Placed order in the McDonald's app for pickup. Got there and it was cancelled. I stood at the front counter for several minutes in the view of employees and no one offered to help me despite being in plain sight. I asked one employee for a manager and several more minutes passed and I again asked again for a manager. Then several more minutes passed and one finally came to speak to me. The manager said the order was breakfast and was cancelled as it was too close to the cutoff time. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was in plain sight and they all ignored me! They seemed to only care about the drive up and online orders and not helping customers at the register. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My food did not come with any condiments. Since I was alone, I had to gather all my belongings (purse, food, and phone and coat) and go to the counter to get them. I stood there for many minutes totally ignored by the people working there. when a lady finally asked what I needed, she was rude. SHe went back to the kitchen and stood talking to another person. Finally returned with the items. and held them out to me. No apologies or anything. Then as I was going to return to sit down, the table was taken. I will never go back. Horrible. Ordered 2 burgers, large sprite and a milkshake. The guy taking our order just wanted us to be gone. They gave us a large fry but oh well but they didn't give us our sprite? They made us pull in the parking lot and took them 5 minutes to bring the sprite for us. We asked for a refund for the fries because they were four whole dollars and we didn't order them in the first place. The teenager just sighed and walked away. He was obviously not McLovin it. He came back after 2 minutes and said, "can I at least get the card" I handed him the card and he snatched it out of my hand...another guy came back out to give us our refund because the teenager clearly McHated his job... milkshake was sooo chocolaty too. read more

I order sweet tea all the time but recently their teas are not sweet and I see through the drive through that they add a syrup, before it wasn't like that. I go to other stores and their sweet tea is normal and yummy but here it tastes bitter and the liquid looks darker. read more

The service is always friendly and usually fast. I've had more good experiences than bad in that regard. The drive-through folks do a good job keeping up even at the craziest busy times. The food is IT'S FREAKING MCDONALD'S! Sorry, I can't review the food with a straight face. In the interest of consistency and efficiency for a multi-national corporate fast food giant, the burgers, fries, and shakes all taste like any other I've had at any McD's anywhere else. Great when you're craving a guilty pleasure, not so great when you're grabbing it on the run because you're too cheap, lazy, or time pinched to make a better meal choice. My top 3 buys: McDouble, chocolate shake, chicken nuggets. All serve their purpose within the food realm and usually sound like a better idea before consumption than after. They have forgot my bbq sauce twice now and maybe it's irrational to be so angry to write a yelp review about it but I was extremely hungry (and am right now because y'all forgot it this time!) Service wasn't bad, it was non existent. Wanted over 20 minutes to get the full order which I had to go up and ask for the rest of. Also saw people standing in line ready to order for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Employees also seemed stressed out by the manager. read more

MCDONALD'S COMPLAINT Drive-up - could you teach them how to handle money by putting customers change in their hand and then give them the bills? I'm sure I'm not the only one who loses change that slides off the bills and on the floor or in-between the car and outside wall. they always put the change on top of the bills and they're standing higher than the person in the car, and off slides the change. Very frustrating. I talked to a banker today and they're taught to give the change first, then the bills. You might have happier customers. When the change falls on the ground, you can't open the door to pick it up. read more

Some days I want chicken nuggets after church and instead of recieving my delicious chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce, I am instead forced to endure 20 agonizing minutes of starvation in the drive-thru. I understand that I can't expect a place to make my food in a second, however, even places that take forever in the drive-thru (ex. Culver's) take less time. After 20 minutes of lowkey torture, I finally paid and left the restaurant. Dipping my first nugget into the barbecue sauce made me realize that they weren't even fresh. Not sure what took 20 minutes: maybe they were making a French fry cake or fixing their ice cream machine, either way, it wasn't my chicken nuggets!!!! read more

This was my first job ever and the best McDonalds I ever have been to since. I believe my managers name's were John and Mamadu...its been a while though. They cared about service, always made things right, and were a family while my life was crazy as a teen. Horrible service. We pulled up to the drive thru and the lady icily asked 'what you ordering?' We asked for a second before deciding, then sat there for over a minute. She refused to take our order, or acknowledge our existence, so we had to go in. Sat at the register for over 3 minutes with the workers refused to look at anyone in line and were telling people coming through the drive through 'we're closed.' Gave us the wrong order, and no napkins, literally locked the doors on us at when we tried to come back in to get it corrected. read more

Absolutely horrible service. The older woman with a sparkly blue mask was rude and forgot a bunch of our items. Gave us one sauce for our nuggets and then when we asked for more she got mad and told us that we have to pay next time and to not try and get things free. If you want your food ice cold then sure go here. I ordered a number 7 my fries were terrible I mean I asked for no salt so they would come out hot but was given fries with salt and they were cold as hell. Like they had been sitting under a lamp forever. My fish filet was lukewarm like maybe they tried to reheat it before giving it to me, I called to let them know I would be bringing it back after work but the phone just rang and rang and rang. My post concert ritual. Right off the freeway on my way home from seeing all my favorite artists in the twin cities. Stellar location. Right by my favorite holiday. However, esteemed service is never guaranteed. There have been a few occasions when my fries were dumped UPSIDE DOWN in my mcpaper bag. My bbq sauce was forgotten. I was forced to eat my mcnuggies dry. I asked for a mcwater. It was forgotten. The drive thru service in the evening is stellar about 40% of the time. You never know what you're getting yourself into. Keep in mind the only time I stop at this beautiful establishment is 10:30-11:30 pm. read more
