They say the people working can either make or break a company . . . This location is BROKEN! We were traveling and dropped in to use the bathroom and grab something to eat. As we were standing in line (as it's an individual restroom) the employee acted like he didn't see 5 people standing around the bathroom. We had to tell him that we all were waiting to use the bathroom to which we were met with rolling eyes. I went to the counter to order food and was told I had to use the kiosk. I told them I'm paying with cash and was told that after I order then I come to the counter to pay. At this time a man asked about his order as he had been waiting and the person I presume was the shift leader/manager asked him had he paid yet and the man said no and the guy said "that's why you don't have your food" - another elderly couple was having difficulty with the kiosk and asked for help to which other patrons stepped up to provide the help. Overall them seem understaffed and act like they are being bothered by customers. I asked the guy who gave me my food (shift leader/manager) a question and his response was "you will figure it out when you open it" - the ice machine was out of ice, the cherry pepsi was all carbonation. Then I was half way down the road when I bit into my food only to find that my food wasn't made properly. This location is one that I can skip next time I'm in the area. read more

Stopped here with a few friends, and worst experience ever when I got my food it was hard and burnt and I didn't want to make a scene so my friend went up for me and they called my name and showed me my picked apart my burrito and said it was correct which it was, but was burnt, so I said, Yeah I know it was hard and burnt. And he said "understandable" and they remade it and we were here for 30 minutes and my friend never got his food until he went up and the worker said "oh I thought you had your food so I told them not to make it" I'm sorry what? Waited over 30 minutes for our order, had to ask the employees about our order, they finally looked up our order, stated, they had not seen our order. After they found our order, made us wait another 15 minutes before they started making our order. My kids were so excited about their vegetarian bean burritos, but sadly, the tortillas were dry and barely any bean fillings, no onions, no cheese and no red sauce. It's hard for me to give a fast food chain more than 3 stars... the food is mediocre. The reason you stop here is for convenience. And that's exactly what we did. While my husband ran to the restroom, I went through the drivethru for a light lunch. Orders were processed quickly; all of our items were there, and everything was correct. What more can you ask for? Per my husband: there are only two single restrooms, so if you're stopping here and someone is in front of you, you may be waiting a while. Just stopped by this Taco Bell and got a Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito, no chipotle sauce . . . spicy foods cause my auto immune issue to flare. I always order my burrito like this. I love these burritos. Its the only fast food I ever get, even when I travel. I go out of my way when necessary to get one, because they are the perfect size and mixture. Gotta tell you, I have NEVER gotten one that was ice cold when I bit into it. Y'alllll, there was almost NO CHICKEN in it. Lolol!! SERIOUSLY!!! It was 95% cold lettuce & tomatoes. There were a few fiesta strips sprinkled in, NO avocado ranch sauce, NO cheese that I could taste or see, and there may have been 3 teeny, tiny pieces of chicken. Worse "burrito" I've ever eaten. One star for the friendliness but this is like the 6th time they have gotten my order wrong. It is not hard to go by what is ordered. I asked for 2 soft taco Supremes with no vegetables as I exaggerated no vegetables they still proceeded to put it on the tacos. It is not that hard to make a taco how someone wants it especially if it's on the ticket exactly how I told them and the fact it said Supreme but no sour cream. The establishment is dirty, Fountain soda machine is out of product and product to soda water ratio is off, waited over 30 minutes for food, once we received the food it didn't taste right and the quesadilla was burned. I took my crew here yesterday, because they love to eat taco bell after working a 12 hour day in the 90 degree MS sun and humidity. We've been to this location no less than 5 times and it is always slow. We consistently wait 20-30 minutes to get our order, multiple times it has still been wrong, sweet tea is never made for the front, several drink flavor are out for the front, employees are too busy flirting with the locals wanting free tacos while one older gentlemen is the only one busting his ass. This inevitably results in our already mediocre Taco Bell food being cold and sloppily thrown together. Oh yea, P.S. if you were thinking about getting the naked chicken chips let me save you your money and life by telling you that for $2.49 you get the equivalent of a flattened chicken strip cut into 6 triangle pieces and some cheese dipping sauce.
