CUSTOMER BEWARE: On June 6th, I ordered a birthday cake to be picked up on June 14th. When I arrived on the 14th, there was no cake for me and no record of an order ever having been placed. The people working there showed no real concern, nor did they try to help troubleshoot in any way. They randomly called out the last names of a couple of people who ordered cakes, I guess hoping I''d say one of them was mine. They just looked at me like they thought maybe I had made it up. One woman tried to have me talk to the manager on the phone to prove there was no order, but I didn't see any good in that. Ordered a dozen mixed cupcakes for my daughter's 42nd. birthday and they were amazing. The frosting was sweet, but not overly sweet, cake moist and each cupcake flavor was surprisingly delicious . I definitely will be ordering again. read more

(Appt aug 29) I paid $20 for a cake testing appointment and no one was there! I called the number and no answer the voicemail box was even full. The day after making the appointment I sent a text (called and no answer) letting them know how many people were coming and what event the tasting was for and didn't get a response. If they couldn't do that date they didn't bother sending a email or call. I messaged them through their Facebook to request a refund. I will update how long it takes to get the refund and how their response was. Unprofessional. Update: aug 30th called store employee couldn't do anything iguess. So left a not for the owner. Aug 31 got a call but I was busy called back no answer. Next day called again no answer. My email is on file and didn't contact me at all. I just need a refund for a service I didn't receive. They wasted my time and the people that came with me time. DO NOT ORDER CAKES HERE they literally stole my money and I have to do the run around for a refund it's ridiculous. read more

Back in September, we attended a surprise 90th birthday party for our Aunt. The cake was made by this business, and it was absolutely scrumptious! There wasn't a piece left over to squirrel away with us and that made us sad. I believe it was a strawberry creme cake. Whatever it was, it was beautiful and delicious! I had been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally went last week. I got the cheesecake and a macaron and they were sooo good I ended up going again a couple days later. My sister ordered cookies based on ones she had seen at a party we had. Her cookies looked terrible and were a mess. She tried calling three times to have it resolved, it was posted on Facebook to try and get their attention and still no response. Never giving them another dollar and telling everyone I know who likes them the same thing. Really sad for a local business to act this way. read more

I'm a firm believer in the power of reviews, and am saddened that my issues weren't resolved because I really dislike leaving negative feedback online. I've used this bakery three times. My first experience was amazing! The cake was spot on and delicious. The last two times, attention to detail was completely missed. The second time they missed the name of the birthday boy and they apologized and said they would credit me the next time. I was completely understanding and was hopeful that my next experience would be better. This last time I requested a blue and teal mermaid and shark cake for a party for our son and daughter. I received a stunning cake, but it was purple and teal and only had mermaids. We weren't able to use it at the party because it completely was off par and we didn't want our son to feel like he wasn't included. I messaged the bakery, who was quick to respond when I needed to order the cake but has been unresponsive. They did credit me back $10 on a $100 order for a shark fin and tried to explain their refund policy. They gave me the completely wrong cake and felt $10 was sufficient because they added additional decor that wasn't accounted for. I didn't ask for that additional decor, I asked for a shark and mermaid cake and all policies aside they should have corrected this. read more
