Not disabled person friendly. I went inside to order and I had a hard time navigating the digital menu. So I saw there was no one in the front and tried to call to the back to ask someone to help me because I have a disability. They just tried to ignore me and gave me weird looks until I finally just called out, "I'm disabled can someone please help me." And a nice lady came and helped me. Service is horrible it's 3:47 the drive through girl literally kept pausing 4 times to be exact. They are displaying the collectors meal which I ordered and she failed to mention that until I came to the window to make sure that's what it was they said they don't serve that here, so I cancelled it and replaced it with 6 piece nuggets asked for bbq and I got ranch and sweet and sour, how are those sauces anything like bbq? They don't pay attention slow service and suck. Should not be displaying things they don't sell or participate in. To top it off I opened my burgers a pickle fell out not even in the burger and meat was MESSY you're not evening actively cooking the burger it's a machine and still can't put a sandwich together ?! read more

The fries taste like they're days old and are hard and cold, they also gave me a normal mc chicken when I asked for a spicy mc chicken. They gave me 3 chicken nuggets instead of 4 very disappointed don't go to the McDonald's in mendota! read more

Always a bad experience when i show up here. Placed an order through the app and when i showed up to get my mobile order no one responded through the speaker. So i drove up to the window to see if anyone would help me since i already PAID for the food on the mobile app. There was TWO females working there and they both looked directly multiple times at me and ignored me. Even after holding my phone out showing them my order number. I dont know wtf is wrong with this mcdonalds and its employees but they are absolutely fucking ass. Yeah, I'm so excited to finally see a McDonald's in good ol' Mendota. My grandparents live here and there isn't nothing to eat in Mendo. Well...there is a Burger King, but who eats at BK, gross! The restaurant is convenient located off the 33 in a new shopping center. Unfortunately I was unable to visit the inside but it did look rather nice. The drive thru was dead and I was immediately was attended to. I received my order perfectly with hot fresh fries and warm cheeseburgers. The cashiers were very friendly and welcoming. No complaints here and Love the "Golden Arches". Way to Go McDonalds. read more

There weren't many food options to choose from, so we chose this McDonalds. We ordered some Iced Mochas + fudge sundaes and they tasted a bit off. Seems like it wasn't made right, in other words made poorly. I hope they work on this to strengthen their establishment and for future customers! So i came here first time. April 10 2021 They did not give extra sauce on burgers like i orderd. G They forgot my sons milk for his happy meal. They awserd my phone call 4 times and hung up on me and even said hello and hung up. They forgot the large water and gave me a med. I'm giving this 0 stars...I just came from there and every person who I have no idea who they are rolled their eyes...it started when the cashier didnt have change so she asked me if I wanted MY change....i said "yes"...she rolled he eyes then had attitude when she gave it to me. Then, she must have told the girl in the second window because she rolled her eyes at me and gave my sons happy meal with an open box of nuggets and upside down fries. I asked her if she would give her son a happy meal that way...she just took it from me, said "oh my god" and handed me the same box just with a closed box. Pretty poor service. Ordered a breakfast sandwich meal, two coffees and a McGriddle. Checked the bag and I thought the hash browns had fallen out. To my surprise that was not the case. It came with no wrapper at all, it was just tossed into the bottom on the bag. What gives? Atleast pretend you tried and place the hash brown wrapper in there with it to seed some doubt. read more

Been waiting for my sausage biscuit for 10 minutes. When I was asked at the drive thru to park in the front, I politely asked if it would be long because I had to get to work. The manager on shift told the worker, "I have NO biscuits. Tell her it will be a few minutes!" Wrong! The food is good, which is a great plus, but their kitchen is super slow you can see them prepping slowly, but what can you expect for a crew that is underpaid. The kiosk is a nice touch but it doesn't cut the line or the wait, on the other hand if you order something super uncommon you'll usually get it faster than most people that order the mcchickens or happy meals. The coffee and their McCafé is always great. read more

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. We tried ordering our food and each time we were told that they didn't have what we were trying to order. Finally a manager came and placed the order for us and right away I noticed a change in the staff's attitude. We clearly made someone unhappy. Finally we got our food and our fries tasted like they had been sitting there all day. The manager told us she would bring my daughters sandwich out when it was ready since it was taking longer but after waiting about a good ten minutes we had to walk up to the front and ask for it. It had been sitting there for who knows how long. Then when my 7 year old son walked up to ask for ketchup the cashier acted as if he wasn't standing there until another customer made her acknowledge him. After he asked for the ketchup she grabbed it and put it on the other counter so he had to walk to get it instead of just handing it to him. I will never eat at that McDonald's again. read more
