As an adult every time I eat McDonald's I feel like a part of my soul dies. I know they try to make it good but come on it's McDonald's so they lost before they started. I don't understand people who take so long to order, again it is McDonald's! Who has to read the menu before ordering? I know what I want that is why I went there in the first place! We went to this McDonald's yesterday morning for breakfast. They gave us our order in the drive thru. We told the person in the window we were missing a syrup we had to pay for she went and got someone else who told us to show her the receipt. You didn't give us a receipt we ordered off the app. She shut the window and walked off. My husband had to park and go inside and they told my husband if he wanted syrup he would have to pay for it. He paid again. They gave him the 1st receipt I showed him that we paid he took it back in the store and they refunded the 30 cents. My point is all of this fuss over a syrup so rude their Service was horrible!!!! read more

I gave this place several chances to redeem itself yet I've come to realize that this location is terrible. I keep giving them chances cause they are the only McDonald's nearby but I've finally had enough. Every time I've been to this location there is always some sort of issue. It's either something is missing out of my order, receiving attitude for literally just existing, the food is cold or taste old, or the wait time for a simple 1 combo order takes a ridiculous amount of time and it doesn't matter if it's busy or not. And hope you don't come here during a shift change. I arrived during one and was told to pull to one of the spots and proceeded to watch the entire work crew drop everything they were doing and leave the location. I ended up sitting there for another 10 to 15 minutes before someone came and asked "uhh so what did you order?" And then waited even longer until finally after waiting another 10 or so minutes got my food. To sum it all up if you want an easy meal that is prepared in a quick and efficient manner and served to you by employees who take pride in their job to make sure they do it good and do it right the first time I would definitely go somewhere else. read more

Seems to be the trend in St Charles Parish, extremely poor, rude service. These people won't even speak to you. Ask for a straw, they act like you asked for their kidney. I would give 0 star if I could . What really happened was I ordered the 2 for 6 meal which I ordered nuggets and a quarter pounder . Seriously there needs to be a negative stars option. Itms amazing to me that this location is still open. After several horrible experiences I made a decision yesterday that I refuse to go to this location anymore. Just a few short things that lead up to yesterday's events: The day of my wedding I stopped to grab breakfast for my parents and myself. 2 employees were verbally fighting, using inappropriate language. One threatened to cut another one. Manager was standing there laughing. Someone told one employee to go home. She refused and just kept working. I recently waited 15 minutes by the pay window before being able to pay. The only reason I waited is because the food was for my husband having to work a 12 hour shift at work. Right after my honeymoon, not having any food in the house, I ordered a breakfast sandwich. It was 1 sandwich no sides or anything. I got pulled up and waited 15 minutes, making me late for work. That's only a few experiences. Then there was yesterday. I stopped to get myself and my sister in law a tea. I ordered and asked if they have parfaits. She says yes so I decide to get one. I get to the pick up window and see my teas sitting there. 5 employees walk up to the window and look at me and walk away. Finally someone hands me the tea and says they don't have parfaits and ask what I want. I said my $ back. So I take the tea and wait. I realize there is no ice in the tea. I flag the lady over and ask her for new drinks with ice in them. She starts yelling at the employees about there not being ice in the machine. She goes get me new tea from the lobby. Still waiting for my $ back. She asked me to pull up and I did. That was a dumb move on my part. 10 minutes later I still don't have my $ back. I go inside in the pouring rain. It's only $1, but it's about principle at this point. I go up to counter and tell the lady I've been waiting 10 minutes for my $ back and I want it now. She catches an attitude and say oh the $1.09 and laughs. I answered back yep, it's only $1.09, but it's mine and yall aren't getting it. Yall don't deserve even $1.09 and I want it now. They don't even deserve one star. They can't even get an order correct. I ordered the steak bagel for the first time the bagel was toasted, but they forgot the hash brown and the Diet Coke was flat. Here I go, I wish I didn't have to give them 1 star. I pull in and wait to get my food. As I'm sitting there I place my order and the car in front of me pulls up to the first window. They start talking to everyone in McDonald's that works there. Picture a family reunion not a care in the world. People are sitting in line and this is lunch hour rush, their honking, the employees keep joking around with the person in the car they know. People are getting mad & driving off. Yet there they sit chatting to their friend in the car ignoring the customers. I go around and I go to the second window and their trying to get me to pay for whatever they ordered. I tell them what I had and they can't find my order now. They kept telling me I have to pay for the order and I told them I didn't order that and that was the person behind me order. I tell her what I ordered and suddenly my price is double what it was originally. Their still having the family reunion behind me at the first window. 5 people have now driven off. The lady at the second window seems Irritated at me for going around and that she's even having to wait on me. Finally I told her to cancel my order and I left and went to get lunch somewhere else. When I left they were still chatting and just ignoring the customers. They need to seriously investigate this McDonald's and train their managers and employees better than this. If they do this on a daily basis based on the other reviews I read about this location, I don't see how they stay in business. read more
