Arrived at restaurant under the impression this location was 24hr which it states on google. but when I pulled over to the drive thru wet floor signs were blocking both lanes. When driving around the building all the lights were on as if they were open, but once I got to the back of the building that when I saw all the employees outside sitting in chairs that they pulled outside from in the restaurant, and they were smoking. Stopped in at 4am before a trip to the airport, the drive through. I was told to pull to the window and order and that it's cash only. 0 stars- stay away!! Running debit card scams in drive thru!!! We stopped on 9/17 to get my daughter a Happy Meal, and my sister paid $3.21 with her debit card. She just checked her bank account and was charged $50 for this purchase. In retrospect, the woman charging us did have the debit card for much longer than what should have been needed, but I chalked it up to a system error or something at the time. My sister will be reporting the fraud to her bank in the morning, and we are awaiting a response from McDonalds. If I could give zero stars I would. This location is the WORST. We usually drive further away from our house to go to another location, but since this location is so close, on occasion we stop in. Today we sat in the drive thru for 20 min and no one took the order. When we tried to get their attention they said one moment. The first time I went there the drive through line was so long that I parked and stood on line for 20 minutes to buy a milk shake even though there were only 2 people ahead of me. I don't know what exactly it is about this location, but it scares me. My husband and I have been to this location a couple of times and it's never been pretty. The line at the drive-through is impossible. I drive past this McDonalds several times a week and the line always seems to be at least 10 cars long. Inside the restaurant isn't any better. The lines aren't as bad as outside, but the crowd is definitely not the greatest. Worst mcdonalds ever! One of the girls that works here at the drive thru is so rude. I asked to speak to the manager because the sandwich they made me was wrong, I payed for a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and got a burnt mac chicken. I come to this location at least 2-4 times a week and it's always during breakfast. I'm slightly obsessed with McDonald's coffee. They recently remodeled the whole place, and pretty quickly too. The drive thru now features two lanes & the inside is really nicely decorated. When the drive thru line is long, just get down. There usually isn't a long line inside, if at all, and it goes by quicker than waiting the 10 cars. The employees aren't mean or rude, but maybe that could depend on the time of day. At least the morning ones are always the same & they are familiar faces. Again, I only come here for coffee, and most of the time, they get my order right. read more

This McDonald's is horrendous. Last night we went through an empty drive-thru and the person taking our order got the order wrong and when we tried to correct him he turned off his microphone. At the window we proceeded to tell him that the order was wrong and he corrected it. At the pick up window we noticed he also made a mistake in another part of our order. When we tried to say this to man at the pick up window, he gave us attitude and did not want to fix the mistake. Once we got home, we noticed that they forgot stuff in order. I tried to call twice and the store would not answer. This is not the first time this location has made a mistake and I honestly think this is the last straw. read more

I'm not lovin' it. Buuuuut, I do have some helpful suggestions: Its drive-thru should change its name to a drive-in, since it looks like people go there to put their cars on park and watch a movie. Park your damn car and brisk walk some fries off while you pick up your meal, dammit. But of course, if you do choose the drive-in, please enjoy your movie and make sure to check your bag before you leave. The employees usually like to play a game of "Can you guess what's missing?" without letting you know you're a contestant. P.S. Actually the drive thru is decent. However in restaurant service is awful. They make customers wait 5-10 minutes to even acknowledge you. Meanwhile 4-6 cars have passed through the drive-thru. Once they see you they still take 100% priority for drive thru customers. Kiosks are closed and they go out of their way to ignore in store customer. Once they see you, they treat the customer as if they are an inconvenience.. they helped the person in front of me after 5-7 minutes. Then walked away for me, the second customer in line... simply disappeared. Someone else eventually took my order another 4-5 minutes later. Perhaps, they should just shut down the in-store service or decide to do it right. But don't treat walk ins as inconvenient second class citizens. The employees work their butts off, management/leadership need to emphasize walk in clients as a priority. This is a store leadership problem. Food is good and always fresh. read more

Ordered an Artisan Grilled Chicken sandwich expecting somewhat decent and edible food. I was wrong and felt robbed of my $7. Grilled chicken was under cooked and looked unhealthy for any human being. Bad enough for me to actually review a McDonalds. Besides the food being disgusting, the wait was long and ketchup machines never work. The food most of the time is hot. That's the best i can say. I just ordered off the kiosk, and they left 3 items off my order. I come here sometimes for a cone, they take my money, they tell me that the ice cream machine is down for cleaning. Im offered something else, like apple pie or cookies, which I promptly say no to. Easily the worst fast food restaurant location in Miami. Drive thru will absolutely have you waiting over 20 minutes to inevitably hand you an incomplete order or terrible tasting food. This McDonalds is awful. The drive-thru lines move very slowly, often receipts are illegible, mistakes on orders are frequent, they are so greedy they no longer put caramel drizzle on frappes, you pay an extra .40 for extra sauce on a fish filet and they still give you a miserly amount and they put it on a pre-made sandwich so you get a cold sandwich. Fries are soggy and rarely hot. Hash browns are so soggy they stick to the wrappers.,If they ask you to pull around and wait for your order to be brought to you beware. They have forgotten about me numerous times. Worst of all, a new young male manager is incredibly aggressive and rude. After being forgotten about once again after being told to pull over and wait for my drive-thru order, when I went inside and said I had been waiting for over 10 minutes, he immediately accused me of lying, saying I had been waiting for 2-3 minutes! When I pointed out the time stamp on the receipt (16 min prior) he asked me to leave. I was incredulous. This is the first time in my life I've been asked to leave a place of business, a request normally reserved for unruly or loud customers, not someone making a legitimate complaint in a moderate (not raised) voice in a mild manner. Worst McDonald's experience. I rarely go to McDonald but I will definitely remember this visit. Just went in today and the guy at the register (drive thru) was having issues scanning coupons so he simply let me pay the full amount without trying to manually override it (that I gently asked). The manual override was done to me in the past, but this McDonald definitely went above and beyond in not doing anything about it. They would not even honor the free ice cream for ice cream day since they scanner wasn't working. Definitely incompetent staff and managers for allowing this nonsense to happen. read more

Worst Mc Donald's in I have ever been to. The workers are talking and laughing and not working. Every time I have gone there there has been an issue. The lines and wait times are long unnecessarily, have made the drive thru line a few times only to find they are out of something... especially sundaes. How can you run out of sundaes or have to clean the machine every time I have gone there? One of the times I was t there, I made the cashier line and when it was my turn, the cashier stated to mop the floor while I waited!!!! Parking here is horrible, if you do park try to back in. The drive through is always packed and they never use both outside ordering stations. Inside is a little better but there are a lot of questionable people especially at nighttime. Food is ok, it is a McDonald's after all. read more
