I was exceptionally surprised that the ice portion of the snowball was really nice and would be acceptable in New Orleans. I got coconut as my flavor and that is where things sadly failed as the coconut flavor syrup just didn't have any coconut flavor like I'm used to with all my experiences eating snowballs in New Orleans. I hope they do way better with their other flavors while the coconut flavor at Pelican's Snoballs for me was a big loser. Overall this joint is alright for Foley but if they can fix that coconut flavor they could be really exceptional in the world of Snowballs and Snow Cones that exist in Lower Alabama. If the coconut flavor would have been decen this place would have earned four stars but the utter lack of flavor really ruined the experience. The BEST Snowballs in the world are still to be found at Hansen's Sno-Bliz in New Orleans!
