The servers were great and very attentive, even when the shop got packed they didn't sweat a beat or change posture, something you hardly see nowadays. We advised them that one of your child was highly allergic to tree nuts and just asked to have the spoon rinsed off completely, but the kid behind the counter took it a step further, put on a second gloves and offered to get a new tub to ensure no cross contamination, which we greatly appreciated but advise not needed as there were no tree nuts surrounding the choice my daughter wanted. Servings are plentiful as well. I decided on the peanut butter cookies and cream that did not disappoint. The area outside has shade and allows to cool off while having multiple corn hole sets for the family to enjoy as they're eating or resting.

When I received my snowballs, there was no condensed milk on them. When I asked about it, the lady in the back said she didn't charge me for condensed milk. I explained that I did ask for condensed milk, and she responded by saying it would be $1.07. I had no problem paying the $1.07 - I just wanted what I asked for. Instead of simply adding it, she started hollering and speaking with an attitude. I understand businesses can get busy, but there is still a way to talk to customers respectfully. The issue wasn't the $1.07 - it was the poor customer service and attitude! Terrible!
