I kept driving by Bojangles, the last three days and decided to stop in on my way home to get something to take home . Staff were helpful, first time in , I went with Eva, employee where I stayed at Extended Stay recommended, breakfast burrito. Tried a bit, very unique, I ordered mine no gray, it comes with gravy, egg, sausage and hash brown. read more

My check number was 30153. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese biscuits two ham biscuits and three sausage biscuits. After I drove 30 minutes home I discovered I had three pieces of sausage in a bowl. When I called the store to inquire about the pieces of sausage, the manager basically called me a liar. She said she had a headset on and distinctly heard me order three sides of sausage. I told her first of all, you can barely hear the employee speaking over the loudspeaker in the drive-through. Second, I had no idea what a side of sausage even was. The person taking my order got it incorrect initially and I had to correct them. To the best of my ability, I thought I heard the rest of my order correctly. I don't care as much about the incorrect order as I care about the manager insinuating I was lying. She eventually did offer to replace the pieces of sausage with actual biscuits, which I declined. I informed her that if I decided to drive 30 miles for sausage biscuits, I would most certainly purchase my own. Not telling customers you believe that they're lying would go a long way toward good customer service. read more

Went to Bojangles 2/16/26 on Port in Harrisonburg Va. Thay opened window after i paid and purposely dropped my change on the ground. Then they served me 2 Blueberry biscuits that were days old, made in shape of Valentine heart. Trashy workers. Threw in trash can. read more

The food was alright but the cleanliness is horrible. Right when i walked in the service didn't feel welcoming. I opened the door to the place and it smelt like urine. My shoes are very sticky now. read more

Bojangles - The floor is disgusting and the bathrooms smell like pee and we didn't even walk in them yet! - Fast Food Near Me - Harrisonburg, Virginia

It's. been nearly five years for us, and Bojangles is still around at this location in Harrisonburg. We enjoyed another good visit with tasty, fresh Cajun chicken biscuits, some Bo-rounds (delicious with lots of gravy) and hot coffees. All served up quickly by the busy folks behind the counter. Our only negative had nothing to do with Bojangles; we were diverted from I-81 just before our turnoff because of an accident, and it took us 20 minutes of a winding detour to get here. Guess it was worth it, however. read more

Terrible customer service. My son went through the drive through and was told they couldn't hear his order because of his Piece of Shit Truck. !!! He's sixteen and paid for the truck all in his own!! Never going there again! read more

Came here with my Jesus loving friends from ENC Fall Retreat. We blessed the food and the Chicken was so good I overate. Probably some of the best and flavorful fried chicken i have ever had. Chicken was juicy, the crunch was perfect, and it had just a kick of spice to perfectly blend in with the flavors of the crust. The service there is very kind and sweet. The atomosphere is wonderful they kept the restaurant cleaned even sweeped around us. Praise the Lord read more

This was the worst experience with bojangles that I have every had food wise. The staff was nice enough, but the chicken was not edible, the fries were not seasoned, and even my pink lemonade tasted watered down, but I got it with no ice. Again the service was fine, but it was a jump scare when I bit into the chicken. It's like the people who made it forgot an ingredient... read more

I forgot that fast food service could be great! We only did drive thru but the morning voice taking our order was so cheerful and competent that it took us a second to recover lol. Food was fresh and neat and the sweet tea was perfect. read more

Clean Bojangles, quick service inside, and good food as always. Stopped here on my way back from Virginia Tech and had some folks with me who had never been before. The guy working the cashier went over what was considered good and gave us a lot of recommendations. The cajun biscuit was great, and so was the 3 piece dinner. Their mashed potatoes had sausage gravy on top and that's the unique to only Bojangles. Our food came out quick and the bathrooms here were clean so I really can't complain! read more

Lobby not open, came all the way from out of state. Disappointing in so many ways considering the Wendy's next door had their lobby open

A new location. It's a bit of a drive off of I-81 but worth it. A very clean and well run Bo's. The service in the drive-thru was excellent! read more

Clean and delicaious. Love road trips and one of those reasons is because of the Bojangles along the way. Social distancing and precautions in place! read more

Food was good. We stopped here on our way across the country and were satisfied until that insanely dry biscuit sucked the soul out of us. No butter, but we would have needed at least a pound to remedy this Egyptian Desert biscuit. Nobody was ready for this steel wool-cotton infused bread. It was like eating a brand new sham-wow sponge. Those biscuits sucked the humidity out of the state of Virginia. Next time I drop my phone in water, I will just put it in a box with just one of your biscuits. These biscuits are more dry than women seeing Action Bronson in a speedo. Who are you playing serving these cork-based hockey pucks? Overall, chicken was on point and fries were delicious. 4 Stars. read more

By far the best Bojangles ever. Great food. Always hot and very pleasant staff.

