As my wife says, no one writes positive reviews for McDonalds. However, I really liked this one. The restrooms were clean, and the people were friendly. The orders were automated, but people do bring your food to your table. Our orders were correct, and our food was hot. This one has a playplace for children, and though small, my kid had a great time! They have frosted the glass between the playplace and the main restaurant... I assume to give privacy to the families. I was okay with that! There are also several security cameras and security measures to keep your children safe! 4 STARS read more

I stopped at this McDonald's six days a week in the morning Once or twice a week for dinner.. 3 days ago they gave me the wrong order, that evening the manager would not give my money back nor a credit. He told me I could come back and get the food replaced at a later date. Today three days later, the manager would do absolutely nothing to help me, including a customer for service number. My lack of business will not hurt the family owned establishment. I will never go there again.. Fortunately, they're more fast food restaurants, I don't appreciate being looked at and treated as I'm trying to take advantage of McDonald's it was their mixup.. read more

The food was disgusting! The service was so slow I don't even know how they haven't ran out of business yet. Please Mac Donald's clean the tables, floors, and bathrooms. All I know is that you shouldn't come here unless you want a bad meal and day. read more

I don't eat fast food much but I was craving a quarter pounder. I was heading to an appointment so I was going to eat it on the way. The cheese wasn't melted, which should have been my first sight something wasn't right. I bit into it abs it just wasn't right. I took a couple of more bites, I pull up to my appointment, turn on the light, to see that my burger wasn't cooked properly. Maybe this is a sign I didn't need it. I was so upset and so worried I was gonna get sick. This is the newer McDonalds in MJ. Please do NOT eat here. I do NOT recommend. read more

Consistently the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Its close to my house and I keep dumbly given it a chance. Today I was served food I watched the person ahead of me in line return unwrapped through the window. How do I know, well because in the item was still unwrapped in the bag I was handed. I went inside, the manager made me a new one and throw the bag across the counter. No apology. No refund. Also didn't need to ask what the item was because I'm guessing she knew very well what it was. Terrible place. Has been bad since the day it opened. Do not go here. read more

Maybe the manager or owner will read this: 10:35pm & no one answers at the drive through. All lights are on & signs say the restaurant is open for another 25 minutes. Owner is losing money tonight - there were 3 cars besides ours that left too. read more

Used my rewards points to get a free six piece and they took the code but refused to give me my nuggets. They stole from me.

Placed an online order to pick up for my employees and was missing a McChicken and sauce which fine but mistakes happen, but when i got to the window this lady tried arguing that she put it in the bag? Didnt think it would be this damn hard to eat a McChicken, do not recomend this store not at least during this hour while that staff is working. read more

Y'all always have some bullshit going on over there. I waited for 15 minutes in line this morning to pick up an uber eats and I've ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS gone through the drive through with no problems but now all of a sudden I have to come inside? Like I didn't just wait 15 minutes you couldn't just hand me the food? Let's talk about the slow ass dude working the morning shift. I have never in my life seen a person move in slow motion. Why does he still work there? He backs up the whole line. Literally like a turtle I'm impressed with how slow he can move his body. AND THEN WE HAVE TONIGHT... All I wanted was a McFlurry. That's all I wanted. WE ALL KNOW THE MACHINE ISN'T DOWN YOU LAZY BITCHES. WE AREN'T DONE. The people are rising up we are ready to revolt. I'm done with this McDonalds y'all are getting my money anymore. read more

Rejoice Mt. Julieters, the new McDonald's has opened. No more will your requests for Hot Chocolate result in a cup of Coffee. This is the latest generation of McDonald's with high tech digital menus and a huge playplace. It has just recently open so everyone was stopping in, so the dining room was a bit crazy, but I have faith that it will improve over time. read more

McDonald's - Front - Burgers Near Me - Mount Juliet, Tennessee

awful, took over an hour to get our food then preceded to give me a smaller milkshake

I think one star is too much for this McDonald's. My order was wrong. I had to wait. I watch them digging my bag three or four times without gloves on her hands and then when I finally got my food, my big Mac was thrown on top of my basket of french fries. If there's a worst McDonald's, I've never been to it. read more

My boyfriend went and got 2 McChickens, 2 McDoubles and fries. The fries weren't even remotely full and looked like bottom of the bag fries. I'll of the bread was hard on every single sandwich. McDonald's - There's his "double quarter pounder with cheese only" - Burgers Near Me - Mount Juliet, Tennessee

One of the worst run fast food restaurants in the area. Avoid this place. Incapable staff, dirty/messy environment, poor service. Some people just don't get it and have no business in the restaurant business. Perhaps the owner should spend some time in his/her investment. This one isn't working as is sir/madam. Get it together. Your customers deserve better read more

The Lady working the window, can't count, shorted me money. Called her out in it and walks away and just starts texting or whatever on her phone. Waited over 10 minutes for the manager to give me my money. They both were making a joke about it and moving slowly to hand me the correct change back! Both were laughing about it. I bet you she was waiting for us to leave to keep the change. Worst McDonalds ever! Our food was even cold when we got it. Wish I could give zero stars read more

Don't really like McDonald's food, but seemed to be only place I can park a box truck at. Came into the lobby, and it was completely empty, went to wash my hands. No soap. And no paper towels, nobody likes those damn air dryers they're loud obnoxious and just smear around water, took the staff about 5 minutes to see me standing at the register. Ordered number 5 with a double cheeseburger large. The guy handed me my cup... I got my ice..... no sweet tea out. It's always behind the counter and drive through. I stood at the counter for about 8 minutes while staff just walked by me a few times didn't even acknowledge me. Finally got my tea....then waited 10 more minutes for my food. Which nuggets are hot. Still kinda mushy tho, burger was cold and straight rubber like it's been there for 4 weeks, fries are fresh... no salt on them. Floors are dirty, every booth has crumbs on table and in every seat. I understand it must take every member to just do drivethru only but don't forget the customers standing inside at the counter. It could always be worse tho. But next time I'm out this way I'll just swing by a gas station and grab a bag of chips and a sun drop and enjoy it. K bye read more

I can't explain how much I appreciate what they just did for me, because of the Covid-19 and not being able to work much I gradually started to loose money. Due to rent, bills and groceries. I was about to head home and haven't eaten all day. So i decided to stop by McDonald's to get something to help my stomach (not realizing that I didn't have enough money) I get to the window and my card declines, at that moment I felt embarrassed, shocked and humiliated. I had asked the lady at the window to cancel my order and I was just going to go home. She called her manager over and they started to talk. They told me to drive to the next window and they had paid my order for me. I don't know what to say to this, we all are in rough times right now and to see people looking out for each other is very humbling. Thank you so much for the wonderful women who helped me out today. read more

Mcdonalds was my favorite fast food. This is no longer true. For past several months my food has been horrible. Whether it was breakfast or dinner. The burgers are dry as well as cold and hard. Fries are always cold. Today I had to ask for fresh ones . These weren't even warm. As for breakfast the bread is always cold and hard. I'm so disappointed . I normally came to this store at least 5 times a week. That will now change! read more

Nastiest McDonald's French fries I've ever had. So cold I couldn't even eat them. Tasted like I left them out on my counter over night.

Fries were cold, there was barely any Oreos in a McFlurry, and I got sick right after. Service was horrible I waited like 15 minutes to order and it took them like 10 more minutes to come out. Shelly was horrible she gave me an attitude and rolled her eyes at me, and mid order she said she was off. read more
