As we were standing in line (as it's an individual restroom) the employee acted like he didn't see 5 people standing around the bathroom. We had to tell him that we all were waiting to use the bathroom to which we were met with rolling eyes. I went to the counter to order food and was told I had to use the kiosk. I told them I'm paying with cash and was told that after I order then I come to the counter to pay. At this time a man asked about his order as he had been waiting and the person I presume was the shift leader/manager asked him had he paid yet and the man said no and the guy said "that's why you don't have your food" - another elderly couple was having difficulty with the kiosk and asked for help to which other patrons stepped up to provide the help. Overall them seem understaffed and act like they are being bothered by customers. I asked the guy who gave me my food (shift leader/manager) a question and his response was "you will figure it out when you open it" - the ice machine was out of ice, the cherry pepsi was all carbonation. Then I was half way down the road when I bit into my food only to find that my food wasn't made properly. This location is one that I can skip next time I'm in the area.
