Good service and good food for a McDonald's. Not always gonna be the quickest but they definitely still get the food out.

So I ordered Food Saturday night at 12:44 on the mobile App ordered fries a big Mac and a smoothie I get up to the drive-through and the lady said oh you'll have to wait on your smoothie. We're cleaning the machine. I said never mind refund the smoothie. I don't want chemicals in my smoothie right before clean it and the manager is rude. I had to call corporate to get this settled because the manager does not know customer service at all she yells at them. IS NOT OPEN 24 hrs. They close between 4am & 5am and sometimes longer to switch menu form dinner to breakfast.

I'm gonna be honest . So brace yourself, First it's so god damn expensive I get America is changing but if I'm gonna pay 30 bucks for a tea and a sausage egg biscuit when it takes a whole ass decade to get my food especially when your make 10+ people pull up to the door in their cars for a happy meal then you send out someone who can't even get their fatass through the door with everyone's meal just to screw up their orders also! 0/5 read more

These guys literally tried to serve me a hamburger that the cook obviously cut their finger, it was bleeding, and they continued to wrap it up and served to me. When I complained about the dried blood on the wrapper and asked for a refund, she told me it was the way the wrappers come sometimes and refused to give me a refund and had her employees harass me, call me names, tried to intimidate me as I walked out the door and then through said food at me. All of this because I asked for a refund. I didn't believe her that the wrappers came looking like they had speckled dried red/brown blood patterns on the wrapper that didn't even match any, not ANY of the colors that appeared on the wrapper or literally any other wrapper in the mcdonalds restaurant. I tried to return the food and asked for a refund. This is when they became extremely rude and hateful to me. It was a really odd experience as I have never in my life asked for a refund for food and been treated the way that I was treated. Like they wanted to fight me. I do not think it is right or I'm not sure, is it even ethical or legal to try to fight your customers and throw food at them in front of other customers? The manager had her employees go along with her in her treatment of my request for a refund after attempting to return the food item. "The customer is always right in matters of taste" means that when it comes to personal preference or what someone finds appealing, the customer's opinion should be considered absolute, even if it differs from the seller's or other people's perspective; essentially, you should prioritize customer satisfaction based on their individual taste, as taste is subjective. Expectation vs. Reality (only the reality when going to McDonald's location in Miami, OK) I have never had so many problems at a McDonald's before until I moved up here for college. This morning I ordered 2 blue berry muffins along with a sausage mc griddle, 2 sausage biscuits, and 2 hash browns.. With all of the mc griddles and muffins being wrong, the blue berry muffins were so cold you could've considered them frozen. When I called to ask why this was and to inform that my order was wrong, I was told apparently you have to request for your food to be heated (I have never been told this at any other McDonald's nor have I received practically frozen food) the manager said she would fix the rest excluding the muffins and that I could come by any day or time, I informed her we were on our way and once we got there I was told we needed to leave because they were no longer serving breakfast for the day, and when I informed them I had just gotten off the phone with the manager and she knew I was coming, she yelled over the intercom that we were wrong and to come back another day. If I could give this place zero stars I would, and if you're in Miami and really want McDonald's, make the trip to Joplin. It's well worth it. read more

This McDonald's can be both good or bad, depending on the time of day you go there. If you go during busy times, the food is almost guaranteed to be hot and fresh, but if you go any other time, especially after 11pm, it really is a coin toss. Actually, after 11pm it isn't a coin toss; you're just about guaranteed to get old, nearly cold, food or have your order totally confused. My advice: avoid this McDonald's anytime after 11pm. read more
