the line is normally fine, but it took like 20 minutes to get our food. otherwise food is good.

I would strongly suggest not using any kind of mobile order for this location. Our experiences in the last year always result in missing food items, and any attempt to get a refund through customer service always hits a wall, even with receipts. All of this comes down to basic training or quality check. I cannot imagine it being difficult to look at a receipt of what was ordered and then verify that the food is actually there. This all points to poor management/leadership. We have paid for over $17 in food that we never received, so shame on us for not learning a lesson. read more

I love McDonalds but I got to de real, this ice cream machine is always NOT WORKING it's soooo annoying! And the service is good but I love ice cream and it makes me so sad. The vibe is great, but the ice cream still makes me disappointed. read more

Once again, they have me the wrong order. Kinda crappy that you get home and you don't have what you ordered. read more

As usual the service is trash. Today I arrive at the drive-thru to pick up breakfast at 10:45. Nope. As I get to the menu, a sign says 'no more breakfast at 11 as of July 30th - 10:30 from now on'. So McDonald's went from all day breakfast to stopping at 11 to stopping at 10:30. I asked the kid that already had an attitude when the sign went up, I was here just the other day. He said today. So today they put a sign up that they will no longer have breakfast until 11 starting today..... Seems legit. No notice. Then a woman came on the mic and said 'Yep. That's what it is' so I was stuck in the drive-thru tunnel with no exit until everyone in front of me got their food. Moral of the story, get to McDonald's before 10:30 if you want breakfast. read more

The Big Mac is delicious. They have great service and they remember your number order. And everything is delicious!

I did not have a bad day all day to finally go to get some food and have more than half of my order cold not to mention but like 20 minute wait for 1 thing of hot fries, and the other thing of fries was completely cold. Chicken nuggets are inedible they are so dry and old. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I tried to order two ice cream cones at about 6pm and I was told that I could not be rang up at the counter, even though my husband was just rang up at the counter, and I needed to use the kiosk owners new orders. There were two people were behind me waiting to order. I asked if I could talk to the owner and he said he's not here, so I asked for his name and number and he said hold on let me get it. When he walked away both of the people started complaining about ordering at the kiosk. Then from the back I heard a loud voice say that's not aloud. Then an employee named Kristen came from the back and started berating me telling me I can't have that info and she just doing what she's been told to do, practically yelling at me, I then ask when he will be here, she says she can give me the office number and continues to talk down to me. I was at the kiosk trying to order and I walk over and told her quietly I just want the number and to please lower her voice she's making a big deal out of nothing, she then says I don't appreciate the attitude, I told her neither do I!!! She then tells me I can use it or I can leave. I told her trust me I am leaving. By that time there was a line of 6-7 people all waiting to order at the counter. She then tells me I am not aloud to come back there again. I said she doesn't have that authority and I'll be back tomorrow as I walk about the door as she continued to yell at me. When I got out to my car I looked at the paper she gave me it had the name of the manager and his number, she made a huge scene for no reason. read more

Food is always cold and dry(sometimes literally frozen). Do not get McNuggets. They charge for sauce. This place is always dirty. They will forget items, or get the order wrong 80% of the time, and then be helpless or snooty. One employee might actually care(doubt it), but the rest don't; and I have been answered why for years now; and the answer is always management. When the manager or owner is bad then the restaurant will be bad. This has been the worst McDonalds in Washington for many many years. You're Welcome. read more

ZERO 00000 Stars you're telling me i'm buying all these food products, yet i have to pay .22 CENTS FOR A bbq sauce that should be included with my meal. they "only can come with two menu items", when PLAIN sandwiches should be able to come with it since we took some off, offering a substitute option. this is ridiculous. especially considering the lady inside had me slide my card twice because she wasn't fast enough or something during a rush... y'all really worried about a barbecue sauce costing .22 cents when you make half the orders wrong. unimpressed. read more

We had a huge order of 50$ and the lady on the mic was extremely rude to us. The service was shit and we are from out of town so we didn't know they closed at 11 pm. Train your employees to do better. We received our order and got no sauces, no salt on the fries, food was extremely cold, burger was made incorrectly. On top of that barely any fries in our order. Never have I ever been to a worst McDonald's compared to this one. this one tops as one of the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. It's rated a 2 star I'm rating at a one star. Don't go here read more

Who fr leaves reviews for a McDonald's like be grateful that there even serving you goddamn

Went in tonight for some dessert. Ice cream machine down at 10pm.... Does a bear shit in the woods?

