This McDonalds is our go to when we are bringing the kids together. The indoor play is always clean and available for them to play. The kids ordered Cheeseburgers, we ordered a spicy chicken burger and all was done just the way we ordered it. The staff was nice. Our granddaughter Loves the indoor play area at this McDonald's, so we've found ourselves there several times recently. I have to say, the management puts some care into making sure that the tables and floors stay clean. That's a big plus in my book. They still allow you to self-serve your beverages, and I appreciate that they have light lemonade with less sugar as one of the options there. The mode these days is to have customers order their food at the kiosk, but I'd rather interact with a human cashier. The young woman who helped us was really patient with our issues with their app, so kudos for her! I forgot what I had to eat for "real food", but I fondly recall the chocolate chip cookie that I had for dessert. I ordered 4 items, 3 of which required sauce, and I was only asked which sauce I wanted for 2 of the items. When I got to the front, I asked for 1 additional sauce and the guy told me it would be 27 extra cents. I tried to explain that I didn't have the right amount of sauce for what I ordered and he started arguing with me. So rude. The sauce cup size is significantly smaller than it used to be too. Hello, I am writing to advise you of an issue with the restaurant in Moorpark CA. I unfortunately had to reported the assistant manager and the customer service rep on the McDonald's website I have reported it and gave a review on DoorDash along with Facebook and yelp and Google. I am considering if I don't get a call regarding this the Better Business Bureau. The restaurant is by far the worst in Ventura County. The service is awful and at times the food. PART 1 The managers here are very rude and disrespectful to customers and employees as well. I've seen it happen multiple times and I've had a really bad experience with one of the managers about a month back. To some of you my experience may seem like nothing but on the day that it happened to me I had been going through some hardships. I don't feel the need to share my personal life. Just know I was really struggling on the day that this incident accrued. Me and my daughter decided to stop and get lunch at this location we decided to get something small because we hadn't ate all day so we ordered the five dollar meal deals just because I was low on money and just needed a bite to eat. me and my daughter ordered our meals. My daughter got her McChicken meal deal and I got the double cheeseburger meal deal no onion extra pickles. We pulled up to the window to pay, the employee at the first window stated that the person in front of us paid for our meals, which truly made us feel blessed and grateful. (We had been dealing with some hardships in our personal life, that it made us feel truly blessed.) I got to the second window we got our bag of food and drinks. We parked to eat. They have one job to serve us our food with politeness and respect but that is the exact opposite of how they handle their service here.
