I was intrigued by this new French-Irish restaurant. Nearly everything on the menu has an Irish ring to it - McNuggets, McDouble, Big Mac, McWrap, McMuffin, yet the most outstanding thing on their menu, oddly enough, is French. These french fries, as they call them, are thinly cut potatoes (aren't potatoes big in Ireland?) that are then deep fried and salted. TRULY INNOVATIVE! C'mon people, this is freakin' McDonalds! Why are you reading these reviews? You've been eating here since you were 3. You already know what you're getting. Killer fries, tasty breakfast sandwiches, and average burgers. The common denominator for McD's is that nary a single employee can successfully center a burger or egg in the middle of the bun or muffin. And if it's a double and TWO burgers must be both centered on the bun AND stacked? You're more likely to get the Boardwalk piece in the Monopoly game than you are getting a sandwich assembled properly. Went to the south McDonalds in Logan and their customer service was horrible. Went through the drive thru and the girl working was rude, and didn't even look at me or didn't say a word to me. Just handed me my food and drink and turned her back to me. Her order taking was just as bad with no personality and kept saying, "anything else" like I was an inconvenience to her, even though she's doing her job. If employees can't be nice and have some kind of good customer service don't work with customers or quit your job. read more

Today I went into work at 8 am and went through the drive through window for an iced coffee. I have gone here many times and have no problem. Today however when I received my drink I noticed there wasn't much ice in it. I ignored this and just drank it anyways. I noticed an odd taste a few sips in and checked the bottom thinking coffee grains leaked through the filter. It turns out there were ants!!! My coffee was infested with ants and I had been drinking them. I immediately called the McDonald's and the woman told me there was no possible way there could have been ants in my drink I didn't even receive an apology. Working as a manager in fast food myself I would never have treated a customer that way. I would not recommend going here. It doesn't seem that they are taking proper precautions with food safety. read more

I went in there today to get a ice cream cone that's it. I went up to the girl working (who had a terrible attitude btw) and simply said "can i get an ice cream cone" I am not even joking when i tell you what happens next. This girl walks up to the ice cream machine presses the "self clean" button and then proceeds to walk back over to the register and then says "No" "You can't have ice cream the machine is cleaning." As of today, I'm done with McDonalds. My boyfriend put in our order through Drive-Thru. Then they told us to pull up to the first window to pay. (They even told us to double-check if our order was correct on the screen!!) When we confirmed and was ready to pay, the cashier asked us what did we order. My boyfriend who is calm, told her our order and at the same time, she was REENTERING OUR ORDER. This took long and she gave our receipt. As we pulled up to the second window the rest of the workers were nice. We told them about the situation, and saw that they charged us for 3 separate drinks. We told them that there was an error. So we had to wait for the work crew to get the manager and correct everything. We were patient enough to allow them to take their time. After 3 or 4 minutes, we got our order and they apologized. We weren't upset at all. Minutes later, we drove home, which is only 15 minutes away. As we got home and began to eat, I noticed that the McNuggets were cold and bland. So I thought the Sweet 'n Sour sauce we change the taste. but come to find out the nuggets were completely stale! The entire 20 piece was stale and I was disappointed. This is by far the worst McDonalds out there. The staff goofs around with each other instead of paying attention to their customers orders. Its always bad but today was the icing on the cake. I sat at the window waiting for my food long enough to learn all about the girls life as she told her coworker way more than I needed to hear. Then she threw the bag out the window. I had to ask for my drink. And although my order has a double checked for accuracy sticker, it was completely wrong. This place is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too, and I've lived in major city areas. But then again it's McDonald's your expectations shouldn't be high anyways. Staff of kids who don't give a damn about sanitation, or manners. 17 minutes to get two Spicy McChicken's. There was no line in the drive through or the lobby. I was the only one that had ordered for about 10 minutes and it still took them more than 15 minutes. As far as McDs go this place is good. Beware the French fries need to be fresh and McNuggets are generally high quality. Breakfast is the best here and my go to. Rarely have I had complaints about this restaurant and it's still in my rotation as a last minute option if I run out of time. read more

the service was ok the worker was quiet when she talked it was like she was trying to tell a secret about someone in the room so i couldn't hear what she said. I ordered 3 spicy MC chicken it wasn't expensive 3.23 i normally love the spicy MC chicken so that's why i got 3 but little did i know they weren't going to be good today. my friend and i sat down we got the same thing he got the same problems with his food. i waited it didn't take long and when we got are food it wasn't the best it was a little over cooked and there was almost no lettuce or mayo . Are table was clean and that's always nice the food was underwhelming but you get what you pay for so overall it was just ok, service not great.if i had a choose i would go to a different spot the service needs work and the people making the food need to make sure to have the stuff in good supply so they don't make the food with little amounts of whatever is supposed to go on it. Let's get one thing straight, if you're going to McDonalds at 10:30 PM on a Wednesday night, you've got problems. However, the food and service there was decent. The drive thru took about 10 minutes for 3 cars to get through, so average drive thru speed. The chicken nuggets were like usual, you can taste the pink slime the minute it touches your lips. This place is ridiculous! Went through the drive thru, ordered "1 McChicken." THATS IT! JUST ONE SIMPLE THING! I notice on the screen it says "hot & spicy mcChicken" so I try to catch the lady before she turns off the microphone, but she rushed me to the window and didn't listen to me. So I go to the window and tell the lady that the order said hot and spicy, but I ordered a regular. She just looked at me confused. Then told me to see the next window. Get to the next window and the lady here holds out a bag and says: "hot & spicy!" I say: "no, I ordered a regular mcchicken." She walks away and comes back: "this is the regular mcchicken."
