First of all, when I opened my burger there was 2 dead roaches. Also, my fries were flatter than a wall, they also tasted soggy. I saw rats running in the corners and the walls the staff was very bad and let me get stared on how they bumped in to me and the soda SPILLED on my NEW Nike shoes! I got them like 1 hour ago! There was mold in my ketchup it was disgusting, my kid started to cry on how nasty it was. And the bathrooms looked and smelled really really bad it looked like it has not gotten cleaned in 3 years!The drive thru was really bad it went all the way out to the road! I get it, its McDonald's, but come on, Managers who cant even fill a fry container? Managers who cant handle their shift? Managers who have a DISGUST dining room? I work in the food industry. IT IS NOT HARD. It is time consuming, but simple tasks. Me and 2 others, were passing through, stopped for 3 large fries, and 2 large sweet teas, simple right? I placed the order about 5 minutes away from the store. Stood inside at the pickup counter for 15 minutes, FOR FRIES AND TEA. We were traveling, we wanted to sit down at a table for a few minutes why we snacked, can not, bbq sauce on tables, trash, dirty cups. Trash ALL OVER the floor, beverage station looked absolutely disgusting. You need your throw your trash away? Use the dumpster or the bush in the parking lot, because there is no space in the trash cans! No toilet paper in EITHER bathroom? Employees talking shit on drive thru guests, in this situation, the guest was correct, so dont start ranting to your managers about a guest correcting you. If you cant do what your job entails, dont do it. Overall what and the fuck is wrong with this team. I would have been okay waiting 20 minutes for 3 large fries, i am very patient when it comes to the food industry. But when i cant sit at a table, i cant throw my trash away, i cant get a drink at the drink station, i cant wipe my ass after using the bathroom, makes me wonder what the back of house looks like. Honestly, this McDonald's is super slow and always out of stuff; but that's not why I gave them such a low rating. The customers are so rude to the staff...yelling, insults- literally every time I'm there. Now, they can't help that, but then-without fail- once a customer acts up, the manager on duty started yelling at and berating the kids in the drive thru and kitchen. It's disgusting, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. It's embarrassing for the kids as well as me as a customer. What a bummer. The food and the service, that is. The people are great. Everyone is friendly. it's a very very young and generally upbeat staff but everything tales sooooo long here. It doesn't matter if it's drive-thru (which is dreadful except for masochists) or walk-up. The place itself is bright and clean. The setting is well-maintained. This is not a run-down operation. It's literally the product and service. And that's why you're there...! There are always issues with the Deals on the apps here. I think they've worked twice in twenty tries over the last year. Also, every single time I have ordered a Large French Fries, it is NEVER full. Not even close. I was finally convinced to take a picture of my Large Fries as I was leaving this location recently. See below. C'mon folks. You're asking for 2 and a half bucks for a Large Fries and I get a %$%ing nearly empty container. Last straw for this restaurant... I was waiting in drive thru lane 2 while a customer in lane 1 gave their order. I waited patiently for 5 minutes and even coughed loudly so they would know someone was there. No one acknowledged me or asked for my order. I gave up when another car pulled up in lane 1 and was promptly asked for their order. I left. Grrrrrrr They have lost my business. One too many times that they have missed or messed an order. Customer service is non existent here. I have plenty of other choices a little further in my route. Normally I like to frequent local places even if a chain. Not here! Every time I decide to give this place another go I always regret it! By far the slowest drive thru ever! Every time, even when it's not busy. I was the first person in the drive thru line, the employee told me they were waiting on an item and asked me to pull forward...waiting waiting waiting. Meanwhile a employee comes out with food for everyone else behind me that we're waiting on food and gives them the wrong orders. The sign said open 24/7 so we stopped at 12:48 a m. on our way through town....no they don't serve the whole menu so don't ask for a filet of fish. Don't ask for grilled or crispy chicken. Don't ask for an iced mocha...the machine is being cleaned. But when we got to the window no one was cleaning any lof the beverage machines which are beside the window. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered my food and they told me to pull up and wait for my order to be completed. So I did. I watched them give the 2 cars waiting ahead of me their food (which is normal). I then watched probably 15-20 cars go through the drive thru. Still no food. Then another car had to pull up to the waiting spots. Then they brought out their food and I was still waiting. The woman taking the food out to customers said "I will have your food out in just a second". I then waited another probably 10 minutes. At this time I had been waiting for 20-30 minutes for my order. I then pulled around....parked my vehicle.....went in and said I want my money back. Reaching a new low at my local McDonald's. Usually I have a problem when ordering anything over 1 meal while using the drive thru. It runs the gamut of being the wrong item to missing items or the dreaded being parked for an extended period of time to receive the order this is usually anytime you order more than a sandwich of an order. Today was a first I ordered 4 coffees 2 frappe and 2 hot coffees one with caramel and the other French vanilla. I got parked and had to wait For 4 coffees. The worst was driving home I realized that they all had caramel in them. One was for my wife who hates caramel. Needless to say I am longing for the day that a chain competitor arrives in this town and hopefully gives McDonald's a reason to make an effort. I went to mcdonalds in littltestown this morning around 6:30 a.m. it was unusual for them not to tell me how much my order was. I ordered 2 sausage egg mcmuffins and a coffee.Preceded to the window and picked up my order as usual but did not get a receipt. Got to work and finally sat down after doing my regular opening up. Orders are almost always missing items and the service is extremely slow. At peak times you can expect a 15 to 20 minute drive thru wait.

I've lived here 11 years now and I can honestly say this McDonalds could use some work. If you're lucky enough going thru drive thru and getting acknowledged, I sat for 6 minutes today just waiting for the almighty voice to ask me what I wanted. And no there was no line whatsoever so...Friday I went there, told them the first part of my order and she says thank you drive around. I said but I'm not done ordering. She said oh sorry, you'll have to pull around to order more. Whatever happened to will that be all? Also not the first time it happened. Many days I get a drink only to discover no straw but who turns around for that so I attempt to drink it only to spill it on myself. Choose a different McDonalds. I have lived here for 8 years and would estimate this McDonalds to get at least 50% of the orders wrong. Additionally, they ask you to repeat the order two and three times. Another issue is that they try to keep the "wait time" down by having three or four cars pulled off to the side, blocking the pedestrian pathway.
