We had just got to the hotel from hours of driving from New york. My family was hungry and we were all exhausted & It looked pointless to take the car just to drive across the street. So we simply crossed the street. While sending my other cousin to take the little kids upstairs to rest. We thought people would have compassion being in a suburban family area to at least speak & at least polite or to be fully transparent. I knock on the window and a man finally came over. I explained the situation and he said we do not serve if you do not have car. I said "well I wish they could have been fully honest from the start." Sad part is...I see the humanity and morality of this Wendys, & we just chose not to order. Not that it matters to them. But I wonder who raised these people to be this way using avoidance, being in a food & service industry. I truly could have gotten in the car, and regone to the window. But after that treatment, I would not want that type of person handling my food for my family anyways.
