The floors were sticky, the tables weren't clean, they had no napkins (had to pull off papertowel from a roll that would normally be in the bathroom and you had to do it yourself.) The self service soda machine wasn't working. Tried to get an icee coke but the machine was defrosting (at the start of lunch hour 12:00). They should just shut this place down. If the customer facing part is this bad, what's it like in the back. read more

Do yourself a favor and don't ever eat here! Today I received a burrito that someone had used the wrapper to write love notes on to each other. So dirty and why would they serve food in that? I literally had pen on my burrito that rubbed off of the wrapper. They even wrote on the wrapper " have a wonderful day @ this terrible establishment". Reviews are spot on here! How do you run out of large cups? You'd think there would be a sign on the ordering kiosk that says, "don't pay for a large cup.. we don't have them" but, what do I know? Place is dirty. There are several flys. The self serve drink station doesn't work, so you can only get it from the cashier. Watching the cars in the drive thru.. it's gonna be a long wait for that too. But hey, there's a nice view on one side of the building, so that's good. read more

Even for a McDonald's it's a bit sub-par. Usually your order gets messed up because they're too busy getting high or yelling at each other. I kinda feel bad for the employees that actually try because they have to work with these people. One time I ordered a 6 piece tender meal in the drive through, waited fifteen minutes to get it, and drove back home only to realize they only gave me 2 tenders. I'm rating it two stars; one for each tender. If you want more stars, I'm gonna need more tenders just saying. read more

Normally I have 0 problems with this McDonald's. I will occasionally stop by and get a soda in my way home from work. The other day my service was terrible. Honestly 0/10. I went in to get a soda. The self service screens were broken. So I waited 10 minutes. 10. Whole. Minutes. And not a single employee acknowledged me. So I ended up walking out. The guy working the register was running around *acting* like he was being useful filling orders. But he was not helping at all. The manager was there stressfully barking orders to everyone. By far one of the worst McDonald's in the world. Moved nearby and have visited it a couple of times over the past 2 years. I have always had respect for this mcdonald's as they are always very welcoming and kind when it comes to customer service. I don't think everybody understands that these restaurants run on time, everything is about time so when it gets busy and they need to pull you somewhere else to park so you can wait it's for timely purposes, and they are humans too so it can get overwhelming for them. Sunday night was my last try for this place. ALWAYS slow - the Staff is ALWAYS rude. I literally live 2 minutes from this McDonalds and it is faster to drive to the next town to the Burger King. I even went inside on Sunday - no staff member would wait on anyone, other customers were telling those walking in that "they" won't take your order at the counter you have to use the kiosk (which didn't work the last time we went inside) The kiosk doesn't take a payment - you have to do THAT at the register but no one said you had to do it immediately after ordering or the kitchen doesn't receive your order. NO signage stating any of this. Just a hungry and tired 9 year old and rude disrespectful staff. If they don't care to wait on me properly then I don't care to give this establishment anymore of my money. read more

This McDonalds is the worst. I don't know why I continue to try, thinking they will improve. This morning, on a Saturday they did not have biscuits or muffins. Their shake machine is not working more than it is working. And they are surly and angry. Slowest service I've ever experienced and something is always wrong or off with our orders. We once ordered a 10 ct chicken nugget and there were only 8 chicken nuggets in the box. How the heck does that even happen? Once ordered a sandwich from the menu, was told the sandwich was discontinued? And was told if I ordered a big Mac they could charge me for it but build the other discontinued? sandwich. We just drove off and went to Wawa. Again, how does that even happen?¿?¿ It is baffling this McDonalds has stayed open/under the same ownership for as long as it has. read more

Avoid this location, especially if you are PMSing. I wanted a hamburger and fries and I get a burger with one pickle and a smudge of ketchup, no onions which is the best part. Fries were undercooked and not salted. Went through drive thru and arrived at home to find these atrocities in the bag. I never thought I'd complain about a McDonalds because I "try" to avoid fast food, but sometimes I just want to clog my arteries and they failed me. Staff needs training in food prep. I've lived just down the road from this McDonald's almost my whole life. I've honestly never seen a slower drive thru for fast food. People literally leave the line, after ordering, because it takes too long. The food has always been average, just needed a quick lunch. I don't come back often because it's never just fast food. This McDonald's has a reputation for being slow, inaccurate, and overall terrible. My most recent visit underscores why this is the case. There is absolutely no quality control at this location. My order was inaccurate (missing an item). I, of course, didn't discover this until I was home. Therefore they got paid for goods not received. I cannot tell you how common this is. So I place an order - small order - and get to the PU window and am greeted brusquely and told to go around the side and someone would bring out my food. Wait 15+ minutes for a small order - fast food??- and while there the cars are lining up behind me. Must have been told the same thing. The girl comes out with a box with THREE orders in it. After reading all these negative reviews I decided to ignore it and get some mcdees from my hometown. Never again. I got a double quarter pounder and not even a few hours afterwards I started having stomach pains. It is now day 3 and after spending a few hours in Urgent Care, I have been diagnosed with viral gastroenteritis (stomach bug) as a direct result of contaminated food. Well I was in McDonald's tonight and the lady at the register needed the manager but she was in the back. instead of going to get the manager like a normal human being, she instead yelled, "HELP THERES AN EMERGENCY SOMEONE FELL". Now that I have also eaten dinner here. Let's say it was about 9:00pm when I did come in. The service was pretty fast since the place was practically empty. Although I have a complaint. They brought back the Cherry Berry Chiller, and for those who don't know me, I LOVE that drink. Seriously. However, I think maybe this time it was too cold for me. Waited in an empty drive thru line for 15 minutes for 4 items that weren't even close to being fresh... we were treated poorly by the drive thru help. Suprisingly the food order was correct for once, but the food and service were so bad it didn't make up for it. This is the worst run McDonalds anywhere, and it is the only one nearby, so very few options. If you are waiting in the drive thru, you will be assured of seeing at least one car leaving after getting frustrated with the wait. The complaint is not about the food or general cleanliness, just the constant disarray and disorganization of the facility operations. Only two cars the other morning, and we waited for 10 minutes after taking our money. I stop here pretty frequently at night/ usually getting coffee on my way to work (3rd shift) Every time I go, I am either the only customer or 1 of 2? Everytime I get food- it takes longer than 15 minutes to order pay and leave, and it is always messed up in some way. If I get the same sandwhich, it is different everytime! I stopped one time, said I needed a minute to decide my order (figured i would try something different and see if that gets messed up too) and after taking a few seconds said ok I am ready... hello... Unfortunately there is a young man in a McDonalds uniform with a bad attitude that walks around outside of the building in the path of vehicles and he uses aggressive behavior and profanity directed to anybody he thinks does not respect his space. It is amazing to me that the manager or owner does not deal with this problem as I've seen this for some time.
