Half a cup of coke is what I got with my order! Ripoff!
    Anthony G.

Worse than awful! I mean this deserves zero stars! It's sad really because many years ago I had a ritual: I would go watch a play at the Miracle Theatre and then after the play, I would eat from this McDonalds in my car. I hadn't done it in a long time because I don't go to that theatre as often anymore, but I did watch a play there a few days ago and came by this McDonald's for a late night meal. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese, fries and a coke. I drove off and parked my car to eat. I grabbed by coke and noticed it seemed light in weight. I opened the lid and noticed they poured half the cups worth of coke inside. Really? That little? Cmon you guys buy the syrup in bulk and you cheat me on this? Look at the picture it's incredible. I now wondered how my food was. I started eating the fries... tasted rancid. It tasted like old oil. Tried the burger, spit it out. Terrible! I had to drive to Checkers down the street to eat something. Threw all my McDonald's food in the trash bin at Checkers. It's really upsetting to have to buy food a second time at another location because the food was that bad. It's also upsetting to not even be given a full cup of coke when I paid for it. I am never coming back. All the bad reviews in this place was spot on and I wish I had read them and not come here.

Not the first time I come here and officially my last. There's only 2 people working at a time. The line was so long and the food was disguising. Ordered a Mc chicken and it was soft and soggy. The fries weren't even warm. I had to wait for her to come back to the window to ask for sauces. She rolled her eyes at me. I saw the person behind me order frappucinos and they were half way. There was literally more whip cream than the actual drink. This place needs better management.

It was amazing with the garlic confit putting it over the top. And you get a small or large so not some overpriced over large sandwich. They also have a daily special that looked really good. Maybe it's the ambiance? For sure it's just a cool building with high ceilings and decorated their words like your tias house. It's just cool old typewriters, mud century lamps and furniture. Great spot to hang out. They have a few outdoor tables and a bar. The place is not large but it's really very cool. Maybe it the coffe? After ordering my drinks and receiving them, she felt the need to hold up the line and single me out in front of everyone to inform me that she "wouldn't order" the way I ordered. Not telling me that I couldn't, but that *she* wouldn't. It came across incredibly self-important and petty. For context, I ordered two double espressos and paid an additional $1 for each cup of oat milk on the side. This is on the menu. I didn't ask for anything outrageous, yet she seemed perturbed that I ordered what I paid for. I have a newborn and have replaced oat milk whenever I use 'milk' because my supply has been very low and oats are said to aid in lactation support. I'm pumping breastmilk in the car every time I drive and nursing throughout the day. I'm doing everything in my power to consume as many lactation supporting foods as I can. I PAID FOR IT. I paid nearly $13 for two beverages, I didn't ask for anything free or try to do anything inappropriate. Yet I was treated with such odd hostility from the barista. She even made some comment about it being "a lot of cups", except it was just the two cups of milk where I poured the espresso into. She very simply could have poured the espresso into the cup of milk and ice, but apparently that was not something she was willing to do. So it seems the two little paper espresso cups going to 'waste' are because of her method of preparation and service. I didn't ask for special treatment or any exceptions to be made for me, I ordered off the menu. I paid for the milk and I paid for the espresso. The semantics of what I do with what I pay for is not of the barista's concern. I would encourage some supplemental training or remove oat milk from the menu if customers are going to be spoken to disrespectfully for buying it.

The hostess was very sweet & offered us counter seating, but it was literally right next to the entrance where everyone was standing trying to get out of the hot sun. Definitely not the birthday brekkie vibe I was after. And the parking situation? Diabolical. If I ever go back, I'm taking a Lyft. Once we got back to the car, I started thinking of somewhere close, delicious & that we could hopefully get into before 10:30, when most Miamians start making their way into the streets & every breakfast spot gets overrun. THREEFOLD CAFE! Hadn't been in a while & it was my dad's first time. We drove the 5min distance, parked in the ample, inexpensive garage & walked over. It was busy, but luckily we were seated right away by the lovely Ali (hey fellow Leo queen!), who got us started with drinks. Then my fave waitress Monica came over with her usual charisma & warmth. We had such a great time sipping their very good red wine sangrias & eating a delicious breakfast, including the absolutely to-die-for Don't Be a Lemon Tart French Toast. All in all, the loveliest, most perfect place & way to spend my birthday morning with my dad. Absolutely need to come by more often. Fantastic, consistent spot!

I love that they're served with aioli, which is so much better than ketchup. The corvina used for the fish and chips tastes very fresh, and is nicely garnished with dill. The fried chicken burger is incredibly good, with a huge juicy chunk of chicken thigh coated with a thick layer of batter, fried until very crunchy and a beautiful dark golden colour, and topped with a large slice of tomato that soaks through the bread. The interior is lovely and the staff are so nice. You can even go sit there and work.
