I went to mcdonald's for dinner, they're not far so this wasn't a huge inconvenience but still in the end i had to drive back there after already going home due to their mistake of adding sauce onto my chicken sandwich. I'm really understanding when people in retail or food service make mistakes, it happens and i've been working retail and food for 4 years I get it and know it well, but when someone comes in says they had to drive back there and ask for their sandwich remade and you can't even apologize for the inconvenience it's quite rude and inconsiderate. I don't expect a refund or compensation but at the very least a "i'm sorry for the inconvenience we'll have that fixed right away" instead i got someone who seemed quite annoyed and confused at what i was asking and then proceeded to ask where the original sandwich was, i told him i threw it away since i was already home when i noticed and as a fellow food service worker i know that's what will happen. he seemed rather annoyed i didn't have the sandwich to me which doesn't make sense. food was good when fixed but please just apologize next time! read more

I love this place they taste really good but I gave this four stars because I one time asked for a large fry and they said they would so I went to the window and it took them like five minutes just to get fries for me and I was the only one in line. Finally they gave me my fries and they were cold but no shame to them I still love there food but the fries were just cold and they gave me a small not a large. I confronted them and they gave me a refund and got me a new box of fries that was actually warn and they were a large. I still proceed to go there with my family as I hope they are booming right now. Thanks again for the refund McDonald's and taking responsibility for what happened. read more

Food is on par with any other McDonald's. The Drive Thru is the slowest drive thru in the history of fast food. Even when there isn't any other cars in line, it will take forever, and it's not like I'm ordering anything exotic, usually it's just a Big Mac. Still takes forever. read more

They can never seem to get your order right at this McDonald's. I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers tonight and only got one. The other 3 burgers only had one beef patty! So i definitely over paid for what I got. Many times our orders here have items missing such as the hash browns missing when we order breakfast combos or they forget to give us spoons when we order ice cream. I've used this location for years but after today I think I'm going to avid this location. Many times I have had my orders mixed up or items not even given that we had paid for. Today we decided to go inside and order hoping it wouldn't take as long. That was a mistake. I placed our order on the kiosk. This kiosk wouldn't let me pay by credit card so I had to go to the counter. I had scanned a coupon at the kiosk and then I went to the counter and paid. After I was done I looked at my receipt and the coupon wasn't applied. I went to the counter and they gave my the money back for the coupon. After 30 mins went by I went to the counter again and asked what was going on. So they rushed my order through. In the process they took my receipt and didn't give it back. They forgot 3 items which we had paid for which amounted to approximately $4.00. I was beyond annoyed. I don't plan on going back to this location. I will upload my receipt before they took it and the cheeseburger that was supposed to have bacon on it. read more

This McDonalds is one of the best. The staff are friendly and helpful. It does not have all the updates others may have but they ably make up for it with their customer service. They bring the food to your table. On the rare occasion something is not quite right, if you bring it to their attention then it is taken care of., no questions asked. This place is kept clean and tidy. I have been to one in the next town and it wasn't clean. Their was a stale odor of fried food that was not welcoming. This McDonalds shows pride in ownership and the staff have always been gracious and friendly. In the past I had never been a fan of McDonalds but this place has changed that. Also their coffee is great. Well done. read more

Service is generally slow. Food is not up to par with standard McDonald's. We've had egg shell in sandwiches multiple times. Recently an English muffin was so hard we had to return. Some staff are friendly but often times not. And were luckily if we ever get napkins. read more

I seldom visit this location. After today I can confirm I never will again and I will share my distaste for this store with everyone I know. I have visited many other McDonalds all over western WA and seen pricing on the filet o fish fluctuate from time to time, depending on national promotions, for example. But (my bad!) I did not read the drive-up menu prices and thereby did not discover until the "first window" that it was $4.79!! Plus tax! This is at least twice what I have paid for one in the past and they must have used a syringe to dispense the watery tartar sauce, just to further insult me. STAY AWAY!! read more

I am not a big MCDs fan and we rarely go there. The other day we dipped into this one. I've got to say this is one of the nicest ones I've ever been in. They actually had tables by the kids play area that were heat sensitive and would change color. The food was very fresh. It has a small town vibe to it and the staff were wearing Holiday clothes!
