My two kids and I (4 & 12) stood at the counter to place our orders. A nice lady politely explained they do not help customers at the counter and the order had to be placed through the kiosk. I explained to her I did not want to place an order at the kiosk and wanted someone to take my order. She re-iterated in different wording that it wasn't an option and that I had to use the kiosk. I refuse to use a kiosk, so we left. - I am trying to teach my children to have face to face conversation and interactions, they do not need anymore technology shoved down their throat. They place their own orders. - McDonalds conveniently has increased prices and slimmed down the menu to maximize the most profitable items. - Since when is it acceptable to store management, district management, corporate or owner to refuse business instead of having an employee spend 60 seconds taking an order? We walked out the door and took our business somewhere that was willing to staff the counter. You keep this crap up, all of your employees will be replaced by machines that will do your job with 1 person loading food hoppers/beverages to these machines and that will be it. read more

Terrible customer service after waiting over 10 min for curbside I ended up going through drive through cause over 10 cars went through and only 2 left. I asked to cancel my order and want a refund and they said yes. I just looked it up and they still charged my credit card. And after calling in to talk to a manager about a simple refund she was very combative and very not helpful and after nit helping I asked her to repeat her name since she suggest I call corporate and wanted to tell them who I spoke with she refused to give me her name again but it sounded like Britney the first time with all the background noise that was on the phone. read more

This is by far the most consistent McDonald's I go to. I haven't had an experience with cold foods. A messed up order, or forgetting something in my order. Mostly younger group working there, and they're doing an amazing job. read more

So it's a McDonald's and everyone reading this shouldn't understand....it's a McDonald's. Overall the food is good and hot and quick. Occasionally you get the fries or burgers that have been sitting for a couple minutes and they don't have that super hot fresh taste, it is what it is. Overall though this is the best McDonald's I've been to. I'd say 90% of the time we go it's hot and tasty! read more

Location: Yankee Valley Airdrie, AB, Canada Worst McDonalds experience my family has ever had, and it was at this location. We were told to wait out front for our food, and ended up waiting for 15 minutes before going in to see what was taking so long. Our receipt was sitting there and they had not 1 item ready for us. They had no answer to why this was. Mistakes happen, however not 1 employee or the manager apologized for the waste of our time or their mistake. THEN we leave and go to eat our food and they gave us 1 Big Mac instead of a Seriously Chicken meal, and was not upsized (even though the drink was). How does this even happen? Also every single one of our meals was a MESS, worse than I have EVER seen anywhere in my life. We are fuming about this experience. I was munching on my nuggies with sweet and sour sauce mixed with ketchup and all the sudden I take a big juicy bite and I pull outa curly short piece of hair. I am unsure if it was a pubic hair or eye lash or what it was. But I spit up my mcchicken nuggets and sweet and sour sauce came out my nose. And my nuggets then feel on the floor and my dog scarfed them down then got very sick and died. I will forever never go to this McDonalds again. But I am missing some chicken nuggies tho. read more

By far the worst McDonald's I have ever visited all due to the customer service. Very rude workers and manager. Don't go here expecting anything. You are better off visiting the Taco Bell right next to it. The customer service there is great. Day and night to this McDonald's. Went through drive thru at 5:45pm 8/19 ordered a med. Chocolate shake and a large hot fudge sundae. Went to pay with c. Card and the guy gave us card back but no receipt. I realized that happened as we pulled up to pick up window and asked about our receipt, that guy said we dont give those out here at this window without even offering to assist the problem. Then our order was totally not ours. We received a large mocha Frappe and a small hot fudge sundae. Geeze so unorganized tonight and shouldn't be. We just drove back home dissapointed. read more

Most of the employees here are younger from local high schools but are extremely nice, they can get slammed having only one window so drive throigh wait times can get long. About every 6th order they get wrong wither adding an extra item or forget you wanted no pickles. read more

Have not been to our local McDonald's ( Linden, MI) in months. We were very tired of having to pull up and wait every time we went there. Tonight we decided to go and get the wonderful Chicken tenders we had from another Mcdonald's last month. Same as usual please pull up for the chicken tenders, so we wait for 5 full minutes. When we open the box of chicken tenders they are basically a little larger than chicken nuggets and are greasy and tasteless. Nothing like the ones we bought in Grand Blanc. Needless to say we will drive out of town when we want anything from Mcdonald's again. read more
