The people were really rude to my wife and family. My son had to pee so bad and when we got to the front of the line, the person at the register said we could not use the restroom and pointed us to another store and maybe we could use their bathroom. I said it's an emergency he has to pee. And they said sorry. My son got to the car and peed himself on the way to the Charley Browns down the road. I WILL STARVE TO DEATH BEFORE I GIVE THIS PLACE MY BUSINESS!!! On 3/27/20 at appx 0715, I stopped at the McDonalds restaurant on Pearblossom in Littlerock CA desperately needing to urinate. Yes... I had to go pee... BADLY! I just got off work( still in my scrubs)...from 6 PM to 6 AM at an acute hospital in Upland, CA( Im a Respiratory Therapist). The lobby was open but they had chairs blocking the restroom. Not only was the manager unwilling to let me simply use the restroom... but she was rude about it stating, "that ain't my problem" ....WOW. As an RT of 24 yrs, I have never been more on the front lines than these last 3 months given the Coronavirus crisis. I came in here with a full bladder& EXHAUSTED from working extra shifts trying to help a community that I may not know by name, but love just the same, during this very real pandemic.... Apparently, a little kindness seemed to be too much to ask from this ignorant, callous, soulless individual. So much for customer service. Thats gratitude for ya! Since attitude reflects leadership, this situation makes me wonder if the owner has the same lack of compassion, unprofessional, rotten disposition as the manager. ... yeah, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

The manager on duty Eileen Sanchez was so rude. I thought all managers were trained to know that all customers are right and that they should accommodate you if they get your order wrong. She told us to make the drive thru line again if we missed anything, even after we explained to her that our order was incorrect. I have never heard a manager tell that to a customer and I use to work as a shift manager for many years. read more

Stopped by this McDonald's and ordered through the drive- thru once we took off I opened the bag to notice I received 2 McDoubles instead of 1 McChicken and 1 McDouble I went back took them about 5 minutes to acknowledge I was standing at the counter as I explained what happened they just gave me a blank stare then took my bag with the 2 McDoubles so they can see and they just gave me a mcchicken and told me that's it right I'm like no you just took the bag with the 2 McDoubles but 1 is mine , also looked at me like do you have the receipt. Ok after that I got my order fixed and took off again as I'm driving I take a sip of my coke which turned out to be Dr Pepper. This place can never take my coupons, number one! Took over 30 minutes just to give me a large watered down soda, large fries with no salt, and forgot to give me my burger. There is a reason this mcdonalds is rated so low. Mcdonalds usually sets the bar at a minimum yet this one in particular fails to achieve even that. One star is generous. If you have no ice cream an hour before closing why don't you put that on your sign and not waste customers time. Or better yet have your employees be less rude. McDonalds isn't very well known for top of the line service but this place is next level. I live down the street and visit this location often and almost every time my order is either not correct or missing items. I asked for no onion on a burger and they translated that to no onion, no pickle, no ketchup, no mustard, no cheese I was surprised the patty's still had a bun on it! Sadly this place is really terrible, the service is never good as in they don't even listening to your orders. But they literally never have a working ice cream machine. The customer service (at least with the drive through) is superb. They're courteous and knowledgeable of their products. The fam-bam and I were getting a quick breakfast and we got a bit confused with what we were getting. This is for the drive thru only, have never been inside. They are quick and polite. Have been two times and the food is perfect. The iced caramel macchiato is way better than Starbucks. Only downside is the entrance, it is horrible getting in and out there is no room and it's at a weird angle onto a busy highway! read more

One of the few fast food restaurants in the area. Fast service but not that good, I ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese and they give me cheese. The french fries had a bitter taste as though the oil had been burnt. I could not eat half of it because of the taste. The bathroom was out of toilet paper.
