like ice on my burger. I was not happy with the rude attitude from the employee. As a customer I have the right to ask for extra ice. You do not give the customer an attitude. That is one place I will never go back to again! Fast forward to tonight, 11/21/2023 10:50pm i roll up to this location where there were two other people waiting in the drive thru trying to wait for some one to answer, no response and they left. I on the other hand decided to go in, no one came to the counter until it was 11pm and then proceeded to tell me they are closed i said "yeah at 11pm you are supposed to close but ive been waiting for 5-8 minutes already, and you had two others in the drive thru that were ignored as well" the worker says "well we have no food left" i said "you have some in the freezer don't you? " he says "well we already cleaned all the dishes" i say "well normally if you close at 11pm you're supposed to take orders up until that time not shut down 15-20 minutes prior" as i was talking one of the employees in the back turned the lobby lights off on me while i was standing there. If you ever look at the time between 10pm-11pm and think you want mcdonalds dont come here this has happened more than a handful of times where they stopped taking orders 20-30 min prior to closing time due to not wanting to stay til close. I have been going to this McDonald's for over 10 years now. Would you normally write a review for a fast food restaurant? NO! Unless a particular store is completely incapable of processing orders correctly or completely incapable of delivering good consistent product. This store fails in both. They repeatedly forget parts of your order. They serve OLD and I mean old fries. They once gave my son a hamburger with no meat on it! You go there to get a shake, like today... A little off putting to have to drive 1.9 miles off the freeway to find the Golden Arches. We stopped for a quick lunch on our way south to Illinois. The lobby area where you order is horribly small. We stood shoulder to shoulder with a bunch of hungry patrons who were either ordering or waiting on an order. It's weird that you order just feet from the main entrance. The employees were friendly and patient as we ordered. The decorum of the resteraunt was pleasant with a north woods feel. A carved bear and pine tree light sconces to name a couple. The bathroom was small with just two stalls for the ladies but it was extremely clean during the lunch rush hour. Food was as expected. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. First, in a hurry, hence the reason I stopped through drive through. Simple order of eggs and sausage. Pay for the meal and pull up to the window, where I waited for 5 minutes before being asked to pull up to wait for my order. But, not before the guy at the window asked me what my order was. Once in the waiting stall, I waited another 10 minutes before calling in to the store and asked where my order was. I was told it was on its way out. 2 more minutes pass by and I look out of my truck window to see an employee giving food to another patron, who had been waiting half the time I had been waiting. The employee approaches my truck and basically slings my food at me and sarcastically states, "have a nice day". I retorted, "work harder!". He tried to tell me he did work hard and invited me in to "clock in". What a joke, these kids they hire think this job is hard? Really? So, the story continues. I pull away, because I have to get to work, which I am now running late for, open my bag, and guess what... the order is not only WRONG... its COLD.
