I know these are tough times and we should all be grateful for places being open to serve our families. However, i stopped by the drive through and ordered a quarter pounder with out onions and i definitely got it with out onions. I also got it without the quarter pound patty. I received a burger with two singles mashed together. if I wanted a mcdouble I would have ordered one. read more

One of our favorite haunts ! This McD's makes our top 3 list, maybe even top 2. We stop here a few times a week and usually at least once on the weekends. Love how this is conveniently off 202. It gets pretty busy here on weekends between kids with soccer moms and the Goodwill sale shoppers every other Saturday. The friendly crew keep the drink station clean and stocked. And same for the clean bathrooms. Great stop for our first meal or mid-day break. read more

Typical McDonald's food which is just fine. Only ever come to McDonald's from time to time for a happy meal for the kids. Review about the service....rude. Walked in, absolutely no other customers inside yet the 4 employees standing 10 feet from the registers were too busy talking to acknowledge us. One girl looked at me and looked back to the others and started talking again. She looked up again and I said "uh hi". She finally walks over with the attitude of being inconvenienced. Went to McDonald's on Power and Hampton and every time I go there they forget something don't give you what you ask for when you ask for extra butter or whatever. Don't know why I continue to go there. Today the server at the window handed me my coffee and because the lid was not securely on it spilled all over my car and on me. Burnt the heck out of my hand and leg and he was nice enough to give me napkins to clean up but was also in a hurry to give me my food. Now I will smell like coffee all day at work. Service is awful. Forcing customers to use kiosk. We refused and they ignored us as long as they could. They need to be waiting on customers too. Another customer used kiosk and his sandwich was wrong. They told him he ordered the wrong one. Did not offer to give him the right one. If they had waited on him it would not have happened. read more

By my estimation, this location asks 50% of its drive-thru customers to pull around and park and wait for somebody to bring their order out. There are occasionally circumstances which warrant this but the extent to which they rely on this practice is way beyond that which is necessary, and is now basically Plan A for them as opposed to Plan B as it was intended. read more

This McDonald's has terrible service... and I only leave reviews when I'm trying to inform the next person... absolutely terrible... may as well order curbside because they send you to curbside even when no one is behind you, or in front of you in the drive through... you will always wait with with others in the parking lot... the routine here is super consistent so I would recommend staying away or choosing another location. I would rate a 5 star for consistently taking longer then necessary... Onions also smell expired... don't order a Big Mac or anything with onion... they smell like a dirty locker room. read more

This is the slowest McDonald's for whatever reason they must have gotten a new manager that doesn't know how to keep the flow. This is the worst coffee and took way too long to get my food. This McDonald's only worries about their drive thru time so they can look good on paper. It doesn't matter what you order you are getting parked in the front. I ordered two cheeseburgers and I have to pull around to the front. I have been there during their "busy" times and they will have anywhere from 5-10 cars parked in the front so their drive thru times look good. read more

