I'm not sure that I will ever give a McDonald's five stars, but this particular McDonald's always seems to get it right! Friendly and fast service and people actually seem to enjoy working there! I normally order through the app drive up and my order is waiting for me. Even if you don't order on the app, the lines are never very long. Well, they're long, but they push people through the lines so you don't have to wait an exorbitant amount of time. This McDonald's is independently locally family owned, and they're doing a great job! I don't go inside so I can't comment on the cleanliness, but the food is consistently good here and the service is good so they're getting a four star from me!! read more

This was by far the worse McDonald's I've ever had to eat at. The Big Mac was cold and it had to be thrown out. The chicken sandwich with the orange sauce (which wasn't ordered) was so nasty, plus the bread was so stale it couldn't be eaten. We're in town for a visit and had to have breakfast and received a normal size medium diet but by lunch it had shrunk to a kids size and the guy in the pigtails was over the top. The bread is constantly stale. In the last 3 months that I've gone, there hasn't been one time where the bread hasn't been stale.

The folks at this location need training with customer service and how to clean the floors, and tables. They seemed quite bothered by anyone needing help. My husband cleaned the table we were at, while one of the workers took a quick glance, and then tried to look busy. Seems like a great location and a nice amount of customers came in while we were there. Such a shame that it was messy like that. read more

I really don't like to give bad reviews but this is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The food was not fresh: cold, limp fries, crusty burger patty and the bread was chewy. I'm not sure why I got 'leftovers'. It wasn't like I was the only person there or it was closing time. It was 8pm on a Friday night and there were 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. The fish she specifically asked fir was the worst at any Mcd's. It was cold, dry and very crusty with little to no tartar sauce. The double quarter pounder should be fresh. That meat was cold, bun crusty and in no way fresh. The coke had very little cola taste. When calling back rang 20 times only to be hung up on. Frequently closed during advertised hours. You never know if they're going to be open or not. Frequently out of orange juice even though it's listed on the menu. Their kiosks are very confusing because sometimes they serve at the table and sometimes they don't. You never know and have to keep alert for how the order will be delivered. Upon arriving at the second window, I was promptly given for what seems to be an iced coffee. I am so not shocked by these horrible reviews.Sadly, I didn't check before going here for the grandkids. Wow!!! By far the worst McDonald'd I have ever experienced. Ordered on line to use the quick pick up feature. Get there and both spots are filled so I circle the block thinking they were customers picking up, as well and would be gone... after 3 circles, I decided to park and just go in. As I was walking in, I noticed both cars were empty. As I approached the cashier to say I had ordered on line but the 2 spaces are filled with empty cars, he said... oh, okay... are you Christina? I respond, yes. He begins to make my order. At this point, I am puzzled... looking around, there aren't any customers... so, I'm thinking, who's cars are those?!?! After he rudely gets my order together and forgetting an item and me having to correct him... I asked if that was employee cars. He replied, Yes. Wait... WTH?!?!? So, then I ask for the manager... I proceed to tell her and she says she couldn't agree with me more. That 1 of the cars is the owner of this McDonal's and the other car is the cashier that waited on me. Wait... WHAT?!?! Are you kidding me? So, I said I would like to speak to the owner. The manager replied, of course.... almost happy that someone was going to call the owner out on such horrible business practices.
