Yesterday we went here and ordered at 6pm. The kids went and played. After an hour we still didn't get our food. We called one of the workers over and asked them what was going on? They said they were making the food and apologized. He asked what we had on our order. They disappeared and came up again and said "your salad and double burger is almost ready" I corrected him and said that wasn't what we ordered. Finally getting frustrated because 20 more minutes went by and my small kids needed to eat. I asked to talk to the manager and instead we had another worker. As I was telling him that we have been waiting for one hour already and nobody can seem to get our order correct. He was looking on the computer to see if he could find. As we were telling him what we ordered. He starts talking and I said that's not what he just said... then I realized he was not talking to me he was taking an order from outside. Then to top of it they couldn't find her order. So many people inside were still waiting on their orders and no one up front didn't know what they were doing. Someone would make something and they didn't know where it went so they put it in a pile. After an hour and a half we finally just left. My youngest 5 years old bawling because he really wanted his happy meal. Such a joke! We wish the others good luck as they were still waiting for their food. We live close to this one so we frequent, especially for the Playland. Employees are nice. Store is normally clean. Food is fresh & tasty. We normally get Happy Meals, burgers without buns, and nuggets. Occasionally filet o fish. It's all good. Playland is decently clean. I love the variety in the new soda machines. read more

It's McDonald's. What else is there to say? But when it comes to McDonald's, this is the worst of the worst. Having been several times, I've waited an average of 15 minutes to receive my food. The last time I went I had to wait 35 minutes. 10 out of 10 would not recommend to a friend. But if you really craving McDonald's, just go to the next one you can find. I went to McDonald's this morning as my stomach conspired jihad against me. I just wanted a few breakfast items, so I didn't expect a catastrophe of biblical proportions. 15 minutes later, it was finally my turn to receive my items. A few jackasses pulled out of the line, so they handed me the wrong food. I corrected them, and they were not happy. By the time I drove off, I realized the orange juice was extremely watered down, and the sausage patties were as hard as a rock. I do not wish the employees ill, I just want the place to improve. I seriously hate that this is the McDonald's near my house. I mean Idk if people even read these things for fast food places but I've had several bad experiences here. Today. The woman manager at 11pm on 2/8 was yelling at her employees. I could hear her from the my car. I had one of the worker top off my iced coffee cause it was given to me 3/4 full. She was yelling at them to park me without even knowing what was going on. She sounded nastyyyy. I did speak up. I have managed so much in my career and this hurt my heart for the workers. I've typically had decent experiences at this location until recently, except they always seemed to run out of ice cream. Looks like it's under new management around the time it was remodeled. Drive-through service is slow, or they send you to park and lose track of orders between multiple parked vehicles. I've been enough that it seems like staff has mostly rotated out and many now are great, trying hard, and friendly. But something is going on with getting food out. It often takes more than 15 minutes from ordering to food in the drive-through. I know McDonalds has great systems, but this location falls short on delivery. The manager they have now seems really nice. He has great customer service and is kind to his employees from what I have seen. We live near by and my kids love to go in there for ice cream between bike rides lol well their ice cream machine has been down for a while so that was the complaint. In the past they had some workers there that were very negative and seemed to be forgetting or burning peoples order and had terrible customer service however I was very impressed the last time I went in the workers were all very polite and the food was decent. I like that there is a side that is quiet and the sound from the playground seems pretty blocked. I mean if your a full time parent you take your kids in they can play be noisy or whatever you can have the quiet side aaaah. I'm going to school so I also like that I can take my youngest in to play and still see him through the glass but get some quiet to study in there. You probably don't hear many parents say they go to McDonalds to study lol If they fix the ice cream machine and get their workers to check the counter to see if there is anyone waiting in line more frequently or add more employees: they seem short of staff since those machines took over :( then I will rate them a five star. read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered 10 PC chicken nugget and a large fry. We waited for twenty minutes from the time we pulled up to the time we got the chicken nuggets. The attendant then asked us to pull forward and they would bring out the fries in a minute, which is no big deal. We then waited another 20 minutes before an employee came up and asked what we were waiting for. I understand that after 10pm sercive tends to be on the slow side (10-15 minutes), but 40 minutes? Worst McDonald's ever, thought I would give this location another shot, the girl dumped Carmel in my mcflurry and when I complained brought new units out that were half full. When I complained again she overflowed the cup with ice cream and handed it to me. This is not bad employees this is terrible training and awful management. I will not eat at Mcdonald anymore. I went to this Mcdonald on the 11/11 bought sausage egg mcmuffin n hot chocolate at 7:30am. Ate my mcmuffin n ready to drink my hot chocolate before going to work in the parking, i took one sip and what did i get, something soft that i bit in half. a FLY. I threw up in the parking lot, rang the number on the receipt, no answer, rang corporate office number still no answer, my gosh, left a message, can't drive back to bring the fly n chocolate back due to being late to work after throwing up in the parking lot. 1pm received a call back from the manager to apologized and free meal on them next time i come in, COME on i'm not going to want a free meal from you guys, i'm terrified to bite another fly, sorry but you guys need to clean up. Tonight I had gone to your guys restaurant and ordered some ice cream and fries. The young lady took our order and as we pulled up to pay she went off into the back and started talking with her coworkers, we waited about 5 minutes watching her just stand there talking so we had decided to honk twice and still nothing. So we proceeded to the window where we pick up our food and the young gentlemen handed us everything we ordered and told us to have a good night. We had told him we hadn't paid yet, the young lady started yelling "wait they haven't paid yet". We told him what had happened and he apologized very sincerely about it. It was very poor service from the young lady, but as being said to whoever the young gentlemen was who was in charge of that shift around 9:30pm was amazing! The only dependable aspect to this McDonald's is the uncleanliness. I have been here a handful of times, and it has always been filthy. Far and away, the WORST McD's I've ever frequented... and that's saying a lot! On today's visit, it took more than fifteen minutes for our food to arrive (myself and two young boys, so not an extravagant order by any means). Terrible! We stopped in tonight to grab dinner for my daughter, it was getting really late for her to eat as it was getting on 9:30pm. We ordered her a Happy Meal, a Coke & Fries for me, and a couple sodas for everyone else in the car. Our order taker seemed very distracted and we had to repeat ourselves many times. When we got to the food service window, the most awful smell permeated from the inside of the restaurant. The best I can describe it is the smell of a baby's dirty diaper. It was nauseating. After we left I realized, to my horror, that the fries tasted just like the smell emanating from the building. My daughter started complaining about her meal... The toy was not the Minion Toy that she had been looking forward to, but a Sponge Bob toy from back in February and she was missing her apples and chocolate milk. By this time it was nearly 10pm and I wasn't turning around for milk and apples. I called to complain, spoke to the manager on duty who was completely unhelpful, explained that they had run out of Minion Toys during the lunch rush and blamed the mistakes on a flood of customers. There were only three cars in the drive through when we arrived and none behind us when we left... I can't imagine three cars equating to a flood of customers. I don't believe that I will be wasting my time or money at this establishment again when there are so many other, well staffed, helpful McDonalds so nearby. read more

I walked in to get breakfast and immediately noticed that the entrance floor was dirty. As steped toward the counter there were dead flies and food all over the floor. I turned around and walked out.
