She constantly talks trash about customers and employees behind their backs, creating a really toxic environment. She has a passive-aggressive attitude makes everything worse--she never addresses issues directly, just throws out sarcastic comments that make everyone uncomfortable. What really bothered me, though, was how she would creepily watch me while I was working, I know she was only doing this so she could critique me and find something to get mad at me about but I was just a young kid at the time and always was uncomfortable working with her.
