The manager is terrible, staff got my order wrong and when I asked for help she basically told me, with an attitude, to bring back my order so she can exchange it. Mind you, I live about 30 min away and I was seated with my family for dinner (I told her that and she grunted). I was hungry and upset with the service and lack of professionalism. I wish they could've made it better because my whole family likes to consume in that location, however after my experience, they've stopped going. The manager sounded very ghetto and unprofessional. I recently visited after not going for about 6 months because i was hoping their service would improve but i was unfortunately wrong. Not only was their service still bad. I went back to the restaurant after getting home and checking my order, and who i can only assume is the manager didn't even want to consider that the order was incorrect but instead INSISTED it was correct because she had packed it.
