Years later and the quality has only gotten worse. The employees are rude and act like it is a hassle to take orders or accommodate requests. Sitting in the drive thru can take anywhere from 5-30 minutes because they only take and fulfill orders one at a time. The food quality has gone downhill even more than my last review. The chicken nuggets and sandwiches are always tough and chewy, the produce used for the sandwiches are slimy and are not fresh at all. I haven't been inside the restaurant for years and I probably never will again. It's a shame because Wendy's used to be the best fast food place in town, but poor management and lack of staff who care about their jobs makes me not want to return. Hopefully someone will be able to fix it up in the future, but until then I will not be returning. read more

Me and my uncle went to this Wendy's in London, Ohio (0207 location), and it was a terrible experience. We waited over 9minutes just to get our food, and when we did, it was all wrong. They didn't even put bacon on Uncle Keith's burger, and it came out cold. I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and got a wrap instead. The guy at the speaker said, "I can't hear you," and clearly didn't care about getting the order right. The service was awful, and nobody seemed to care. Definitely not coming back to this location. Repeatedly it's been an awful scenario here. Rude insolent employees who park you in the drive through no matter what. They never have chicken ready even though they're supposed to so every time you order it's a wait. I called and complained the district manager about how awfully the restaurant was run and they beg me to please come back and try again after a couple of months. I tried again today ended up getting a refund. It just doesn't work here. This is the worst restaurant in all of London Next to crappy's pizza. Go to Popeyes it's the bomb. read more

Just had worst meal ever. Ordered asiago chicken and got a dried patty, stale bun, and no bacon at all. My husband ordered a double with tomato and onion and got the works on his. This is a chain restaurant: the food is the food and you know what you're getting. These individual franchises are being rated mostly on service, for good or for ill. Despite a previous order being completely messed up, I made the mistake of giving this spot another chance at lunchtime. If you can see the line, drive on. Icebergs move faster than the drive thru and it's still closed to indoor dining. 17 minutes to order and 20 minutes to food. The burger had no condiments. Am I petty? Sure. I typically refrain from reviewing fast food if I can avoid it, unless there is a notable point that needs to be made. I think Wendy's has the best quality food for a fast food drive-thru restaurant. By far they have the best quality cheeseburgers and sandwiches than any other option. That being said, this particular location has dwindled severely in their quality of service as of late. Over the last four or five months, each and every time we have been here the service has been subpar and not an enjoyable experience. I do not expect much from any fast food, but this location was notably better than any of the other fast food options in town. Hopefully they are able to improve that soon as we eat here at least once a week. On a brighter note, I think that Wendy's has the best breakfast options for fast food hands down. I don't think that any of the other restaurants compare. If you haven't had the bacon egg and Swiss croissant yet, get it. It is ridiculous. read more

They have made all of my food wrong and it was through the drive through. I don't understand how it's so hard for these people to simply only put meat and cheese on a cheeseburger. It makes your job easier because you don't have to do as much. Come on guys. You're just like McDonalds. read more
