The picture here says it all. On the Lino Lakes McDonald's *own door*, it states that their dine-in hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday-Thursday. Tonight (Wednesday, April 12) we arrived at 8:45 PM for dine-in, only to find the door locked. News flash, McDonald's: the pandemic is over. Your lazy employees no longer have the coronavirus as a pretext for turning away paying customers who wish to dine in. And, by the way, why do your employees have a phobia of patrons dining in? We don't bite, I promise. So, which is it: do you have dine-in or don't you? If you do, then someone should be able to show up anytime before your publicly announced closing time and be served. If you don't, then fine - announce it and put it on your website, so people don't waste time and gas money driving to your location. It's one or the other. I had a distasteful experience here the evening of September 19, 2020. I went through the drive-through, being Covid conscious, and parked in their lot to eat a cheeseburger. One bite and I had a short hair, not mine, in the burger. Gross! There was a long drive-thru line, so I reluctantly went inside to get a refund; I had lost my appetite and didn't want another burger. There was a guy behind the counter, shirt and tie, and he told me it would be a few minutes. I wanted to get out of there due to people at the counter and thoughts of Covid. But the guy then proceeded to keep bagging about 8-10 drive-through orders at an almost ridiculously fast speed, like he was trying to impress coworkers, and 10 minutes went by, until I finally pushed the burger across the counter at him, turned and walked out. If you are working so fast that hair is getting in the food, that's not good. Good time to swear off McDonalds. Gross. They can keep my money. read more

Hands down the best McDonald's I've ever been too, the staff is always super helpful and nice the managers are understanding and always solve my problems (which I never have any) and is all around a consistent fun moment of my day. All of the problems that people have described I never experienced and they take pride in their work. The staff knows that I'm a regular and we know each other by name and they memorize my orders. I love everything about this McDonald's although it doesn't have a playground but I always find myself having a good time. I get greeted everyday by the gentleman named Carson who I consider my best friend. He's always nice and understanding but the entire Lino Lakes McDonald's staff is the best and a great family to be apart of! read more

I came here in the drive through and first off the speaker is so loud that it almost hurt my ears every time the lady on the other end confirmed my order. I ordered bacon quarter pounders with cheese and some happy meals. The quarter pounders had no bacon on either of them. Ordered a small chocolate shake. Came out completely liquid. Tilted it back an forth to show the order person and they said that is how they come out. I said it's not even ice cream it's liquid. This place takes the award for the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced. Card machines are constantly down. Their soda machine was out of order for over a week. If you eat inside during the spring and summer, then have fun trying to eat while being swarmed by a bunch of flies at all times. They cut corners out of laziness. They line up a bunch of premade sodas late at night for drive-thru, so sometimes you'll get a lukewarm soda with no ice. The same goes for fries. Sometimes, you'll get home and find that your fries are stale and cold because they made a big box of premade fries to give to drive-thru customers. Do not go here. read more

Recently saw an employee smoking right in front of the main doors. How disgusting! It didn't help that the manager walked right by him TWICE to get something out of her vehicle without saying a word to him about smoking in front of the doors. The only thing this place does consistently is make mistakes. Do have to thank them for it. So frustrated with the horrible service and wrong orders it has actually made me rethink my eating and I now go to healthier options. Worst service from any fast food place I have been. Zero Stars! This is hands down the worst McDonalds ever. I actually saw one of the so called Asst. Manager's actually pick up a McChicken that fell on the floor of the kitchen, and then proceeded to serve it. I guess I am not surprised, as some of the workers are very classless and rude. I am sure they are following suit by watching their Management Team. I have waited in line several times for over 15 minutes to get food. I have received the wrong order several times. This normally happens in the evening, whoever is in charge at night, needs to go to training again-or needs to work at a job where they are not exposed to the public. My experience at this establishment has been extremely poor, the employees make excuses about machines being broken so they don't have to make your requested item. Many times i have asked for my order to be made fresh, and they clearly did not oblige. The fries I had ordered were cold and soggy, my bun had absorbed all moisture out of the pickles, and when i pointed it out, they did nothing to help me, just moved along to the next customer. At 9:00 this evening, the manager, Chris, threw me out of drive through & told me she was calling the police. Why??? Because after sitting behind 1 car of teenagers for nearly 10 minutes I honked my horn to figure out what was going on. She went ballistic, told me I was disrespectful and out of line. Really, Police action for honking my horn? She sent my kids into absolute panic and melt down with the "The police are coming for you" comment. It took me 15 or more minutes of sitting in the parking lot to calm the kids down. No police ever showed up. Wish I could post negative stars- shame on you Chris for terrifying my kids- I had exact change for 2 chicken sandwiches and a small fry- & you wouldn't serve me. read more
