We just visited McDonalds for breakfast. WHY?? Why can't they even push the right buttons?!? We ordered a ham, egg, and cheese McMuffin and instead of ringing us up for that she rang us up for a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin and charging us to add the ham and take off the sausage‍‍ I questioned her... she was like ummm. Then she proceeded to "explain" our total which I don't even know if she understood what she was saying. It's just plain sad that McDonalds has went down so much. I overpaid for three burnt McMuffins and was stared at like I'm stupid. I assure you that the Lucedale McDonalds totally forgot to train their staff how important customer service is but they obviously trained them to insult the customers ability to add. read more

Amazing! $9.00 an hour just to put Mayo and ketchup on a signature sandwhich. Ordered a Big Mac with extra Mac sauce ended up getting a double stacked dollar burger. The Deschers really have failed with this location. It's gotten progressively worse over the years. I'm not sure if it's choice in employees/ management or just a complete lack of training in general. A Big Mac has Big Mac sauce it's not rocket science, a monkey could do it. read more

I'm not usually the type of person to complain on facebook, but this had me sick to my stomach. I recently purchased a Large Sweet Tea from Lucedale's McDonald's. And by the time I got home, I took the lid off my drink to get some ice and found blood inside the cup that I drank half of. So be careful when eating there because I called corporate and the manager at McDonald's and nothing has been done yet. This was two days after Christmas. This McDonalds is always busy during lunch. They have a double drive thru that is always crazy yet they consistently put out nasty old food. I guess I will never learn. I do enjoy the $1 drinks but they have stopped using the styrofoam cups and now Only have the plastic cups so your ice melts super fast making your drink suck. Your better bet is Burger King across the street or Hardee's. BK has a great dollar cheeseburger and Hardee's is now doing dollar drinks in the good cups. Anyway, I understand McD's is not supposed to be gourmet dining but it doesn't have to be awful. I do believe they precook a bunch of burgers for the lunch rush and that's how you end up with old and cold crap. It was so bad yesterday I got a refund. I showed the almost burnt hard patty to the manager during my refund request and she didn't seem phased. Pretty disgusting so I will not be back. There are a few very friendly employees here that greet you with a smile and get your order correct the first time. But the other employees that clearly do not want to be there, let it show towards the customers with bad attitudes and poor work ethic. When I have to come back three times to get something corrected and get sent away empty handed, there is a problem. When their frowning and sighing because they don't want to be bothering with making something again there's a problem. When they get snippy & blow me off when I ask if I can make a suggestion, which is to get with the other employees that make it correctly the first time, every time, without asking so that everyone is on the same page....there is a problem. These negative individuals are ruining the effort & work all the good employees have put in. When everyone in a workplace is not on the same page, and doing the same things but each a different way, it causes confusion, tension, & poor morale. I really hope the management here can get their ship back in order. read more

If I could give this restaurant no stars - I would. Every time I go here, I wait in line to order at least 5 minuets. Then I am rudely greeted by an employee on the intercom. Then I wait 10-15 Minuets to wait to pay or even get to the second window. Then they ask me- every time- to pull up even though I order simple things from the dollar menu. And not to mention from the time I ordered it has been well over ten minuets. My food should be done by the time I get to the window. But no. Sadly I have to wait an additional 15 minuets pulled up in their "waiting area". It's BS. learn how to train your employees to have better coustumer service and time management.
