In very short order they served the group and then got to me and my wife. NOTICE!! Portions were HUGE! Ordered a scoop of espresso chocolate chip and a scoop of Smoky mountain fudge. Both were delicious!! And huge. I mean, I'm a big ice cream fan, but even I was wondering if I could eat it all. Ha! So good I forced myself to!! Wife got a scoop of espresso chocolate chip and plain chocolate in a waffle cone. They gave her a cup just in case. She ate the whole thing, too! I'm from Cincinnati and there's a place there called Graeter's that has been unbeatable as for taste and texture. I think we've found someone to match them!! She told me I couldn't get strawberries on the side and that they had to be on the snowball. Because of that, I canceled the strawberries. When I received my snowballs, there was no condensed milk on them. When I asked about it, the lady in the back said she didn't charge me for condensed milk. I explained that I did ask for condensed milk, and she responded by saying it would be $1.07. I had no problem paying the $1.07 - I just wanted what I asked for. Instead of simply adding it, she started hollering and speaking with an attitude. I understand businesses can get busy, but there is still a way to talk to customers respectfully. The issue wasn't the $1.07 - it was the poor customer service and attitude! Terrible!
