I waited HALF AN HOUR just for them to not even have what I wanted so I didn't even get anything from it, if they actually took my order when I got there I could of at least saved my time, horrible service don't go.they don't even deserve one star read more

Several stalls are broken. It takes a lengthy amount of time to get anything. Doesn't matter if you just order a fountain drink. The food used to be decent. The food quality now isn't worth the price. read more

Terribly slow, terribly bad food preparation. Waited 12 minutes to order at a stall. Food then took a reasonable 5 minutes. Ordered 3 sandwich combos. 1 was correct. 1 was a different sandwich completely 1 was charred beyond recognition (see image) All Tots were dead cold upon arrival, and hard. Shakes were fine. $46 for half edible food, which only half of that was correct. ....yeah probably not going back. read more

Sonic Drive-In - Chicken sandwich burnt beyond recognition - Burgers Near Me - Lucedale, Mississippi

Shakes are good. Service sucks. Takes forever if they are busy or slow. Forgot our order more than once. Several stalls are broken, blank screens, cant/won't answer calls button. read more

We waited for 30 minutes at the Lucedale location for a breakfast burrito, tots, a slush & mozzarella sticks. After waiting 20 minutes, the screen said the order was on it's way out to us. After 10 mins, I hit the button to find out where the food was. Someone came out & said she'd find the order. Minutes later, it came out. We get home & instead of a burrito, there was a burger in the bag. read more

Sonic used to be a reliable "I'm in a hurry so let's stop there " fast food joint , but recently has been the biggest let down fast food in lucedale . Ordered a meal via the app due to the longer than average wait times going on recently and for some reason I waited 35 mins for a sonic blast , orders are wrong most the time and that's even if they answer you when you press the button . Rarely go there anymore and if I do it's not by choice . Bumpers where are you when we need you read more

I've been sitting here for over 30 min now for 3 drinks. If I was going to pay cash I would have drove off. This is sorry. I've pressed the button and got a smart ass remark from employee. I wish someone from management would contact me. This is sad sad sad. read more

Sonic seriously needs to get it together. Waiting 30 mins to order and then crap service.

Just had the worst service at a Sonic drive in ever, it started with a long wait to order and only getting a response after asking one of the employees if someone was going to take our order. When we did get a response and final delivery the order was wrong(2 large shakes instead of 1 large and 1 medium but charged for the 2 large). We then asked for straws and tried to ask for spoons for the thick milk shakes. The service person said " I gave you straws" and started to walk away but turned back presenting straws and quickly walked away saying "have a nice day" in what we took as a snarly manner. The shakes were not made in the normal way with whipped cream and a cherry on top. Asked for the manage, a person came out that did not seem to care one way or the other. read more

worst place EVER. the longest wait for just 2 slushies! and they were almost melted by the time we got them never coming back it took a whole HOUR to get my drinks, and the ambiance was the worst yuck. read more

If your wanting to eat at sonic just skip this location. Service is bad, car hops and people taking order are rude. Just lousy.

Horrible experience ordering. You cannot hear the person to order your food. Food arrives drinks are messy and need wiped off which we have to do ourselves. Food is good but not worth the experience. Super frustrating! read more

Brand new building. ..just reopened this week. Bigger and better. More stalls. Much safer exit! Very nice!

They ignored us for fifteen minutes to confer and play with their phones. We buzzed in twice and they then acted surprised that we were there when we fussed about our food taking so long. "Did you change stations?" Really? No, we were the same people here fifteen minutes ago....We certainly won't be going back there! read more

Been there several different times and the service is terrible, along with the food never coming out decent like it does at any other sonic location. Food is over cooked, or it's not what you ordered and shakes are never mixed well at all. Servers always are short with customers and act liked they are aggravated to bring you your order. read more

Going to miss the Riley's.. Sara you keep up the excellent customer service and great food!