I don't know what's going on here but it seems like it's a bunch of kids with no management or real adult to be found. This location has seriously gone down the drain. It used to be normal and halfway decent but not in the past few months.Half the time they're closed before they're supposed to be. Today I ordered surprisingly they were open but how much salt can you put on fries and consider them acceptable to send out. Not only after each item I ordered in the drive thru the employee kept trying to give me my total and move me along when I was clearly not done and only ordering only 2 meals sorry we're wasting your time kids. The soda that I ordered is just straight carbonation so their bag was out but of course when you have children working what can you expect. Everything we received was cold and stale and slopped together. And honestly I don't expect much from McDonald's but the fries just put me over the top just shows lack of common sense and customer service. This is the worst McDonalds ever. All the workers have an attitude problem. I went to the drive thru today to get my grandson a 4pc chkn nugget happy meal. The girl who took my order was talking so fast I could barely understand. I had a few cars ahead of me and i realized that she was asking if I wanted fries or apples but apparently she couldn't take the time to repeat it. Oh no. That would've been too much. Got here at 10:30 and drive thru was closed. Ordered curbside on the app and waited 20 minutes and decided to call the store and some girl picked up and told me they close at 11 and I said yes and I ordered at 10:37 and then she went oh um yeah our systems are down and aren't placing orders so you'll need to go in the app and get a refund. I watched several cars drive by while I was here, extremely disappointing. We aren't stupid we know the systems aren't down, you guys are closing up early so you can leave earlier. Having 5 kids, we go to McDonald's more than I like to admit. This McDonalds happens to be the closest to our house. I've been here about 5-6 times, and this is without a doubt the slowest McDonald's service on earth. I one day I sat in the drive thru for 35 min. Consistently poor service. If it didn't have the name McDonald's on the building this fast food joint would have been out of business long ago. The drive thru is ALWAYS extremely slow and the food quality seems to never run the right temperature. I have now boycotted this location even though it's right next to my house, so looks like my kids are having more Chick Fil A! This franchise owner should be reamed by corporate and lose rights to the location unless he or she figures out how train and hire managers that can keep a steady and consistent work flow. It truly is embarrassing how bad the service is here. They denied me my food in the drive thru because I simply expressed how 25 minutes is too long when you're only waiting for two cars ahead of you. I am really disappointed in how workers are currently a long with their manager's... I came in and waited in line a long with other customers there for over 20 min because their was no one at the registers.. by the time some came and it was my turn to order I had specifically asked the employee to please not have cheese on my fish fillet sandwich and the worker even repeated my order back and it was correct.. by the time I got my order I decided to check it again and there was no cheese and no tarter sauce on my fillet fish sandwich either so I wanted to let them know so I waited another 20 min again before someone had asked me what I needed and the worker told me " why don't I ask for tarter sauce next time " I didn't realize I had to ask for tarter sauce I thought a play Fish sandwich normally cones with tarter sauce ... the fast food restaurant is very dirty and doesn't look like it gets cleaned very well.. they had two soda machines and only one was working and looks like it first get wiped down or cleaned very well... read more

Very monotone and stale workers! Today's experience. My food was missing!!!! Lady in drive thru: as we pull up "I need you to park in front". My SO: "Is there a particular spot I need to park"? Lady in drive thru: "Ya" ***Not helpful at all!!!!*** Guy comes out to deliver food to our parked car and has several peoples orders. He says to my SO: "Uh.....what did you order?" then proceeds to dig thru our bag to make sure it's correct bag. However it was so crowded I ended up scratching up my car due to someone taking over the drive thru parking spots. I went inside to order something else and noticed an employee picking his nose and didn't wash his hands after. He was at the register but that was still very gross. Every single time I go (like once a month for 4 years) the line is long and slow moving. I ALWAYS get cut off by an obese jerk who didn't want to wait in line. After being essentially pushed out of line by someone who didn't want to wait, I tried to park and go inside to place my order and was informed that the lobby is closed.... so no one is working the lobby and no one is directing the line and no one is making "fast" food. 25 minutes waisted and left with no food. I live a stones throw from this McDonalds and today's experience put the nail in the coffin for me. My district sent us a flyer letting us know McDonalds was giving teachers a free breakfast sandwich and coffee. I showed up and was told they were not participating in it. That correlates to, this McDonalds does not support or appreciate teachers. Over the 2 years of living near this location, they've always screwed up my order the few times I've gone. Bad customer service. My two kids and I were the only ones here patronizing the dining area. The teenager ran away from when we walked in us so we used the kiosk to order which is slow. Ordered 2 kids meals and a beverage. Took 14 minutes to get our food and that's after my 5 year old started asking for our food; overheard a female yell at him "Yes! It's coming!". Poor young man working drive thru handed our food over while chatting with someone in the drive lane and trying to assure one other customer that his food was coming shortly. Quite sad when one guy is doing nearly everyone else's job around here. Food is what it is, but I am not sure what's going on with their milk. Went to Power Road / US-202 location; awful experience. Left after about 40 min when we talked to others who had been waiting for another 20-30 min longer than us. Not sure what was going on but never really saw orders come out (we waited in space directly in front of front door (location 'closed' / drive-thru only). A number of others left as well as nobody was coming out to answer our questions or deliver food. Literally one order came out in the entire time we sat there. Left for home (down there for soccer tournament) - ordered at Frank Lloyd Wright / US-101 and got our order in literally about 2-3 minutes. The fact that they collected our money, told us to park and then never delivered food is bad enough. When I did ask the one employee who came to the door (without food), they just stated they were understaffed and "what could they do?"... I suggested (as did other customers) the obvious... close the drive-thru. read more
