This location hurts my heart (surprisingly not bc of the fatty food). It does not honor its breakfast hours. Some days you just want an egg white delight - all the joy of an egg mcmuffin with the bonus of feeling less guilty. So I rushed to get to the drive thru before the breakfast switch over at 10:30. 10:25 arrival. So pleased with myself. But oh McDonald's, you want to ruin my day. Despite pulling right up to order, you made me sit at your speaker box for 2 minutes as you let multiple cars in from the other line. Then you tell me that you already shutdown breakfast! Several minutes earlier! My heart is broken. On the plus side, at least this location found one thing that they can be fast at, cause it certainly isn't with drive thru service. read more

Despite negative reviews, I found this to be one of my best McDonalds experiences. Went for breakfast yesterday (Friday). Clearly a high volume restaurant. Drive Thru was very quick, order was accurate, food was good! read more

Worst experience at a McDonalds to date and I have 2 kids and 2 grandkids, so our visits to McDonalds have been frequent in the last 30 years. Walked up to order and was met with a very rude server. Wish I could remember his name. Ordered a drink and they forgot to make it. When we asked where it was and they got mad. Then they made it, did not let us know it was made, and put it on the counter where it melted then was upset when we asked for a fresh one. I swear he did something to our food, as my daughter and I have had GI issues for 3 days after this visit. Never again. I will steer clear of the establishment. Drive thru line outside was horrendous, this was a MONDAY, not a weekend. Terrible, terrible service. read more

We were in window number 2 and a worker with food was spitting and throwing up the food out their mouth and into into their hands, Throwing it All over the place and not going to the restroom. Slowest McDonald's in the history of McDonalds's. Down to one window during the dinner rush. Drive thru sign stuck on breakfast menu. Plan on 15 minutes to get through the drive thru. Pretty sure the target is 90 seconds. I only even bother bc the location is convenient. Regret it every time. read more

Ordered a triple cheese burger with no onions and a fry. Got burger with a grill ticket that said no onions on it. I opened the burger and it was loaded with onions and all my food was cold. Judge this for yourself. read more

I come here at least twice a week and every time they're either undergoing maintenance or the wait to get food takes about 30 minutes. Food quality at night time really is under par, I can't speak for during the day just because I don't come as much but I assume it's better than night. I would really love it if this store could get some corporate help or something. Definitely seems like this store struggles a bit. As a matter of fact almost all the McDonalds in the Cincinnati area struggle at night. I am sitting in line right now and five cars just left because we have been sitting here for about 25 minutes now without placing an order yet. I realized this is most likely do to it being understaffed. If corporate could come help this store that would be great, they need it. My sister and I decided to go to Mcdonalds for lunch today. I waited a little to long in line but it was worth it. I had a young woman named Naj (a worker here) who stood in line with me the whole time and was VERY kind!!! She showed us how to use the new computers they had here to see what it was like to order. Not only did she check up on us to see if we were ok, she went to go see where our food was, if it was fresh, then she brought it to us, and when we were done she took our trash. While doing this for us and making other people happy as well she cleaned constantly to make sure the place was looking well. She was absolutely amazing and Im glad I came here today. Most places like this, you wont find someone who is so cheerful and happy to be at work. read more

In the drive thru got to box to order and no one answered. No greeting, no answer at all! Go to the drive thru window wait min. Someone comes to the window says they are not taking drive thru orders because they are backed up and right had I say something middle of talking closes the window in my face walks away. If they are swamped or crazy busy the best idea is to have sign or something indicating that the drive thru is closed. Also be a good idea to let a person ask a question or speak before closing window and walking away. It was beyond rude, terrible service, and by far the most disrespectful service I have ever had. read more

A gaggle of employees walked past the register we were standing at before the manager forced one to take our order. We were charged tax even for a to-go order, and overcharged for a drink. Then when we tried to get our money back to correct the overcharge, we still were given the incorrect amount of change. This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to, with the longest lines. That's not even the worst part. They always forget to give me my full order. I am always missing food and the last time I went my son ordered two chicken sandwiches and both of them had mold on the bread. I also ordered a sandwich for myself and i never received it. I asked for the manager to call me and he never did. I spoke to an employee that apologized but never gave me any credit or refund until i could drive out of my way to show her the sandwiches in person.. ( the photos obviously was not enough) I did end up calling corporation and they send me a voucher to replace my meal and that was disappointing. Giving me one voucher to replace a meal is not enough when two sandwiches came with mold and another sandwich was missing. Disappointed with this location and the corporation I will now limit our family from eating at any McDonald's read more
