My coworkers and I tried Crepe King for the first time recently because the line for Dunkin Donuts was pretty long. There were two employees working at the time. They were both professional and nice. The menu shows different options for crepes, wraps, drinks, and miscellaneous. The breakfast menu was separate, in a clear plastic holder on the counter, not part of the menu. We ended up ordering the Hammy Crepe (scrambled eggs, ham, cheese), Veggie Crepe (scrambled eggs, cheese, and chopped veggies), and one of the dessert crepes with banana, strawberry, and Nutella. Everything was made one after the other in front of us. Only the crepes were pre-made already. Overall, every crepe we ordered tasted great. Not bad for food on campus. It definitely hit the spot. Updated to reflect owner's response: Terrible customer service, including the additional charge for ice cubes. This was after already spending over $25 for three crepes! The owner makes it a point to state they charge for a 20oz cup--but I asked them to fill up my own refillable bottle of water (see picture). Ridiculous! More importantly, the woman behind the crepe machine wasn't wearing a hair net which didn't seem very hygienic. Regretfully I nor my friend enjoyed our greasy crepes and wished we had saved our money. And while it's true that everyone has bad days, it was clear that their customer service or lack of and their unhygienic practices was bigger than a bad day. Avoid this place and go for better food and service options like Salad Creations next door or in the Graham Center (GC). read more

Crepe King is the best lunch spot at FIU. Hands down. Get away from that remixed bowl of rice or fast food and get yourself a breakfast, lunch, or desert crepe. They are all super tasty! We have come here a couple of times for lunch at work. A modest walk from the GC building, it will not disappoint. Crepe king is run by Chef King (not kidding), he is an upbeat and friendly guy that loves his work and loves his cooking. The menu has a lot of selection, I have tried the cordon blue, California, the Italian desert crepe, and the strawberry desert crepe. All fantastic. The short--for the same price as any plain bowl of rice at Sergio's,pollo, or moes, ditch that old familiar and grab something you've never tried before. Crepe King will not disappoint! 5/5 because: 1: the owner/chef works there and is genuinely concerned that you get a good meal and experience. 2: the place is clean and brand new. 3:the food is all good. YOU MUST TRY! This Crepe King is located at Florida International University and to my surprise, it's amazing! I came here around 10 am and there was absolutely no wait at all. The man who worked there was very friendly and had a smile on his face. I told him I had never been there and he recommended me some of their common items. I went with the California Crepe, which consisted of sliced up chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, guacamole, melted cheese, and their special lemon sauce. It was fantastic. He made it for me in less than 5 minutes, which is also another good thing because every place to eat on campus comes with a 10-15 minute wait. Im so glad I went with the King of Crepes to nourish my famished soul before that awful presentation. I opted for the steak chimichurri crepe and was overly surprised at the beefiness and flavor each bite oozed. I was eying they California Crepe but after this visit, I'll gladly return and order that one on the next visit. The crepes are made to order so if the line is long, just be patient because the wait is worthwhile. There's veggie options as well as the most delectable breakfast ones for the morning crowd. If you have a sweet tooth, they serve a mean guava and cheese one perfect for sharing (or not) that embodies the true Miami flavor in a college setting. Their service sucks... they need better management. Took me 40 min to get a crepe with no line. Update: the owner is very rude and diminishes the customer's opinion and experience. Thinking back, my crepe was extremely greasy. Too much cheese, and cheap on the amount of chicken they put. Never returning again. But not because the crepe that day wasn't the best (because everyone has bad days), I don't appreciate the comment that was left on MY review. I have the right to say how my experience went. Not the owner's right to tell me how I should feel about his mediocre establishment. It's ironic to see a business owner attacking his customers while his mission statement prioritizes (verbatim) "customer satisfaction". It specifically states: "Customer satisfaction, exclusive artistic originality and delicious gourmet food is our main concern". I graduated FIU in 2019 and have missed stopping by Crepe King ever since. Their honey mustard chicken wrap is to die for. It's absolutely delicious! I also tried all of their smoothies and they are all great as well. Really looking forward to some time off from work to visit Crepe King. read more

Whenever someone asks me for a food recommendation at FIU, I usually push this place in Parking Garage 5/Market Station. It has a lot of competition here between Chick fil A and Moes (yuck!) but I think its doing a good job setting itself apart. There are TVs usually playing sports. It looks really clean and the staff seem to be very friendly. I order the same crepe...kosher hot dog crepe and it's really good and filling as a meal. They offer a lot of other ones and even have wraps in the menu. Overall, I think this is worth trying. Its the newest restaurant in Market Station and looks like it will be here for awhile! read more

Came here for lunch for the first time. Had a great experience. Tried the Chicken Cordon Blue and it was pretty good. I asked if they could add Caeser dressing and the chef ablidged. My coworker had the California Crepe and really enjoyed it. Customer service was great. Downside was they didn't have tap water they could provide so you have to buy a bottled water or canned soda. Also had a hard time finding a menu online so I have added pics of the menu to my review. We ended the meal by ordering a strawberry Nutella crepe and asked them to cut it in half for us and it was the perfect amount for dessert. read more

I'm so glad Crepe King is at FIU! I've eaten here twice and have tried savory and sweet crepes and have been impressed by both. Most recently I went around noon and they were still serving breakfast crepes! I really can't say no to breakfast no matter what time it is so I opted for that- a crepe with egg, ham, and cheese. It was delicious and very flavorful. I paired it with a cafe con leche and was very happy with it (the milk was perfectly steamed). A co worker of mine recommended this place since I didn't know where else to go for lunch. I am so thankful for her & this place! Inside it's small but has cute, Paris themed decorations, and a tv playing music and videos. I ordered the chicken Cesar wrap. It was done quickly and brought to my table. It was delicious and filling. The chicken was grilled and tasted great with enough lettuce, mozzarella cheese, and cesar dressing. I have stopped here a couple of times to try their savory and dessert crepes and I am never disappointed. The owner and his wife are extremely friendly and know their menu well if you have any questions or are in need of a recommendation. I was super excited when Crepe King opened because I am a French crepe lover. I liked the atmosphere and hospitality. You can choose from a variety of salty and sweet crepes. Plus, there are smoothies, hot drinks and wraps. However, I give 3 stars because the quality/price ratio is not good. The crepe was way too crispy (overcooked) and it is very expensive for the quantity and taste... I had better here in Miami and elsewhere.
