Not sure what you want from a McDonald's. It was clean and efficient. There are none of those order boards in the lobby where I always mess up my order. Compared to other McDonald's it is pretty small. But the employees where very nice. I even forgot to pick up my drink and the cashier caught me in the parking lot before I left to give it to me. read more

The store was clean, which was refreshing. Unfortunately the manager, Joseph, thinks that the customers work for him. Rudeness along with three dollars we'll get you a coffee in most places, but that's all it will get you. In addition to the customers, he was rude and dismissive to his fellow employees. I got the worst cup of coffee at this McDonalds this morning. It was just brown water. I don't know who is making the coffee, but they need to fire them. Do not use this McDonald's! These people care nothing about your food! My last order was so bad I am sending it to be tested at a lab for anything other then food. Coat me $50 but it's worth it! I ordered two quarter pounders and both the ingredients were just thrown into the box...not even assembled into a sandwich, and one was even missing the bottom bun. I mean how do you send out a sandwich with the bun? How is that even possible? They come in pairs! This had to be done delivered and as such it made me scared for what they put on the food! I came in to order food and the worker was sick as a dog and looked sick. I asked him if he was contagious and he said yes, I said why are you working he said they made me come in. A few days later I get sick and come back in and ask him if he had the same symptoms and he said yes. So because of the negligence of McDonalds I got sick from an employee! This worst McDonald's in the US. I travel for work so I've had plenty of McDonald's in plenty of states. This is by far the worst. They sounded asleep taking my order. They half filled my cup until I asked for more. The fries were half filled. And both burgers were extremely greasy to the point that the buns were soggy and flatten as if someone flattened them with their hand. I asked the manager had he seen anything like that and he said no. Remade the burgers only to get the same result. I went 6/11/21 at 9:30pm. Easily the worst service I've had. read more

This place is like a club house with no parental guidance. The staff is out of control and made being there very uncomfortable. The food was ok for what McDonald's is but I would definitely drive down a few exits and find a store with a better gm. All the employees where hanging out at the table but the registers being loud while I was trying to order and many of the employees also have hoodies. It's just seemed out of control. read more

What an awesome McDonalds! It's in a little complex with a Shell Station and a 7-11. I stopped here for a couple McDoubles on my way home from Blacksburg. I parked and went in. The employees here actually talked to me (beyond the obligatory "Thank you! Come again!") and seemed happy to be working there. They got the burgers together quickly. This is by the far the worst fast food experience ever. The manager was yelling at the staff the whole time making the 15 plus people waiting for food extremely uncomfortable. Food took at least 15 minutes if not more just for a egg biscuit and a hash brown. There's a McDonald's a few miles down go to that one instead. read more

Whether it be me asking for no cheese and having cheese on something or asking for a certain dressing and not giving me that one but I completely different one. Not run very well. We ordered the special that was displayed on the back of the register and the cashier told us that since we did not tell her that we were ordering the special using the discounted price she could not give us that price. No manager would meet with us while we were there to explain this policy and despite sending an email through the restaurant's franchisee site, we never received a response. I have lived around the area for 4 years and I always choose this McDonalds (especially when it comes to sweet tea or iced coffee since they know how to make it)!
