Many customers asked them to get ice from Stop & Shop since they were inside a supermarket but the employees refused. For this reason, a lot of potential customers left without purchasing anything. While sitting at their cafe, I was hearing the employees conversations on how "he tore her ass up" last night. These conversations continued during the hours I spent at the cafe.
