As my wife says, no one writes positive reviews for McDonalds. However, I really liked this one. The restrooms were clean, and the people were friendly. The orders were automated, but people do bring your food to your table. Our orders were correct, and our food was hot. This one has a playplace for children, and though small, my kid had a great time! They have frosted the glass between the playplace and the main restaurant... I assume to give privacy to the families. I was okay with that! There are also several security cameras and security measures to keep your children safe! 4 STARS read more

I don't eat fast food much but I was craving a quarter pounder. I was heading to an appointment so I was going to eat it on the way. The cheese wasn't melted, which should have been my first sight something wasn't right. I bit into it abs it just wasn't right. I took a couple of more bites, I pull up to my appointment, turn on the light, to see that my burger wasn't cooked properly. Maybe this is a sign I didn't need it. Consistently the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Its close to my house and I keep dumbly given it a chance. Today I was served food I watched the person ahead of me in line return unwrapped through the window. How do I know, well because in the item was still unwrapped in the bag I was handed. I went inside, the manager made me a new one and throw the bag across the counter. No apology. No refund. When I got home and finally ate my burger i was almost finish with my burger when I realized that it was pink!!!! Don't really like McDonald's food, but seemed to be only place I can park a box truck at. Came into the lobby, and it was completely empty, went to wash my hands. No soap. And no paper towels, nobody likes those damn air dryers they're loud obnoxious and just smear around water, took the staff about 5 minutes to see me standing at the register. Ordered number 5 with a double cheeseburger large. The guy handed me my cup... I got my ice..... no sweet tea out. It's always behind the counter and drive through. I stood at the counter for about 8 minutes while staff just walked by me a few times didn't even acknowledge me. Finally got my tea....then waited 10 more minutes for my food. Which nuggets are hot. Still kinda mushy tho, burger was cold and straight rubber like it's been there for 4 weeks, fries are fresh... no salt on them. Floors are dirty, every booth has crumbs on table and in every seat. I understand it must take every member to just do drivethru only but don't forget the customers standing inside at the counter. It could always be worse tho. But next time I'm out this way I'll just swing by a gas station and grab a bag of chips and a sun drop and enjoy it. K bye read more

I can't explain how much I appreciate what they just did for me, because of the Covid-19 and not being able to work much I gradually started to loose money. Due to rent, bills and groceries. I was about to head home and haven't eaten all day. So i decided to stop by McDonald's to get something to help my stomach (not realizing that I didn't have enough money) I get to the window and my card declines, at that moment I felt embarrassed, shocked and humiliated. I had asked the lady at the window to cancel my order and I was just going to go home. She called her manager over and they started to talk. They told me to drive to the next window and they had paid my order for me. I don't know what to say to this, we all are in rough times right now and to see people looking out for each other is very humbling. Fries were cold, there was barely any Oreos in a McFlurry, and I got sick right after. Service was horrible I waited like 15 minutes to order and it took them like 10 more minutes to come out. Best McDonald's I have ever been too. The facility is always clean, employees awesome, food is always hot, and fresh. Also, I have no idea what they do differently to their sausage biscuits, but they are consistently the best I have ever had. This place is horrible. Steady stream of cars - we waited 15-20 minutes just to pay - then no one in cashier window. I have never left a bad review for a fast food place; but this was ridiculous! Fries were cold - I politely ask for fresh fries and offered to pull into waiting area. They brought my new fries out - which I suspect were the same fries as before - but had been microwaved. They were like leather. I threw them out. On to Big Mac. Bit into a very crunchy bun and the burger was so dry, it couldn't be eaten. I basically wasted $8.00. I hardly ever eat fast food.
