Yeah no this McDonald's is not it, they're only good for online orders and if you wanna dine in just don't. It's as if there is no staff members here because they will ignore you. I think most of the people here are practically useless and waste a lot of time. They only come out of the kitchen to place the food down, but even then they take a while. A quick little story as there was a guy who really needed to use the restroom, and he actually went to the front desk to ask for the the door to be unlocked and was ignored. He really had to go and so he actually went where the cashiers are, and open the restrooms door himself! that just shows how much of an important actual employees give! The fact that he opened the restrooms by himself and went completely unnoticed is crazy to me! They seem to have a good time back there but due to that they made my order wrong. They don't add much to their breakfast deluxe and forgot multiple things. An example as to why this Mcdonald's sucks is that a customer noted that he payed and never got his order at the drive through because they told him to wait at parking spot #3 and he came inside to receive his order because he never did and they were too worried about who took the order and who told him to park there rather than giving them their order and fixing the problem. (12/03/2023) came to this McDonald's drive thru earlier today and experienced some of the worst customer service ever by 2 young males. Advised them that there were missing items in my order, clear with receipt that confirms payment and evidence that they weren't in the bag. Took about little over 15 minutes to fix the issue for 2 items, holding up the line which would upset most, as it should take 15 minutes to clear most drive thru. These boys seemed to take their work unserious and with major lack of respect and should consider joining the cleaning crew as they lack maturity. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a McDonald's chain restaurant. The employees, including the shift lead and manager were very rude. I am a paying customer not some homeless bum asking for free food. I placed my order through the kiosk because the front counter was not being attended by anyone at the moment and there were quite a few people waiting. The lobby was dirty and no place to sit was clear of trash or dirty tables. When my order was ready, the male employee just put my food bag on the counter for anyone to grab. No expo label or number being called out. They also don't have a beverage bar to get the drink you want. I took my food to my car since the lobby was in disarray. Upon tasting my drink it was wrong. Flat soda, watered down and it was not what I ordered. I went inside and tried to politely get the attention of the attendant at the front. He quickly said "we don't do refills" understandable I guess. But that's not the issue here, I told him they gave me the wrong drink and I need it replaced. I dumped out the drink in trash can outside and tried to get the attention of the supervisor, and she ignored me 3 times. I then asked the gentleman in the red polo whom appeared to be the manager if he can please replace my drink because it was wrong. He said "we don't do refills". I said, "This isn't a refill request, I want my drink replaced please. I need Diet Coke they gave me flat Regular Coke". He hesitated but eventually did it for me. Then I asked for the lady's name and he refused. I said she straight up ignored me 3 times, while being very attentive to man standing right next to me. He must've been their friend they both called him "miguelito" and ignored me. The "manager" said why do you need her name? I said because I'm going to contact corporate because of her attitude and bad service. She cut me off while I was trying to talk to her. She put up her hand with 1 finger and said "no refills" didn't even let me ask her my question. She didn't even make eye contact with me, gave me her back then entire time. I felt that he was defending her bad attitude. So I said I need her name because they need to fix her attitude. I told him he was decent at it but, that's no way to treat a customer. I don't care if I'm buying a $2 soda and the cheapest item on the menu, I'm still a customer and I felt that the other people that didn't speak up for the terrible service while trying to feed their families need some sort of voice. I'm not typically a person to leave a bad review or call corporate on a business chain, but this was out of line treatment of loyal customers. To the owner of this establishment, please follow through and "retrain" the personnel at this location because they are the face of your business. Worst costumer service. I did a mobile pick up and I waited because the food wasn't ready. A couple of minutes passed and no one asked if I needed help.
