Comparing to other McDonald's, this is so far the worst one we have ever been. 1. Slow service 2. The cashier dropped a big cup, she then picked it up and stuck back to the spot it fell from. The floor is far from clean. My husband had to tell her to throw away the cup as she did it in front of us and obviously felt nothing wrong with it. 3. A lady approached the counter as I was waiting, her oatmeal is like soup, water and all. She requested to get another one. 4. We did dine in and the guy said they don't have any tray, not apologetic at all, like it happens all the time. Looked around , only one table had food tray, this is at 1050 in the morning. 5. We customized our order since we had time and were using the kiosk, so we thought everything would be cool. But NOPE, we were missing multiple items, they didnt even do our customizations and when we went up to the counter to inform the employees they all just stared at us without asking if we needed anything. So I went up to the counter and it took 10-15mins for me to get an employee to even start getting my missing items and I had to prompt her to acknowledge me and there was a kid in front me me that I noticed had been waiting longer than me. WTF kind of customer service is that. You all see that there are MULTIPLE people standing at the counter and NOT ONE employee asks "is there anything I could help you with?" Fucking ridiculous. I asked the kid if an employee knows what he's missing and he said he told them, but I asked how long he was waiting and he said he'd been waiting for around 10mins, but I know it had been longer. So I get an employees attention and let them know that this kid has been waiting to get his missing item from his order and that he's been waiting a long time and I was finally able to let the employee know that I'm missing my items as well. So the kid finally gets his order in the next 5mins, but the employee ignores me. So I wait another 5-10mins and then I'm like WTF, I asked again, the same employee who I informed I was missing items, how long will its going to be. Her response was "what are you missing again?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? After waiting around 40mins total I finally get my missing items. However, my brother also had a missing item. This time I made sure to let them know right away and when we got the missing item it was WRONG anyway . So we said fuck it and left. Fuck this place, it's not worth the trouble. I came in on Super Bowl Sunday and keep in mind it wasn't busy. I was passing through as usual and this McDonald's was filthy. I wanted to use the restroom and grab a light snack but their was piss all over the toilet seat and no toilet paper. After I informed the staff they said "oh yeah," and nonchalantly went about their business. So I ordered to and waited to see how long it would take them to clean the restroom. Only 1 other guest, my family, and myself in the restaurant and it took them 30 min to send someone in. The tables were filthy, full of trash and I think one table had pubic hair. In the entire time I waited no one came out to wipe the tables. So I had to pull up to the pick up lane and wait for someone to come out where I explain the issue and she tells me she can't touch my order and eventually brings me a correct but cold McGriddle. My biggest gripe with this place is I never get fresh fries, maybe it's because I use the mobile app coupon and they don't like it. I generally don't go here off hours like 11-12 at night, usually on my way to work in the late morning 11am for a quick lunch or dinner around 8-9 pm so even when it's busy or slow, your 2 main staples is your Big Mac and fries, and I've never had fresh orders and trust me, most people will wait for freshness. Store is usually clean when I'm in there but I haven't been Inside since the whole covid thing, drive thru person is always smiling and nice. Again I urge the manager/owner, step up your game, when I get there at 8pm and I'm the only one in the drive thru or even if there is 3-4 cars, I will wait for fresh fries almost 100% of the time. I had to wait about 10 minutes in reserve parking just took get it. Than was running late to try and get back to work. I started eating and thought it was really juicy. When I was finally able to stop my car I looked at what I was eating and the meat was completely raw. No time to go back so I called the corporate number and they said they would call me, surprise, no call. I looked on the internet and McDonalds has lots of these . If you go back they will refund your money. Doesn't seem like a fair trade off when they are putting you at risk of getting E. coli. Since this just happened today I will not know if I am even sick for 1-4 days. It took them 10 minutes just to bring my food out but they cooked the meat for looks like about 30 seconds. In addition out of Diet Coke. No one is going to stop going to McDonalds but I will never go to this one again. I gave this place another try and even worse. They are doing construction and if they send you to park plain and simple you will not get your food for about 20 minutes. You get an apology but you also get cold food and lose your lunch hour. I have had problems with this McDonalds since it opened but it is near freeway so after a few months I try it again. Today the worse. I had my daughter walk in to get an egg McMuffin with bacon. I got one without any. We took it back in and asked for the real bacon. They gave us the Canadian bacon. I took it in a third time and asked them again to switch to the real bacon. The girl was not apologetic and stated "that will cost more but I will give it to you this time". I walked out with sandwich and noticed the bacon was not fully cooked. Worst mc Donald's is an understatement. I've been in Manteca area for a year now and unfortunately this is the closest one to me. The food is usually stale, employees are rude, 8 out of 10 times orders are wrong, 9 out of 10 you have to wait in the parking lot for stale food. After my toddler asked for 'the box' I went through the drive thru, waited in the front as usual for her food. When I got home opened up happy meal and this time instead of toys missing g, the nuggets were missing.
