Absolutely filthy inside. And what McDonald's doesn't have a baby changer in the bathroom. Next time I'm reading the reviews before stopping. read more

Every time i order here they almost always get the order correct. Their food tastes like any mcdonald that you go too, GREAT. Sometimes they will mess up my orders but that's okay. They are humans and make mistakes too. But other times some employees are rude. i would recommend going here read more

We just visited McDonalds for breakfast. WHY?? Why can't they even push the right buttons?!? We ordered a ham, egg, and cheese McMuffin and instead of ringing us up for that she rang us up for a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin and charging us to add the ham and take off the sausage‍‍ I questioned her... she was like ummm. Then she proceeded to "explain" our total which I don't even know if she understood what she was saying. It's just plain sad that McDonalds has went down so much. I overpaid for three burnt McMuffins and was stared at like I'm stupid. I assure you that the Lucedale McDonalds totally forgot to train their staff how important customer service is but they obviously trained them to insult the customers ability to add. read more

The workers were rude my food was cold after they took 1 hour to bring it to me a man wanted to get his son a shake (chocolate) and they gave him vanilla and said it was chocolate it was sketchy. read more

2020-06-09 Update dining area is closed. If you are needing someplace to sit down inside, then this is not it. Small outdoor seating area.

Amazing! $9.00 an hour just to put Mayo and ketchup on a signature sandwhich. Ordered a Big Mac with extra Mac sauce ended up getting a double stacked dollar burger. The Deschers really have failed with this location. It's gotten progressively worse over the years. I'm not sure if it's choice in employees/ management or just a complete lack of training in general. A Big Mac has Big Mac sauce it's not rocket science, a monkey could do it. read more

McDonald's - Burger - Burgers Near Me - Lucedale, Mississippi

The food is ok, but it's disgusting on the inside, I'm sure some of the staff is ok, but some of them are weird, nasty people, definitely don't recommend it, unless they upgrade like a lot, and I'm sorry if this review sounds mean read more

This is one McDonald's worst examples of good food or friendly service. They will mess up your order 9 out of 10 times, the workers are rude and do not care about your order or customer service! read more

It was dirty bad service they gave me a broken cup and they just handle me a cup every thing was not clean same as some works

I'm not usually the type of person to complain on facebook, but this had me sick to my stomach. I recently purchased a Large Sweet Tea from Lucedale's McDonald's. And by the time I got home, I took the lid off my drink to get some ice and found blood inside the cup that I drank half of. So be careful when eating there because I called corporate and the manager at McDonald's and nothing has been done yet. This was two days after Christmas. Won't eat or drink anything from there again. read more

It's been weeks and their ice machine is still broken. It puts ice in some drinks and not others, so they just serve them with no ice instead of adding the ice manually. Beyond lazy!! read more

This place could do a lot better and it has in the past!!! Cold fries, sloppy burgers full of grease, or should I say grease bag burgers, dried out hard to chew chicken nuggets! And the ice cream machine is ALWAYS down! Seriously this particular location ALWAYS messes up your order, you can specifically ask for something and be charged for it and they will not even fix it correctly! Some of the employees and management here has awful attitudes towards the Customers and each other! I guess it depends on who is working and what time of day/night you go to get decent service and food‍ read more

McDonald's + Lucedale, Ms. employees = disaster! I am guilty of going a few times, simply out of desperation, and have regretted it every time. read more

Why do I keep coming back! Cold greasy fries and a so so burger......I guess it's all do to good pop in a Styrofoam cup! Geez. .....TACO Bell hurry up and open! read more

This McDonalds is always busy during lunch. They have a double drive thru that is always crazy yet they consistently put out nasty old food. I guess I will never learn. I do enjoy the $1 drinks but they have stopped using the styrofoam cups and now Only have the plastic cups so your ice melts super fast making your drink suck. Your better bet is Burger King across the street or Hardee's. BK has a great dollar cheeseburger and Hardee's is now doing dollar drinks in the good cups. Anyway, I understand McD's is not supposed to be gourmet dining but it doesn't have to be awful. I do believe they precook a bunch of burgers for the lunch rush and that's how you end up with old and cold crap. It was so bad yesterday I got a refund. I showed the almost burnt hard patty to the manager during my refund request and she didn't seem phased. Pretty disgusting so I will not be back. The only good thing about this place is the always smiling front dining attendant who keeps the place clean and organized during the week. read more

There are a few very friendly employees here that greet you with a smile and get your order correct the first time. But the other employees that clearly do not want to be there, let it show towards the customers with bad attitudes and poor work ethic. When I have to come back three times to get something corrected and get sent away empty handed, there is a problem. When their frowning and sighing because they don't want to be bothering with making something again there's a problem. When they get snippy & blow me off when I ask if I can make a suggestion, which is to get with the other employees that make it correctly the first time, every time, without asking so that everyone is on the same page....there is a problem. These negative individuals are ruining the effort & work all the good employees have put in. When everyone in a workplace is not on the same page, and doing the same things but each a different way, it causes confusion, tension, & poor morale. I really hope the management here can get their ship back in order. read more

If I could give this restaurant no stars - I would. Every time I go here, I wait in line to order at least 5 minuets. Then I am rudely greeted by an employee on the intercom. Then I wait 10-15 Minuets to wait to pay or even get to the second window. Then they ask me- every time- to pull up even though I order simple things from the dollar menu. And not to mention from the time I ordered it has been well over ten minuets. My food should be done by the time I get to the window. But no. Sadly I have to wait an additional 15 minuets pulled up in their "waiting area". It's BS. learn how to train your employees to have better coustumer service and time management. It's no excuse. read more

Coffee is very good! They mess up your order 9 out of 10 times! But I LOVE the coffee

The last Big Mac and cheese burger we had were almost uneatable They had no taste. McDonald's needs to shape up hey quit trying to be a health food store. read more

This place is horrible. I have low expectations for McDonalds anyway but this was bad. No service no ketchup. Don't get off 98 for this.
