overrated, like it's just kinda good I'd say it's almost decent. This is a bit of a nitpick but I don't like that Culver's puts their toppings on the bottom bun. I put a lot of toppings so then I eventually have to eat my food with no bottom bun cus it sogs up so bad. There's a reason we put the toppings on the top, it has more room to sog up the bun. Everytime I get a cheeseburger here I I end up eating the burger touching the patty. The finger foods are something I prefer tho. read more

I live right next to this culvers, every time I order food here without fail my order is wrong. The person on the headset is always rushing my order. I love the food but the service is ridiculously bad. The manager needs to run a tighter ship there. read more

We've had some great experiences at this Culver's. Nice staff, etc. but one area where they frustrate us is when we order custard (one thing that they are supposed to be famous for). Its as if they tell their staff to skimp on the toppings and on the amount. This has happened to us on n several occasions and also to friends of ours. We've been sold regular chocolate custard as "dark chocolate decadence" We've had cookie dough with only three pieces of cookie dough in the scoop and tonight we ordered two single scoops and the tiny scoop my wife got of their special is easily half what we've gotten at other Culver's and even half the size of the other single scoop we got tonight (see picture). If you want custard I'd recommend Kopps, LeDucs, Oscars, or even a different Culver's. read more

For starters the food was good, and it was a very clean place, but that wasn't the issue. Me and my friends wanted to get a quick meal before we had a show, and we just randomly picked Culvers as we usually love the place. (The Eat Troy one, to be exact. Much nicer people there) As we were finding a seat, a nice woman came up to us and said that due to past experience, young people need to sit outside. That was okay, considering the weather was nice and we had no problem. We order our food, and walk outside to see tables but NO SEATS. They really told us to "sit outside" when there were no seats. The nearest seating was a while away, so we sat on the table instead. A really rude woman then came out, and told us "Do not sit on the tables" in a mean way. So we sat on the ground while we ate. Yeahhhh never going back. If you want to go to Culvers, go to the East Troy one, it is a much more friendly and communal place for everyone (Including teens!) read more

Always a convenient stop on Hwy 83. Our favorites are Cheese Curds(of course), Chicken Strips, and Cod Filet Sandwich. Usually just passing through so I frequent the drive thru which is fast and they have yet to miss anything in my order yet. read more

Worst Culver's we have ever been to. Got the cod sandwich and it was super greasy and dry at the same time. Had very little tartar sauce. Then they want to charge extra for tartar sauce and mayonnaise. If they just put enough on the sandwich to begin with, people wouldn't have to ask for extra. This place has gone downhill! We will never go back. The chili cheese fries hardly had any chili or cheese. They charge a lot for horrible food. read more

Just me. My romance for ice cream and most certainly custard. Flew into Milwaukee late Sunday night, driving to Lake Geneva on Monday mid-morning, just enjoying the lack of traffic on the highway, unlike Washington DC's daily hot mess. Is it a mirage...or is that a CULVER'S sign on the highway exit signs..? I debate veering off the highway since I had planned a 6.2 mile run when i got to Lake Geneva. What the heck... I drove the 2.5 miles and pulled into the drive through - I know. The height of laziness. They had a special custard flavor: Mint, that was chock full of oreos and some other candies. One scoop. $2.51 with tax. Crazy low price. It was absolutely delicious!! The service was friendly and efficient. I ended up running the 6.2 miles, a bit slower than normal but no regrets. Like I say: Eat Dessert First! I posted a picture of my custard and you can barely tell what it looks like. I ate most of the ice cream before I took the picture. Went to Culvers with my girlfriend tonight and we had a long boat day and we where very hungry so we decided to get Wisconsin's best fast food but little did we know they forgot half of our order and we did not notice tell we drove home, unfortunately this is not the first time they have done this and probably won't be last, but on the bright side we got 2 ranches instead of 1 and man do I love ranch. ... Very disappointed... with all of the high schoolers working in there with multiple calls there was no response. read more

They never ever get orders right! I always get ketchup on my burger from them, but I never ask for it - hate ketchup! When I ask for Mayo on the burger - I get none when they ask me if I what cheese and I say "no cheese", they pack it separately in the extra box?!? Why ? No cheese means "no cheese " i always get the same thing : double hamburger, lettuce, tomato, onion, extra pickles, mayonnaise and mustard. That's it! Culver's is Culver's no matter what city you go to; however, this Culver's has a certain hometown quality you don't find in everywhere! I eat here quite often and really like their food; it's always hot and fresh. To be honest they have some of the best management you'll ever experience. If something is wrong with your meal they'll fix it and go above and beyond and give you a coupon for a free dessert or a free meal. I ordered a butter burger, but nobody asked me if I wanted any condiments so when I received my burger a wave of sadness and overall disappointment washed over me.