Been coming here for years. For the first time ever, this McDonald's looks like something you'd walk into in San Bernardino or near a homeless encampment in L.A. Food particles everywhere, trash, napkins and stains all over the floor. May have been a busy day but what a filthy joint today. If you've got time to lean....you've got time to clean. read more

Worst mc d there is asked for extra MAC sauce and instead they gave me non on both Big Mac and it was a 20 min wait

It's a typical McDonalds. It was fine. Easy parking. Clean enough restrooms. Pleasant staff. read more

My ice cream cone took too long and my buddys mcflurry also took too long

Worst customer service I have ever had, they took money from me and refused to fix their mistakes. Ordered 3 sandwiches and a fry got 2 sandwiches and Kevin the shift manager refused to Uber me the food I paid for but they didn't give me, told me I had to spend my time and my gas to return to the restaurant and get the food they forgot. Told me he doesn't make enough money to care if it gets fixed by him and he is just a shift manager. Refused to take responsibility for the mistake of his crew and the restaurant he represents. Will never go again, will only shop local restaurants. read more

The fries were extremely dry and did not have enough flavor. These new workers are crazy and only gave me HALF MY FRIES AND FORGOT MY MCCHICKEN!!!! I will not be coming to the Liberty Lake Mcdonalds as of now. I will strictly be going to the one on argonne. Figure it out! read more

It's a McDonald's. The low reviews are from Karen, her bitch army, and liberal Redditors. Go make your own coffee if you're mad about waiting in line just like any other restaurant. read more

would give zero stars if I could. the service at this location has always been spotty at best but their computers have been "down" for a week and they can't honor the app deals or earn points which were a couple of ways it made it worthwhile to stop once in a while. without that, I'd rather go elsewhere. read more

Service was super slow, ordered two smoothies and a fry and it took 12 minutes on a Wednesday afternoon. That's forgivable. What is not forgivable is an employee who just handled money putting her finger in peoples cups when she gave them their drinks. Grab the cups from the bottom!!! Why are people not trained to do that? I was standing at the counter for 12 minutes and I saw her do it a few times. It was seriously disgusting. McDonald's sure made a grimace, but not in a cute purple mascot kind of way. Management needs to train employees better. Fingers in drink cups is inexcusable. read more

Waited 17 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee at 8 pm. 7 cars ahead of us in the drive through tonight maybe less. Finally got the coffee which was barely warm. Two cars in front of us were parked still waiting for their orders. At least one employee needs a lesson in listening. Person taking orders asked what we wanted " large coffee with 2 creams". Employee said" what did you want?" " large coffee with 2 creams". Employee " how many creams do you want ". "2". For heavens sake glad we didn't order something harder. Wouldn't waste my time stopping here again. Gives a whole new meaning to "Fast food". Hope those that ordered food actually got what they ordered and hope it wasn't cold by the time they got it. read more

The quarter pounder with cheese didn't have cheese on it. We ordered a large fry, but the fry box was filled a little above halfway.

Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Server got my order wrong multiple times, and the only person who apologized was her assistant who just got hired (and was the one who she put all the blame on). He was very kind to me and to him I would give 5 stars. But the female server got every aspect of my order wrong. I asked for two #7 meals, one with no pickles and onions. They gave me a double cheeseburger instead of two of them on the first one, and on the second they did not give me my fries, ketchup, and my burgers had pickles and onions on them. I went back, asked for my fries and some ketchup. After 15 minutes of waiting I was given my fries with no ketchup. I then gave up and went to go eat my burgers when I found out they had pickles and onions on them. I went back and nobody was at the register. read more

Always forget something in the order. Normally has a attitude when we bring this up. Cold food at times. Not very good service.

As far as McDonald's goes, this place gets it right 99% of the time, and fixes it quickly the other 1%. If you're going around lunch time I recommend not using the drive thru given all the businesses out here. The line of cars will be a nightmare with 3 different directions new cars can approach from (and people will cut you off to be one car ahead). read more

They always forget parts of the order, then are rude when told. Horrible service. Slow to boot.

Great location, with good customer service. I like grabbing a Frappa' from thier McCafe'.

My burger was raw and the very very young manager only said Oh Im sorry, that's gross. I just took 2 bites of your raw burger. More than gross. read more
