The fries are so good but there ice cream machine is always broken but there lying to you 3 stars

Just cus im a kid doesnt mean you have the right to think im dumb. If i paid for it, you either give it to me or give me a refund. I shouldnt have to go outside n grab my parents just so i could have my food that i ordered and paid for. This is so stressful. I would give 0 stars. My daughter who was hired at 14 was wrongfully terminated because one of the managers put in the wrong dates for our vacation requested time off. They never trained her on how to put in a request time off for herself. The manger told my daughter it was taken care of and that its not a problem as long as she knows two weeks in advance. When we got home from vacation and we noticed she hasnt been put on the schedule and they weren't responding to my daughters text, I called them and talked with the manager and the person above that manage and they stated that my daughter had 3 no call no shows, even though I told the manager that I have the text to and from that manager that was 3 weeks in advance with the dates for our vacation. My daughter did her due diligence but the manager did not and my daughter paid the price. Not to mention while on hold waiting to speak with the higher up boss I overheard her asking that manager if she hung up on me and then it went silent for a good five minutes before she got on the phone to talk to me about the situation. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. They also gave my daughter an expired pay card for her weekly pay. It's overall just bad business and professionalism. Something is wrong with my order everytime I go. I only go because the other McDonald's is on the other side of town. I ordered 2 mcchickens and they gave me 2 cheese burgers. When I took it back to get my actual order the cashier had the audacity to say "what you don't like cheese burgers?" No goofy I didn't order this. ok so I work at a McDonald's & i always make sure the customers get fresh fries & make sure they have the right drinks. etc. - i got OLD UNSALTED fries - all of drinks were wrong - they gave me 2 of the wrong sized fries - all of my food was old - they didn't give me any of my sauces and when i tried to tell them about this they just closed the window so yeah never again. read more

Definitely the worst McDonald's I'v ate at! My orders are always wrong, and they usually can't even make a coffee correctly.

I work a couple blocks away from this location. I frequently hit the drive through for breakfast on my way to work. (Always the same thing...sausage egg McMuffin and a hash brown) My order is always correct. The food is always fresh and the service at both windows has always been friendly and courteous. The one time I received a sloppily made sandwich, I took it inside and showed the manager. She was apologetic and saw to it that the replacement was made correctly. That was only time I have had a problem there, and it was resolved to my satisfaction. read more

If you want to experience the most incompetent environment, come to this McDonald's. Not only do you have a 65% percent chance to receive the correct order, but if you come after 9 pm there always seems to be some sort of family reunion/worker party going on. I can't forget about how the Ice cream machine is always in "heat", even when it's 3 in the afternoon. For all you Big Mac fantastics don't worry there's something for you... If you order a one of these delicious BM's who will end up eating a dry lettuce and bun sandwich. With this final statement, I would like to add that it smells like SHIT inside. I'm not sure why but the night crew do not seem to know what they are doing. I'm visiting from out of state and have been through this McDonald's a handful of times, mostly late at night because this is the only 24hr food place around. Either their machines are down or the intercom system at the drive though isn't operational. The night staff couldn't be more rude if they tried, plus the food has sat out for awhile so you're basically eating leather. Just an all around sucky experience. I don't need to be treated rudely by people who clearly detest being there. I don't recommend eating here, at least not at night read more

This has to be the worst fast food place I've ever been to. If this were any other restaurant but McDonalds, it would no longer be in business. There's about a 1 in 10 chance that you'll be able to get ice cream, an iced coffee drink, or a smoothie because the machine is NEVER working. This sounds ridiculous, but I normally call ahead before I even waste my time to check. Also, not sure if I've ever made it out of the drive through in less than 15 minutes, closer to 20. And it's pretty much guaranteed your order will not be right. I live only a couple blocks away and have decided to start driving to the one out of town if I want McDonald fries that bad. read more

What a dump. I was there late on a Friday evening and trash was literally piled up in the entryway. Bathroom was okay. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and the ketchup dispenser was empty so I asked for ketchup packets. What I received was a handful of gooey, glued together packets. A very young-looking manager was telling the guys in the back to tak eout the trash as I walked away but they were giving her grief and just started to clean up as I was leaving. Worst McDonald's. Orders are constantly wrong, make you wait 10+ mins for food. Then an additional 10+ mins because it was wrong. I've tried to order chicken tenders SEVERAL times and each time I'm told, they are out. Why advertise them on the billboard if they aren't available? The inside is very dirty.
