This is the worst location I've ever been too! I've been at night around 9 or so and they are always taking FOREVER and all I order is fries and a drink. The fries are always thrown in the bag. McDonald's is pretty good at being fast and efficient but this store, something is lacking here. I can't believe the experience I had tonight. I went into the drive thru and ordered a Big Mac bundle. I don't know about you but I thought big Macs came with two patties not one with extra onions. Not only was it missing an entire patty of meat but it looks like someone threw it together with your eyes closed without gloves on. This place is not so cool than what is use to be. I love the food here it's so good but I would disagree with the service and I'll tell you why. As I go into the drive thru I can immediately tell that there was a huge but slow moving line due to the slow service, when I finally can order the lady is rushing me to order as soon as she speaks to me. I order a regular happy meal for my daughter and she really wanted the Halloween buckets they use for October.I also tried to order two ice cream cones one for me and one for my daughter, but when I tried the lady had already "taken our order" and stoped talking to me and didn't let me order the two ice cream cone so now I had to order them when I had to pay .Another surprise they have no more Halloween buckets left which upset me and my daughter. This made me mad since I have already ordered food once and the lady almost forgot my daughters happy meal. As this girl just muttered " Oh right! I forgot" and just made this face . As I would just complain about the service as these rude hot Cheeto girls take my order and don't even get it right... like don't work there if you don't enjoy it. Just unbelievable. Wish I could give them 0 stars. On more than one occasion, this place has forgotten our food, had us wait 30+ minutes for an online order, and just treat us poorly. Today, we had a mobile order of a couple of items, which we waited over 30 minutes for. The worker kept coming out to ask us what we ordered and claimed that he didn't have a record of our order on file, blah blah blah. After 30 minutes, he finally "found it" and brought us our food. My other concern is that there is no organization for online orders. You pull up to a "spot" but they have no idea who's order is who, you don't put in your vehicle make or model, and there are literally 3 spots where you can park and actually put in an accurate spot number. I went through the drive thru earlier today for a coffee. I was asked to wait ahead of the drive thru after my payment by a blonde employee. Apparently they were out and were going to make some fresh coffee. Okay. I waited 20 minutes, I stepped out of my car and walked inside and asked the same girl if the coffee was ready. This McDonald's is absolute trash the employees have cocaine on their nose while they're taking your order... several times I've gone through the drive thru and they wouldn't answer the intercom sometimes it was 10pm sometimes it was 11pm and I rely on them to be open late like they're supposed to be until 12am cuz I work late and don't get off until late... they close down the drive thru hours ahead of when they're supposed to close... this fast food location belongs in a hell's cape.. not the real world... disturbing and shocking in more ways than a few... who is in charge? Went through the drive thru to collect a Doordash order and it wasn't done. They told me to park in the front and they would bring it out when it was ready. Mind you, the order only had 4 items. Worst customer service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant! Drive through took 10 minutes, when the food came out I only received 2 dipping sauces for two 10 piece chicken McNugget meals. I asked the girl In the drive thru for a couple more and she looked puzzled, took my bag and went to get the manager to help me. As I sat in front of the drive thru window with 6 cars behind me the manager stood on the other side of the window and had a 4 min talk with her meanwhile my food sat there getting cold.... The manager (Robert) finally opened the window, looked me straight in the face to tell me that dipping sauces weren't free, meals only come with two and they are $0.50 each for extras. I just spent almost $20 for food at McDonald's and they now have a limit on dipping sauces that come with the meals? I must have looked as shocked as the girl working there needing a managers approval to give me two extra sauces!!! Shocked and now mad, I told Robert that I didnt want him to lose any money by giving me those two extra sauces (must cost them at least $0.10 total) so I simply asked for a refund as I handed him the food back. Robert went to a different register and a few minutes later returned with my refund. He explained to me that the store policy is not to give more than two sauces without charging. I asked if those two $0.05 sauces were worth giving me a refund (losing the money on the sale), throwing away the food and not to mention making me an upset customer.. His reply was "have a nice day sir" as he shut the window.... It's truly sad to have an industry that demands $15 an hour when they couldn't care less about the owners investment, making a profit and keeping customers happy!! Poorly Managed. That pretty much sums it up for me. The lobby is completely closed right now (for weeks), due to a remodeling project that is in progress. When I say remodeling project, I am talking about an 8' chain link fence that has been constructed around the entrance in order to segregate the workers equipment and work area away from the general public. So the restaurant management has decided to stay open during the remodeling by utilizing only the drive-thru as a means for customers to order food. Well, that's fine - "IF" you actually know how to manage a drive-thru, which this location obviously does not! Don't get me wrong - the infrastructure is there. This location as the upgraded drive-thru lanes (2 lanes) with the modern menu screens and upgraded speakers that you can actually hear clearly. But what good is it having the infrastructure if you do not utilize it? On my recent visit at 6:00 AM, you know, that time of morning when people are commuting to work and would like to stop for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee, I saw a line of cars lined up at the drive-thru. Now notice I mentioned drive-thru, as in singular, meaning only one of the 2 lanes are open - the other is blocked off to prevent access. (Did I mention that the lobby is closed for remodeling and drive-thru is the only method of ordering food)? So I waited my turn to order my food and placed my order. The employee acknowledged my order, and then advised me that she will have the total for me at the 2nd window. Why not provide me with the total so that I could get my money ready? Why not have the 2nd window open to accept payment so that the employee at the end window can focus on drinks and handing out the food? I then waited in line for 15 minutes - yes I said 15 minutes, which was the time that it took for me to get my food and leave the drive-thru. Is that what anyone would call "fast food"? So instead of having both drive-thru lanes open at a busy time of morning, having the staff on hand to manage the transactions and food prep, this location has opted to completely close the lobby, operate on just one drive-thru lane and one window open and a skeleton crew, as opposed to providing a quality customer service. I hope the owner is saving a lot on his payroll by doing this, because he is losing a lot of money from potential customers who decide not to wait in line or to return again after experiencing poor service. I drove by again this morning and observed the same scenario and decided I wasn't going to torture myself again. read more

If there was a negative star ability this place would earn it just based on customer service. We have gone to this place more than once and have multiple different issues. From forgetting to put the right order together to forgetting items to charging us for items we never got and even waiting in long lines for no reason. On this trip alone we waited in line for 20 minutes for our order and ended up missing pieces. The lobby was closed for renovations so we had to wait in the drive in line again to get the other half of the order. Turns out they still missed items. We got home thinking we had everything and they aren't here. I tried calling the number to speak to a manager and it turned out to be a fax line. This is the most incompetent McDonald's that I have ever gone to. If someone could shut this McDonald's down I don't think anyone would miss it. read more
