Title: Worst drive-thru experience I've ever had -- wasted nearly an hour + made me pay/order again I'm leaving this review because what happened here is unacceptable and a complete waste of a customer's time. On 12/21/2025 (around 6:19 PM) I went through the drive-thru at this McDonald's (Store #24682 - 8507 Pearblossom Hwy, Littlerock, CA 93543). I was stuck in the drive-thru for almost an hour. When I got to the window, they couldn't accept my payment. Instead of fixing it or handling it professionally, they told me to leave the drive-thru line and go pay in front. After spending nearly an hour already, I did what they said and went inside. Then it got even worse: they didn't have my order in the system, like it never existed. So after all that waiting, I was told I had to order again and pay again. That's beyond frustrating -- it's not just "slow service," it's disorganized and unfair. Even more disappointing: the manager was involved and still the situation was handled poorly. Instead of making it right immediately, the process felt like they were just pushing the problem onto me (again), costing me more time and forcing me to repeat everything. I ordered a Large Caramel Frappe (receipt shows Order 17). The point isn't the drink -- it's the experience: * Extreme wait time * Payment issue not resolved at the window * Sent to the front after nearly an hour in line * Order missing * Forced to reorder and pay again * Manager present but no real solution This location needs serious improvement in training, order tracking, and basic customer service. No customer should ever be put through this. I'm posting this so others are aware, and I hope corporate takes it seriously. If you go here, keep your receipt and check your charges. I let most things slide at restaurants and hate complaining but this one made me sick to my stomach. As I was eating my fries, I saw what appeared to be a dark thin fry. I tossed it without thinking much but when I look in the bag it turns out it was part of a fried dead bug. Since it was past indoor dining hours, we had to bring this up to the workers at the drive thru window. They instantly panicked and rushed to get us new fries but we were so disgusted and lost our appetite that we rejected their offer. We didn't even ask for our money back either the fact that they were so negligent and other people ate from the same batch disgusted us.
