It's been a while gangy, but we're back in this hood. First of, food, it's Ight. It's not the best, not the worst. It's aight. Like usual, if a establishment has either rings, or blue stuff, it's already a 5 star. Service was fine. Place was clean, that's until I ravaged my meal with my slippery little tongue. With all the extra extra mayo I got, when I was done, it looked like a diddy party. And may I say.... A Filet with extra mustard and tartar sauce..... let's just say my pants were soaking wet after. Went through drive through at 5:45 am and girl comes cross speaker and says " what do you want"? I tell her my drink order, pull up to window and guy takes my money and hands me my drink and never says a word and shuts the window. Worst customer service !!!! read more

It sucks so bad. Saying your order will be right 40% of the time would still be exaggerating. The employees treat every customer like a nuisance. There is no point in ordering ahead because they wait to make orders until you come to pick it up. Half the time the food is covered in oil or literally just not what you ordered at all. Half the time if you're inside you get to listen to the manager verbally berate the employees(like bordering on court case levels of volume and cursing) there is not a single good or functional thing about this location besides 1 maybeee 2 employees. And they're not there very often. Please if you have the chance go literally anywhere else. Also side note but like 90% of the time they're blenders aren't working and you can't order fraps, smoothies or basically anything else you want. Also for like a month and a half they had to stop selling quarter pounders because the slivered onions were connected to a pretty bad viral outbreak. read more

one of the worse ones around. always messing up orders, always have one of the drive-through shut down, always gotta wait for someone in lobby to come take your order. I'll let you order your food in the lobby then tell you cash only after you stood in line the whole time. why won't you put up a sign but yet the credit card machine works through drive-through but they won't run your credit card through the drive-through if you're in lobby. I can't believe someone would actually even give them a star even one star this isn't the first time I've had problems with this place I've had to go back and get a reorder all different items but this time I'm going to place a review we asked for fresh Fries and Fries we got all three orders were brown soggy and almost cold even after they did the read back from the drive thru saying fresh fries cooked to order I would really go to Casey's General Store and get one of their pizzas because there's are better...... and apparently I can't believe this review page without leaving at least one star but just remember they forced me to put the one-star otherwise I would have put a negative star read more

I use to like going to McDonald's. Now I never go. You wait in line forever to order. That's not just inside, it's the drive thru also. When you finally get to order your food, it takes forever to get it. One time, I ordered inside because they weren't as busy as the drive thru. Others who came in after me, got their food before mine was even made. Then I noticed the young manger, got back and put my food in the deep friers. I had already waited 30 minutes. Yet, they are just now making my food. I was finally able to stop him and ask him why my food was just put in the fryers to cook. It couldn't explain why, I was skipped on the board many times, while others were getting their food after I ordered. I asked for a refund and after him trying to talk me out of it, I finally got my refund. When I finally went back, after being interrogated by the night manager, because I wanted a refund, after 3 months ( give or take) went by, I finally ordered something off the McDonald's App. That away I could go through the drive thru and not have to go inside. When I got their, all the lights were off on the outside, except for the inside and loud music was playing. I had to knock on the drive thru window, for quite something, the manager by the window and explained that, the grill was broken, there for they are closed. I showed him phone with order made and already paid for. He was hateful, demanded me to leave, and to cone back tomorrow, to get my food. I came back the next evening. The same manger I showed the information to, threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave. I call customer service support line. They told me, that whatever the manager said goes. I lost my money and my food. I had proof and a confirmation to prove it was paid for and what I ordered. I will never go back and waste money ever again, in McDonald's that always serves cold fries. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

This place needs minus ratings. I have lost count of the number of times this establishment has either lost my order completely or made the wrong items. I've never been to a McDonald's that relies so heavily on the waiting areas in the drive through. The Carrollton McDonalds just up 65 hardly ever makes you wait to get food. If you get told to pull forward into the waiting areas you are most likely going to either get someone else's food or maybe not even get any food at all. One visit I made to this place cost me 25 minutes and it was on a lunch break where I am given 30 minutes. This place seems to think they are offering a dining experience in the drive through... its completely lost on this location that they should get people in and out ASAP. Additionally the location is the worst of any McDonald's I've ever been to. Who made the decisions to put the drive through exit AT a traffic intersection with turning lanes. Exiting this location is an absolute nightmare. Marshall needs to reboot their McDonald's and put it out on US 65 and start over. read more