I was so excited to get a Bojangles in Harrisonburg a few years ago when it first arrived. Everything here is a hit or miss. I've come in before and had everything correct that I order, have it be fresh with prompt service. I've also come in and they mess up the whole order and everything tastes like it's been out for hours. It's a standard fast food place. read more

Bojangles, southern comfort food to the max! This is one of my favorite places to eat when we are traveling to the south. I have never been disappointed when we stop at any of these restaurant chains. This particular one was clean, well managed and the service was quick and the Cajun chicken on an oversized biscuit is always my favorite pick. This is their signature sandwich that they are famous for. Wow! Their sweet tea is a must as well. trust me, I have never stirred you wrong yet.lol read more

Wow!!! I literally would never rate a fast food place, but the people here are literally so sweet and deserve to have a shout out. I just had my second visit here due to traveling through Virginia. The food is great but the service is greater! read more

I'm giving a 4-Star review and that is based solely on the food and not the customer service. This location does a fantastic job with the food quality and making sure it's hot when you get it. With that said, the customer service leaves a little to be desired. Twice, I've gone through the drive-thru and not gotten the sauce I ordered. The first time it happened, I shrugged it off. The second time, I specifically asked the guy working the drive thru if it was in the bag and he looked me right in the face and lied and said it was. I get that it's just sauce, but he plugged it in because it was on my receipt so I know it's not for lack of remembering. Secondly, even if you forgot, I reminded you by asking and you chose to lie. Not the best customer service ‍ read more

ITS BO TIME. Biscuits? Warm. Buttery. Flakey and soft. The bone-in chicken has the right amount of spice and the skin is perfectly crisp. Tenders and supremes and roasted bites are always tender and juicy. Those sides, from the Bo Rounds to the dirty rice are fantastic. Yes, they are kept in a steam table, but they make sure they are up to temp and make sure they are always fresh. Even the sweets are well cooked and always yummy. The service is fast friendly and the employees are always willing to correct mistakes and give you exactly what you want. Yes, it's fast food. Yes, mistakes are sometimes made. But they are consistently the best I've seen in correcting them and making sure you come back for more. read more

We had to wait 30 minutes for chicken! We tried to beat the lunch rush by arriving at 11:30 but it is almost noon and we still don't have our order!!! The lunch rush is closing in now! my daughter and j went there lunch. bad mistake , chicken couldn't have been any dryer and the green beans and mash potatoes, uncooked and instant. Your tea , oh my really bad . only thing good was the biscuit, paid 23.00 for this lousy meal. should have went to Costco and got a slice of pizza, at least it would be half way fresh. come on fellows you can go better than this, just because it's cooked, you can't leave on the steam table for hours . probably won't be back anytime soon!!! read more

Wow!!!! All I have to say is wow!!! Do you want deep fried chicken and delicious buttery biscuits? Then go to Bojangles on Port Republic Road. And don't get me started with the service!! Nothin like hearing "Hello! It's Bo Time!!" when you pull up to the drive thru!! Wow!!!! read more

so first. we had to explain what we wanted 3 times to the lady taking our order. keep in mind that everything in the screen was correct. then we pay and get our food. they forgot something so we went back to get it. no big deal. however, it was such a struggle trying to get our order fixed. then we find out that the food was made but they never out it in the bag. so we got cold food back. we've never had a problem with this bojangles and maybe they were having an off day but we should not have gina through all that trouble for a mistake that they made. read more

When I moved from NC to Harrisonburg back in July, I was devastated by the absence of Bojangles around here. I am so happy that there is finally one here- though it is in an odd location IMO. Now I can get my fix! The tea isn't as sweet as it should be and the biscuits are usually undercooked, but other than that this is a good Boj. read more

Great service for a fast food restaurant. If we are ever traveling thru we will stop again for sure.

Iiiiiiiiit's Bo Time!!! No other chicken sandwich can compare. I positively love everything I have had here, but the Cajun Chicken Filet is my favorite. Oh, those flaky, buttery biscuits! Loved! Great people fast service and great management. Deffintly a returning customer and will until somethinf terrible happens

We got an 8-piece that when eating felt like it had been sitting all day. The crust was hard as a rock. Not a nice experience eating supposedly "delicious" fried chicken. I have been to other Bojangles in the south off of I-95 and they are nothing like this. Very very disappointed and won't come back. read more
