Sandwich when I've bit into it it taste like rubber felt like rubber and it was very gross. It's all like it could've been like a rubbery texture gross disgusting don't recommend. the service was not as good as other drives thru they didn't give me any time to ask for my sauce they just closed the window. read more

Another Mcdonald's I've been to using my app. After ordering the coffee came out pretty fast and with no problems. Have been here before and had good service. They came directly to the car unlike other mcdonald's who auction the food off to a bunch of different cars before you get it. Over all no problems this time, and the best part they knew my name :) lol read more

Sat in drive through trapped for over an hour. Upon arriving to tne window to pay, I find the the attendant with this air buds on with the McDonald's headset over them. He's dividing his attention between what ever he is Bluetoothing and his job.... Unsuccessfully I might add. read more

Service was good however this location has had major issues with the ice cream machine. Also my food looked like it had been sitting for awhile. Hamburg buns were flat. Not sure why. The store is clean and I will return but they need to fix these few things. read more

I ordered a large latte and got medium while I still paid the same amount for a large. I ask if this was the largest cup because the paper and receipt I got back said large or L. Didn't want to be a rude Karen and ask for a refund just wanted the drink fixed but they didn't. read more

Picked up our order in the drive thru and got home and everything was cold! The lettuce on my wife's burger was wilted and had brown spots on it. Called the Manager and explained the situation, luckily she decided to comp our meal. That's the only reason for 2*. And it amazes me these people want $15 an hr! read more

I use the drive thru at the McDonalds on West Union St in Morganton, NC. I am on a strict low Carb diet and have to limit my intake of bread. I always order a Double Quarter Pounder /w Cheese..PLAIN. By doing so when I get home I discard the bun and eat it like a hamburger steak. On three occasions in the last three weeks when I got home my order was inaccurate. On two of those occasions they had put a "SINGLE" Quarter Pounder /w Cheese in a Double Quarter Pounder box although I had paid for a Double. On the third occasion, which was this past Sunday evening, they had given me the Double Quarter Pounder /w cheese but it had all the condiments on it. Not really a bid deal it's just that a customer should get what they order and pay for. Many of your workers there have the personality of a rock and don't seem to take any pride in their work. They need to pay more attention to what is ordered and fill them as ordered. read more

This mcdonalds has been consistently terrible by being slow and always giving you the wrong order even if its simple... i dont know what exactly is wrong if it is understaffed or bad management but there is a problem with this one in particular.. if you have the option dont go here especially if you want the drive through... this has been a problem for mooonnnnthssss that has yet to have been fixed. read more

Food was cold! I went inside & ordered a Big Mac and fries to go. Got my order went to my car to eat my food. The burger was COLD! Took it back inside &ask for a fresh burger. Another customer had just brought back her food back in front of me and said hers was cold. She had gone through the drive through & had to bring the food back inside. The manager was very rude, said the food was made fresh & it couldn't be cold. Argued with both myself and the other customer. Then said we would just have to wait because other customers were waiting for their food & didn't know how long it would be! I was shocked! When I finally got my burger it was also cold. I just gave up and went to Hardee's, where I will always go from now on. There is always problems with this McDonalds location. Hate it, I should have know better! read more

I went into this McDonald's today and I was extremely pleased. I'm a general manager for Wendy's and have been for many many years. So when I eat out I am nit picky (not on purpose, but when you work in the industry you know what to expect). Anyway! My husband and I walked in and I looked around and that was by far the cleanest McDonald's I've been to in this area yet. The crew members where very well dressed, in all matching uniforms, all very neatly cleaned and ironed looking, the young lady at the counter was just as sweet as she could be and had the biggest brightest smile. Definitely a young lady you want to wait on you. The food was good as well. You could tell by the taste of the French fries that the oil was even clean and well maintained. The crew members and the manager all worked very well together. I could hear the manager giving direction but he wasn't at all loud. The crew members continued to work and didn't goof off and didn't play around at all. It was a very greatly ran business. This manager good really teach a whole bunch of managers in the area a thing or two about being a great manager because he is an amazing manager with an amazing team. I was extremely pleased with the service, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the friendliness, how well the crew members and the management team worked together. This is definitely a 5 star McDonald's and this McDonald's needs to do YouTube videos to show other managers how to run your business properly. Or however you need to get it out there. Very well done. Thank you very much. You almost restored my faith in McDonald's and if I eat at McDonald's again it will be your store because the other ones can't seem to get it right and I can't stand the dirtiness of the stores or the poor quality of the food or the awful disrespectful crew and loud obnoxious managers. The manager at this store impressed me very much. Thank him give him a raise and make him a training store manager if he isn't already. Tastes about how you'd expect McDonald's to taste... I work 3rd shift so I liked the idea of a 24hr McDonald's I could run to on break every so often... but this place had a sign up that was written on with a sharpie.. it said "closed from 1am to 3am.. but whatever.. could've been maintenance or something, right? Except, two days later I come back at exactly 4:32am and at the drive thru the woman tells me "sorry we're closed for another three minutes if you want to wait..". Clearly, it's normal for a place to open at 4:35am... .. . Anyway, I said "okay, I'll wait".. The woman then sounded very disheartened and asked me what I wanted... I felt like maybe I just interrupted someone's nap time. Service isn't really as fast as you would expect from McDonald's and the people were just aggravated it seemed... like.. every time I've been there. read more
