The person at the register actually put the wrong food choice in, so when it was made I could see it was wrong. The manager was in the store at the time and he was very rude when I pointed out the mistakes. It's not like I order huge quantities for a family....I am a single senior female ordering for myself. I did not check the order until I got home today so I did not notice anything was incorrect...I should have noticed I couldn't smell the onion rings but didn't. Rather than pack the food back up and return it, I chose to eat it as it was given to me. I had asked for zesty sauce for her onion rings. He leaned over the counter and said they didn't have any and what did we want. I asked my daughter if she wanted ketchup or sweet and sour sauce. She said sweet and sour sauce, so I relayed that to him. He loudly says for me not to answer and for her to look at him and answer his question. She looked at him then back to me and he yells again for her to not look at her mommy and to look at him and answer him. She says she wants sweet and sour sauce as she begins to cry and shake. She ends up walking out crying because her anxiety got too bad. When I asked to speak with the manager, guess who it was? Yep the same guy that just did that to my daughter, his name is Armando. I told him it was uncalled for and that she has anxiety issues and left crying. When another employee started to apologize for his actions he told him not to talk to me and not to apologize because he did nothing wrong. I will never go to this location again. I will be filing a complaint with corporate.
